This is a picture of the latest mess up from the employees at JRs Home Improvement. I paid for a entry door install and reinstall of existing storm door. They chipped up the paint on my pre finished door, trimmed down the storm door so much that now it sits crooked and the latest mishap is them coming back to caulk the giant gap under the threshold that they shoved full of shims. The employee applied a massive amount of caulk and then shut the storm door, resulting in the caulk smearing all over.
