Everyone says beware of out-state contractors! Thank goodness for outstate contractors! Servpro never did return my call! I called on time. They had all the proper documents and permits to work in Florida! Took a chance,
they met me at my house, and was at my sister's house that got hit in St. Pete Beach the same day and started right of way! Thank goodness for them! They did a great job and the house is drying, it was a complete loss!

Located in Madeira Beach Florida. Shawn and crew were scheduled to start remediation work just a few days after we contacted them. Then, a second hurricane hit 2 weeks after Helene. With Helene, we had almost 4 feet of surge in our house. After hurricane number 2 hit, Shawn and crew were here quickly and started to work. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anybody else needing drywall removed, moisture removed, etc.

On Time Restoration was quick and efficient to get all the water out of my house. They cared for my home like it was their own. I have no complaints. They even worked with me on cost because I didn’t have insurance.

Shawn was great, very timely manner and responded very quick, our water heater had busted and I gave Sean a call. I had found out about him through one of my friends who had used and I was very satisfied to say the least.

On Time Restoration was very timely and detailed on what needed to be done. They were very conscious of the repair and cleanup.

My pipe busted in basement and flooded called on time restoration Shawn Huff arrived within the next hour his professionalism and expertise and wok ethic exceeded all expectations explaining to me what and why during this overwhelming process of repairs were phenomenal would highly recommend and will call for any restoration repairs if needed

Though the mitigation job itself was satisfactory we will not use nor can we recommend On Time based on our experience.

1. We were asked to give a 5 star review before the job was complete, this was upon meeting Shawn in person and him covering the scope of service. I certainly don't mind businesses asking for reviews but it's best to ask after you know customers are happy with your service.

2. Ironically, they weren't timely except on the initial call. But that happens. However I had to call and email to ask for my final bill and it took a week to receive a response.

3. When the bill finally came it was $1,000 more than we discussed. No wonder he didn't give a written estimate. And my fault for not asking, I know better. I tried to reach out about this via leaving a voicemail and text, no response so far. I went ahead and paid the bill as I suspect I'll never hear from this company again.

On Time Restoration used their amazing machines for moisture and water damage remediation inside the ceiling. I appreciate how detailed Shawn was as he explained the repair steps.

This family own business provided my family with exceptional service. Shawn was very professional and understanding. He was transparent and explained the entire process. We are so happy On Time Restoration was able to help us avoid a bigger loss on our ceiling/ roof. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had On Time come out due to a leak after heavy rain. They came out the next day after I called. Shawn came out, explained what was going on, and advised me that I needed to work with my insurance and roofers and that he would send out everything needed for me to go forward. I have yet to receive anything after asking twice and now my texts are going unanswered. This is unfortunate because we were interested in using them for the restoration work but cannot trust it if I can't even receive paperwork as promised

On Time Restoration just completed moisture/water damage repair and remediation in my crawl space. I was pleased that they were able to quickly provide an evaluation/estimate and get me on their schedule. The communication was on-point and they shared pictures/video of the damage so I could better understand the extent of the damage. The On Time Restoration crew were dependable, friendly, and respectful of my house. From start to finish I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work, flexibility of payment options, and customer service. They showed up at 2am to assist when our business flooded on a frozen winter night and started the next day. Sean made the process easy and highly recommend.

Edit: 2 more low star reviews by people unrelated to us have posted it’s been over a year now and Whitney and Shawn continue to not respond to any rebuttal by the insurance companies.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. 3k+ what the insurance company quoted for damges, haven't responded to any of our calls and feedback from the insurance company yet they have the audacity to charge 1.9% interest even though they refuse to work with the insurance company. On top of that - they took the deductible money immediately so no incentive for them to work with us. The seem to take advantage of emergencies, over charge and then ghost. We are seeking legal counsel on what we can do, and will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Shawn and his crew were great. They helped take care of the situation, fast and friendly. If you need remediation services I would recommend them.

We recently flooded from Hurricane Idalia and are so grateful for OTR. The day after the flood we called so many mitigation companies and Shawn and Whitney were the only people to talk to us like human beings. Other companies expected us to wait 2 weeks to begin mitigation which would have allowed mold to grow. OTR got started right away. Definitely recommend them if you need mitigation services.

I have been very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of On Time Restoration. They came came several days earlier than their estimate to start the demolition after a significant flood in the Saint Petersburg area. They have explained every step of the process and have calmed my nerves about this rather life-altering situation. They are working in a timely manner and I am impressed with the progress they have made. I highly recommend them!!

As a first time home buyers we had a leak in our house after the heavy rain. Worried we called On Time Restoration late at night and they walked us through how to contain our leak until they could come out and look at it. They reassured us over the phone that they would be out to look at it the next day. Shawn and his team came out and looked at our leak. He explained everything to me and helped me understand where the leak was coming from. I highly recommend On Time Restoration as they were awesome!

Did tear down from water damage yet never brought my clothing boots etc back after dry clean (?). Won’t communicate. Recommend to use a different company and run from this one.

