PuroClean Disaster Restoration

After a leak PuroClean came out to mitigate the water damage. Will Ellenburg and Jaylynn Bradford arrived on time. They were courteous, professional and thorough. Most of all they were clearly there to make us satisfied and informed. It was everything I could have asked for.

Amazing customer service! I suspected black mold in my shower and called PuroClean yesterday. First of all, PuroClean actually answered the phone and talked to me -- no automated phone rotary or voicemail! The office person was extremely knowledgeable, and a mold inspector came to my home today. I anticipated the worst, but the inspection determined I did not have mold and also no identified leaks. This is an honest, reputable company (that is also on the Greenfield Chamber of Commerce's web site). They could have told me I had mold as I was prepared for the worst, but the inspector explained everything to me, including the tests he performed, and said I did not have any mold issues. What a great company and outstanding customer service! I highly recommend them, and if I am ever in need of restoration services, I will definitely call them again! Truly a cut above the vast majority of service companies.

They go above and beyond, on time and professional. When speaking with the Technician and Office i felt like i was dealing with family. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone, and wouldn’t hesitate calling them again in the future!

PuroClean provided a same day estimate and got to work right away. Their office staff and technicians were professional and friendly. The job was completed as promised with no surprises.

Had a water line break overnight. They were quick to respond and showed up within a few hours. Got flooring removed and started the dry out process. Great communication and services throughout the process. Highly recommend!

We had a house fire at the beginning of February 2024. Out insurance got us in contact with Puroclean. They were amazing from day one. Beth set up everything we needed and explained everything. Tina came on site and did a walk through and explained everything. She also was head of our inventory which the state of the house they did very well and very fast. We appreciate all your help and transparency with our situation.

PuroClean came to my rescue after a toilet over-flowed and did substantial damage. They contacted me immediately, and had someone on site in 4 hours - with water removal and mold remediation starting the next morning. They saved what they could - including recently installed countertops - and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with their service and professionalism. They tore up my carpet and opened holes in the floor. After finding pre-existing water damage that the insurance wouldn't cover, they closed up shop and left. I understand that since they are getting paid by the insurance company. However, I find it unconscionable that they would leave my home in such a state, especially knowing that I have small children. It's it reality too much to tack down some cheap plywood?

Everything about the experience was awful. They lied to us from day one and that never stopped. They used poor materials. My cabinets don't close correctly. My front porch was torn up by their workers and they only fixed part of what they damaged. My kitchen floor now tears every time I have to move the table, fridge, or whatever. The shelves in my pantry are laughably small. It's a pantry I need to store food there. Electrical still isn't working right. They left my bedroom window unfinished after they were "finished" so long that I just covered the whole wall with a sheet so I wouldn't have to look at it. The list of issues is so long I couldn't fit it all on a review. They changed major functional areas of my home to where they're barely even functional. I've corrected some things myself. They threw everything of mine away without contacting me even after I had 4 people with the company promise me they'd call me before anything hit the dumpster. They threw away all of my identification, my college degree that barely even had smoke damage. The exterior of it had a little bit of black which I easily wiped off. The stuff of mine that they did "save" and supposedly put in storage they then lost it before we could get it. We weren't compensated for that, they merely apologized after bringing us someone else's empty drawers. The list of offenses is so long I'm really considering contacting an attorney. I will never forget this company and what they did to my family. Oh! And on a regular basis their employees would drink in my house and leave the beer cans and they'd smoke in my house. When I tried complaining all they said is "well, those individuals have been let go" but how is that supposed to help me? If the company isn't just a bunch of scam artists then someone got in way over their heads somehow and screwed things up big time and tried to cover it up. I really should contact a lawyer though.

Roto-Rooter came out to fix a busted outdoor spigot pipe that was damaged from the past winter. The pipe had burst and sprayed water into my crawlspace during first spring use. They fixed the damage at a very reasonable price, but had a second person come out to assess water damage, and quoted me an estimate of between $2000 and $4000 for cleanup and repair that had resulted from a three minute use of the spigot before I realized there was a problem. I called my insurance company and they sent out Puroclean to inspect. Without being paid anything, Everett made some holes in the vapor barrier to drain the water, removed the soaked insulation that was retaining water, and used his meter to detect whether the subflooring and joists were saturated or retaining water (they were dry). This was more than the Roto-rooter water damage experts did when they used their scare tactics to try and gouge me out of thousands of dollars. I appreciate Everett’s honesty and integrity in giving me a fair and impartial analysis of the situation. I would definitely recommend work with Puroclean in the future.

We had a sewage backup that destroyed our first floor and basement. PuroClean did an awesome job getting it all cleaned up. Will communicated well, we knew what was happening and when, and it was a smooth process. I hope I never need their services again, but I am glad they are good at what they do.

We contacted Puroclean after the first restoration company refused to return calls and set a date for cleanup. Everett Jones came out right away and walked the property and took pictures. We had the quote back in 2 days. We had a few questions and Beth was very helpful and answered them. The cleaning crew of Tina Roberts, Cesar Urena, Branden Cave, and Halee Hensley did an amazing job with the clean up and kept us informed all the way. Thank you Puroclean for everything. I will definitely recommend you to others.

Tina, Halee, and Donna were our assigned technicians. They were great - prompt, efficient, personable, and helpful. Tina was particularly helpful with questions we had about how we proceed with our claim. We would not hesitate in using puroclean in the future.

Amazing customer service was provided by Mariah & Tina! They were extremely professional and friendly. We called them for guest damages in one of our hotel rooms and they were able to clean the room and get it back in pristine condition! We would HIGHLY recommend them!

