Like so many have experienced, we also had problems with insurance company denial.

Byron came and surveyed the damage and coordinated inspections with all the proper sources to get the claim approved.

The guys on the roof were amazing....through tremendous heat, pouring rain and wind, they got the job done.

WOW! What a great job by Byron White and the team at Yellowhammer roofing. Finally, a man and a company that does everything they said they would do - on time, with great quality, and efficiency. My roof with storm damage was NOT an easy roof but the crew did and unbelievable job in a day and a half. No corners were cut and no steps in the process were skipped. Mr. Byron White was exceptional! He assisted me with getting the insurance all in place and even the follow up after the work to make sure all the reserve money and hidden damage money was recovered. Our experience with Yellow Hammer Roofing was a great one. Our representative, Byron White was great in assisting with our claim. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. Byron took his time and explained the complete process to us from beginning to end, as well as answered any questions that we had. He also went the extra mile in communicating with our insurance company and providing them with requested documentations that were required for processing our claim. Very pleased with our experience using Yellowhammer Roofing for our roof replacement! Our insurance required a lot of back and forth and Byron was an amazing advocate for us and walked us through every step. Once approved, the crew was great and we had a new roof (and cleaned up yard) in just over one day!

We had the worst experience with our homeowners insurance related to our roof. I saw a drone in our neighborhood and 10-days later we received a letter threatening to cancel our policy and a not nice PS… we were ineligible to file claim because “they” found the damage. I called three roofing companies and Byron White was the only one who called back.

He said the threat in the letter could be challenged, did his due diligence in researching wind events, and urged us to file a claim anyway. Because of his research, the claim was approved!

Byron was there every step of the way advocating for us at every opportunity. He stayed in touch, letting us know everything from when shingles would be delivered, their methods for how to re-roof a sunroom, and work date. He came out and helped the amazing workers during the installation!

He made sure everything was done right from start to finish. The roof looks great. We've had a few rough storms, and they have had no issues. We had an awesome experience with Yellowhammer Roofing. Our roof sustained hail damage this year and our insurance covered replacement of the roof. Our representative from Yellowhammer, Byron White, did a great job of walking us through the process, explaining everything involved, helping us make a few decisions about some product offerings and scheduling. He did a great job from start to finish, stopping by the house multiple times in person for discussions, paperwork, while the house was being roofed, and afterwards to make sure we were fully satisfied. If you noticed our last names, best we can tell, we’re not related! Ha! Seriously, great job Yellowhammer, top notch work and service.

These guys are extremely dependable, honest, and responsive. We had some trouble getting our insurance company to cover our expired shingles and their claims department handled the entire process and kept us updated every step of the way. I have already recommended them to our neighbors!

We worked with Evan W for our roof repair after storm damage! He took the time to go through the roofing estimate line by line, and thoroughly explained the estimate and the process. His communication was excellent, and provided timely notice of material delivery and crew arrival. They completed the roof in a day, and cleaned up well.

Following a March 2021 hail storm, we worked closely with Evan Woods from Yellowhammer. He was excellent and we have been super pleased with the the work completed, the time frame in which it was performed and the customer service we received. Evan did not pressure us to make decisions, he was polite, and professional. During a final walk through Evan answered my questions and had the team quickly take a look at one area of concern and take care of the issue. Our roof looks amazing!

Our representative was Evan Woods. He was professional and informative, but not aggressive in his sales pitch. He helped us make an informed decision. Everyone was professional, thorough and polite. The crew were friendly and always on time. Clean up was great as well as the follow up to make sure we were satisfied. We would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had a significant hail storm come through and, while you couldn't see it from the ground, there was significant damage to our roof. Mike Healy came by offering to check out the roof (for free) to see if he could help. Not only did he find documentable damage, but he helped with the insurance adjustor as well. Whatever he was asked for, he did it (even though the insurance company probably should've done it themselves). Mike was always VERY quick to respond whenever I had a question and made sure that my wife and I were comfortable with every step of the process. Ten days after first meeting Mike, we had a brand new roof! It looks great and we couldn't be happier with the end result. If anyone ever asks about roof repair or replacement, tell them to talk to Mike Healy at Yellowhammer. They won't regret it!
