I had an issue that only was occurring under certain conditions. Initially they couldn’t duplicate the noise but on a subsequent visit they were able to find a GM bulletin that was specific to my issue. Parts were ordered and the repair was made prior to my drive train warranty expiring. Service department was friendly and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle.

Very good experience. Don Nickelson, sales rep, was very informative; he knows his stuff. He was so patient and understanding about my wants and needs. The lady who took care of the financial aspect for me was a pleasure to work with.

Bought a truck from here had there soo many point inspection done but still pulled to the left and turned out the truck has a collapsed brake hose and one of the Front brushes wasn’t working how safe is that. Then I was promised a second set of keys they took 2 weeks to ship them after they received them. Then the post office left a tag saying I have to drive to town to pay the shipping bill on a package and it was my keys they can’t spend 3.75 on shipping and highly inconvenience you agree paying 30k for a truck. I told the finance guy this kind of truck needs to go thru a credit union and he says no there’s a bank that will do figured the rate was good because my credit score no it sucked and when your signing they never bring up the rate will probably refinance then there finance department will be charged back whayever commission they got. They don’t have enough detailers either they probably barely pay them what a joke

Overall a good experience. Had some confusion about where the truck was as it had been moved from the Greencastle lot, but they tracked it down and got it back. The 2022 Ford Ranger was just as they described and working with Alex and Erica was a great experience. Highly recommend

I cant speak highly enough for the employees at this location. From the moment I pulled up I was immediately greeted by Don Nicholson. I asked for Rick Wright and told Rick my situation. While Don was showing me and letting me test drive some cars, Rick was looking for vehicles that wasn't on his lot. They found one in another town and went and picked it up had me come back 2 hours later. It was the perfect match for me. Cherish Lohmiller walked me through some choices I could choose for extra protection and detailed explain each option. 1st time there. Do not recommend going. Said my transmission was out in my truck. Charged me a diagnostics fee when they said they couldn’t get it in drive. It was going to be $7,500 for a new transmission and I’ll have to wait 3 weeks for it. They backed my truck up along the east side of the building then waited almost 2 hours to call me. I drive it the next day. They said it wouldn’t limp through their parking lot, I picked it up and drove it home. I paid over $200 for the diagnostic fee and “shop supplies”. Then when I was trying to pay I was asked if I live in Greencastle, all because I have a Chase Bank card. May be friendlier to locals but it was close so I gave the place a shot.

We had to have cracked windshield replaced and York was approved by our insurance. Easy to make appt and I asked them to coordinate with service department to due annual maintenance while there. It was seamless and was kept informed and completed on time!

Not happy about being run out of a safe place for both me and my truck. One man said I could set inside until the storm settled a little bit then another employ told me to get out. So I drove my nice truck out into the blowing storm and parked on the east side of your building for a while in an attempt to protect from the blowing wind, rain, and possible hail. Not happy about treating a long time loyal customer this way.

Great service!!! When I called to get to get my car in, they said they were booked out a week but would work me in if they had a cancelation. I get a call Tuesday with the diagnosis of my problem and they said it would be done by the end of the week or beginning of next week. Got a call yesterday that it was done and ready to be picked up!!! Always friendly, reliable service

Put a tranny in my 2020 Silverado. Took it in on May 7 2025. Was told 10-14 days to receive new tranny from GM. Heard nothing and finally called on May 21st. Called on May 28th No tranny will check, finally told part wouldn’t be there till May 30th. Called on June 2nd. Told tranny finally there. I was told truck should be fixed soon. Got a call on June 11 that tranny was in but a problem, battery is dead and had to have a new 325 dollar battery! Don’t know why someone in the service department couldn’t go out and start the truck occasionally to make sure the battery didn’t run down? So to add insult to injury when I went to pay my over 7000 bill I was charged a 3% surcharge! So 35 days later and 7400 dollars poorer I finally have my truck! I understand sometimes you have to wait on parts but 30 days! My biggest problem was communication! If I hadn’t called several times I would have had no idea where we were at in the process!! A tranny should last longer than 5 years! No more GM products for me.
