I can't say enough good things about these guys. I had a dying system and brought in many contractors for estimates. They were all trying to sell me their high end overpriced stuff and things I did not need. All you heard about was their brand, and how all the cool people bought that. I found CMR almost by accident. Andy showed up, and was the guy that talked about BTU's, airflow, energy conservation, value for cost, reliability, and warranties. He gave me an estimate on the spot that turned out to be lowest bid of them all. Then, when the furnace actually died the next day (it sounded like a cat being thrown on to a porcupine), he re-arranged their schedule to get us heat within 3 days, and showed up with a truckload of space heaters an hour later (I had not asked him to do that). The final install is beautiful, works perfectly, and his crews are completely professional. You can't go wrong here.