I did finally get my items back which were supposed to have been cleaned, but after opening the boxes once Shawn had left and I had signed the insurance check, I discovered I had been scammed. The items in over 16 boxes had not been cleaned and most were ruined. He first entered my home with about 5 or 6 items on hangers which had been dry cleaned (but ruined). Therefore I “assumed” the boxed items were also cleaned properly. It was insurance Freud on their part and stupidity on mine-over $15,000!

The owner Shawn Huff answered the phone on the Sunday night of my emergency and scheduled to come out immediately. He had great equipment to determine where the water leak was coming from and "did not" have to tear up my home looking for it as other companies told me they would. I was very appreciative of that. He had quality equipment that dried my home out fast. Thank you On Time Restoration.

We requested for moisture inspection, they came and did the inspection with tools and provided the genuine report.People are very professional.

Based on our experience I would recommend you avoid this company. We entered a contract with On Time Restoration on 12/9/21 for water mitigation and repair / rebuild due to water damage sustained in our home in November 2021. We have yet to have all items completed as billed. We have incomplete work, they have not closed out the claim with our insurance, and we have work performed in a poor workmanlike manner we will have to pay another contractor to repair.
Both owners / operators have purposefully ignored any attempt to reach them. Multiple emails, voicemails, and even a certified letter without so much as a response. At this point they have completely disregarded their contractual obligations and refuse to finish the work, contact us and / or correct the poor quality of work done in our home.
We would not recommend this business based on lack of service, quality of work and complete unprofessionalism that we have experienced.

To be clear we are not past clients we are a current client that has been willfully ignored. The reason for the time delay is because it took almost a year to do the work in our home then you have spent the last 6 months disregarding any attempt to reach you to resolve the outstanding items from our contract.

The facts of the situation are that 1. We have been billed for work that was not completed, 2. The completed work was done in a poor workman like manner (reference pictures attached, this is only an example and does not show the full scope) and 3. On Time Restoration has not made any attempts to finish their contractual agreement or close out the case with our insurance company.

This is a genuine attempt to have you resolve what should be a minor issue and finish the work / correct the work you are contractual obligated to do. We have been completely ignored in every attempt to reach you and since this is a site where you monitor and respond working to gain some level of response here.

Your last correspondence at the end of 2022 was that “as promised I would, we will be working on getting a final resolution to your project as well”. Since then, we have called, emailed and you have made no attempt to respond. A normal situation if a client is reaching out with concerns the response would be to acknowledge, respond, apologize, and seek resolution. Instead (as a continued pattern in our experience) we have received unprofessional, hostile behaviors & personal attacks.

The response left here is a true indication of the client care we have received and sincerely hope you would look to resolve instead of continuing to escalate. Also, based on our experience, this should also serve as a warning for any other potential clients if they do encounter any issues how they could potentially be treated.

I had a busted toilet line that went unproved for over 24 hours. We were not home at that time. When we arrived, 3/4 of the house, 1st and 2nd story, were completely flooded. I called OTR and within 30 minutes I had Shawn and a 5 man crew at my house. Within 2 hours the water was stopped and flood clean up underway.

OTR not only handled to initial response, they performed the rebuild as well. OTR will always be my 1st call should something disastrous like this happen again!

I cannot thank them enough!

They came in and remove the mold in our kitchen and repaired the leak. They have walked us through each and every step. Very friendly and knowledgeable in what needs

I was beyond frustrated when I called because my basement was flooded and had water sitting for 5/6 days. Sean and is crew came and extracted floors, sanitized and fog basement and offered education on what products to buy to help with mold prevention. My basement looks better than it did before and I would definitely use them again

On Time Restoration answered the phone at 5 a.m. and provided same-day water removal from and cleanup of our flooded basement. The technicians were knowledgeable and helpful during what was a very stressful time for our family.

When I had a leak two days before I was supposed to close on my house, I knew exactly who to call. Shawn answered the phone immediately and was out the very next day to investigate the issue and get the dry out started so I was able to keep my deal alive.

Shawn, Randy and their crew were amazing! We got hit hard by snovid, aka snowpacalypse in Dallas, and had some significant water damage. Just when we thought we weren't going to be able to find any help, On Time Restoration answered the call. Very efficient and took extra care when boxing up my personal belongings. They added a plastic barrier to protect the unaffected areas of the home from dusts and debris. When they finished everything was super dry and ready to go for the reconstruction. Highly Recommend!!!

Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my basement dry. He was at my house with all of his drying equipment only a couple hours after I called their office. He was not a pushy, exaggerating salesman (as a competitor was) but took good care to communicate his approach to remedying my situation. He made effective adjustments to save me some money as I did not have insurance coverage on my sump pump failing (side note - everyone with a basement should get sump pump coverage!). His team worked hard and were pleasant to deal with - especially considering the unpleasantness of a flooded basement.

Shawn was great and incredibly helpful. Informative and diligent with communication. Would definitely use them again! Very happy with their work.

On time restoration did a remarkable job with our water damage to our home. They were at my home within an hour of the service call and immediately did everything possible to help my family through this process. They worked very well with my insurance company. Shawn and Whitney were professional and compassionate through the entire process and our home is fully restored beautifully.

Shawn was great. My basement flooded on a Friday at 10:00am and Shawn and his team were there the same day by 2:30. I was so pleased with the quick response and continued follow-ups to ensure the basement was meeting their expectations.
