I recently hired Rosinski Construction as my general contractor for a three-car addition to my house with a master suite above. Craig was great to work with, he made my dream come true. The project went smooth through out, which is not easy with many different trades involved.

Rosinski Construction had great attention to detail and made sure that every aspect of the project was done with precision and care. Craig' was very communicative, keeping me updated on the progress of the construction and addressing any concerns or questions I had along the way.

The end result exceeded my expectations, the three-car addition looks seamless with the existing structure of my house. The quality of their work is top notch. I know that it was built strong and built right. I have already received many compliments and it has only been done for a month.

Called Rosinski construction for a quote on a new deck for the front of the house. It happened to be during the busiest part of the season he made time to come out and talk to me and got me a quote and a very short time with the lead time sooner than I had expected because of how busy everybody is, then he called me about a week before they were ready to start show up exactly when he said he would and proceeded to start the project. He initially told me it might take up to three weeks He was here every day, except for one rain day and finish the job in two weeks The build construction Is extremely high-quality and it never seen the type of decking he used before but the amount of time he took to make sure the first row was dead was impressive and I couldn’t be happier with the end. Result Craig and his crew keep a clean job site And pay attention to detail that it’s hard to find with most contractors. I can’t say enough praise for Rosinsky construction I never met him before this project, but I will be calling him again. Thanks again Craig for a great job.

We contacted Rosinski Construction for a free estimate for a new deck for our back yard. Craig came out the following day. We had a complete deck tear off, with a rebuild of a new patio deck, and new design... We transformed 200 sq ft of deck into 1200 sq feet of deck.
Craig pulled all the permits from the county. We have a well and septic system. Craig and his team hand-dug per county regulations 4 feet into hard clay soil around our septic lines, poured concrete and base for our new beautiful deck. They worked on it though the hot weather conditions and had it completed in a timely manner. During the build, we asked Craig to change the design and he was very accommodating. Craig and his crew did a fantastic job on our beautiful deck. They went above and beyond. It was more than we expected. Clean up of job site was immaculate. We would highly recommend Rosinski Construction and welcome using them in the near future again. Amazing job!! Thank you!! Cost: Excellent

Craig was top notch when it came to our new kitchen remodel. His team removed a wall and ceiling, joined the dining and kitchen to make it look like there was never any new work done! Seamless! Helped us out with anything we needed. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!

Our project consisted of a full basement finish and it was one of the smoothest remodeling experiences we have ever had! From start to finish, Craig and his team were very professional, quick turnaround time, consistent with scheduling, kept the work area clean and cleaned up daily. Craig provided samples of flooring, paint colors, cabinets, etc…He was personable, responsive and kept us updated with what to expect daily.
We now have a spacious basement which includes a kitchenette/wet bar area, full bathroom, family space and storage/workout room.

Recently purchased an older home in need of much work. Remodeling can have its challenges but having Rosinski Construction involved keeps the stress down and traction of projects going forward. Having someone with the expertise to resolve unexpected issues is invaluable. The recent new windows and exterior doors look great. Looking forward to the kitchen remodel.

My wife and I purchased a home in July with the intent of putting a 500 sq. ft. room addition on before winter. In August the contractor we had originally wanted to do business with advised he could not meet our winter deadline. We scrambled and I called about 20 contractors. Some never called back, others would not do a small job and still others said they would not start it until spring. 3 contractors did show up to talk with us but only Craig from Rosinski construction said that he would do the job and meet our deadline. Over the next several weeks’ things moved very rapidly thanks to Craig knowing the building codes as well as the correct process for obtaining the necessary permits in unincorporated Lake County. By mid-September the project was started and by mid-October we were under roof. By mid-November the project was about 75% complete and now as December comes to a close the addition is 99% completed. This project involved relocating the furnace and all the duct work for the entire house as well as new roofing for the entire house. The work involved excavation, concrete work, carpentry, roofers, electricians and drywall work. Craig is a very accomplished carpenter and his list of craftsman in all of the trades were used to keep the project moving along. I made the arrangements for the HVAC system with a firm I was familiar with. I did some of the work myself such as installing insulation and paint work which Craig had no objections with and by us working together and communicating on an almost daily basis the addition has turned out beautiful and was completed in a timely manner.
The costs were reasonable, the workmanship was high quality and Craig’s cooperative manner and communication was outstanding. We would highly recommend him for any project big or small.

We must brag about Craig Rosinski/Rosinski Construction. We have used him for remodeling our bathroom it turned out beautiful. However Craig just finished our huge deck with azek oh my goodness it is beyound words its amazing simply gorgeous he did a awesome job right down to the little details very meticulous. Its the best money spent and he was worth every penny. So if you want the best you pay for the best and Rosinski Construction is the way to go. Great job Craig your a 5 star. Very pleased with the quality of work from Rosinski Construction. I had a few exterior doors replaced as well as a roof leak repaired and everything turned out great and on time. I will be using Rosinski Construction to repair or replace a garage in the future as well.
