The walls were molded over 4ft up the drywall and it was a scary mess. Coty answered every question I had without hesitation and left me feeling confident that as bad as things looked it was no problem for him and his team. Now all the bad drywall and wood are out, the surfaces clean and everything is rebuilt like new! There is no sign that anything ever happened, I actually think the basement even smells better than it ever did before LOL! I can not say enough about Coty's professionalism and knowledge. Taylor Smith and his crew did a wonderful job cleaning up my basement and kitchen after a pipe burst my the kitchen. The basement took in a lot of water and they had their work cut out for them. They quickly devised a plan to get the basement cleared out and started placing air movers in the kitchen and basement to dry the walls. The crew was finished in a few days, and the fans were needed longer. Someone came to the house every day or every other day until everything was dry. Coty came over on a Sunday to make sure everything was dry and loaded up the fans. He was on his own time, and made sure I was comfortable with the job.
To top this amazing service I had, Taylor called a few times after the work was done to see how things were going.

Tyler Potter and his crew did a great job of completing the cleaning, demo and debris removal of my flooded basement, all while I was convalescing following surgery, thus mostly unable to help. SUPER impressive team. Had a fire suppression line crack and flood the facility. Called 1-800 Water Damage on a Monday afternoon, they showed up Tuesday morning for what we thought would just be an initial inspection, but they went right to work immediately with 3 guys, and another group showed up shortly after that. We were completely blown away by how much these guys got done in a single day; FAR BEYOND our wildest expectations. All the crew were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had while they were there.