Mariah was excellent! Very professional when it came to our personal items. Took care of us during this difficult situation with our plumbing. Made us feel important. Everett also went above and beyond what was expected. Very professional and sincere with the difficult plumbing situation we were dealing with. Really felt that the whole team understood what we were dealing with and went well above and beyond what was expected.

The contents team was fantastic. They wore thorough, helpful, and worked very efficiently to make sure that all the contents that were in my basement were salvageable or not after the water damage. They understood my concern for the safety of my family and knowledgable in helping me determine what should be written off.

I think everyone did a great job in cleaning up the kitchen and basement. They were very nice and thorough with their work.

My grandmother hired PuroClean to help rid her house of cigarette odor. The process was seamless. The staff (Wes, Mariah, & Simone) were reliable, punctual, and extremely efficient. Mariah, Donna, Tina, Jeff came and took out all damaged furniture, dishes etc. cleaned what could be salvaged or not salvaged.

They returned everything possible in excellent condition. They were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing.

I had been working in my yard, planting flowers and watering for several hours. When I came into my home I had water everywhere due to a broken water pipe. My bedroom carpet was soaked, on the other side of that wall my hardwood floors had water standing everywhere. My large area rugs a large oriental carpet and a large berber rug were soaked with water. PuroClean sent someone out within an hour of my call for help. They took my soaked area rugs and pads out to have cleaned and set up all of the drying equiptment to keep my hardwood floors from warping and pulled up my wall to wall bedroom carpet. After 5 days, all water was dried up and they came an got the equipment. Several days later they came and cleaned the water stain out of my bedroom carpet. I could not be more pleased with the results of their service and the professionalism of their people. I would highly recommend them, should you need any of their services!

Will did a Super job! He kept me involved with all decisions along the process. He was neat, respectful of my home and made what was an unfortunate situation tolerable. We spent a few more dollars on the clean up, but it saved hundreds on the final repair. Well worth the investment!

All 3 Techs were very professional. Will came on time access the damage told me what what needed to be done and what to expect and answered any questions I had. Did what needed to be done and came back the next day on time and checked on everything. Nick and his partner came back the 3rd day on time and finished up, I would recommend this company to anyone. Their guys were professional and timely.

PuroClean stayed in regular contact with me regarding this restoration project. They liaison with the insurance company directly with no difficulty. Their 3 person crew arrived on time on date, were outgoing and friendly, discussed all aspects of the work they were going to perform and why. They performed the drying out and removal work quickly, took lots of pictures and cleaned up afterwards. They returned the next day as scheduled to take care of some follow up items. Damage area is ready for the restoration work to begin.

Team that came contacted me before every visit to make sure it was a good time. I really appreciated the communication level and the timeliness (they came when they said they were coming). The team was very kind and helpful. Will answered all questions and the team was very kind to my children and myself. When you have an unexpected water leak there is a lot of stress and worry - I was thankful to have a team that knew what they were doing and gave me confidence in the solution and safety of my home following mediation. We had a pipe burst overnight and the kitchen and basement flooded. PuroClean was here within 2 hours and immediately started removing waterlogged drywall and installation. They came back every day until all affected material was removed. Consequently we never had a mold problem or even a smell. They put in fans and dehumidifiers that stayed for over 2 weeks until everything was completely dry. They were able to save my basement carpet. They moved furniture out and put it back in again, then deep cleaned the basement and cleaned the carpets. The only thing they didn't do was drywall and paint. They don't offer that service, but I wish they did!

Throughout the whole process, they were professional and courteous. They worked with our insurance adjuster to make the process smooth. Donna did the cleaning and she worked very hard to make sure it was better than ever.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They made a very stressful situation bearable. Thank you PuroClean!!!

PuroClean just finished water damage clean up and mold removal in our kitchen where our fridge flooded the laminate flooring and soaked through to the OSB subfloor, ruining several cabinets, floors and wall. I was very happy with how quickly Puroclean came in and inspected what needed to be done, and then very quickly came to set up a safe and sealed containment area in the kitchen to keep our family safe while they dried, treated and removed the water damage.
I had great confidence in Everett and his experience, he had a plan and knew what had to come out versus what could be saved. They used a professional air scrubber machine and cleaned thoroughly when they were done. I loved how after they left, I didn't have to clean up after them. His team of Mariah, Jeff, Eli and Jen were here very quickly to get the job started, and in only 2 days the flooded area of the kitchen was dry, cleaned and free of mold. Everett and Beth were also very helpful in working with our insurance company to document damage, and make sure we were taken care of.
This team was friendly, honest, hard working, and quick! When a flood disaster happens, these guys are awesome!

We are so grateful for the super fast response when our sump pump went out at 2:00 a.m. due to losing power during a torrential downpour of a storm! Our sump pump had been out for hours and we weren't able to pull water off fast enough to keep up. Our sump pit was on the verge of spilling over until Everett came to our rescue a portable generator to get our sump pump working again. Did I mention it was 2am?! Great company!

We had lived in our newly built home for 3 days and had a water leak. Not the best situation, but PuroClean came right away thanks to being a great team with our home owner's insurance company. The crew that we had, headed up by Everett Jones, was excellent. They came as soon as the agent called them and worked like busy bees, each knowing just what to do. They were friendly,polite and very willing to help me during my water damage period. They were also concerned about my breathing problem.they were always punctual, showing up when they said they would. Everett also made sure things were done right . This group does quality work and I would recommend them to others.
