From the very beginning Terry professionally explained each step of the process before it happened. His team replaced our bare bones roof with a much higher quality and better looking one in about half a day. He also worked with our insurance and made sure we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.

Having been a homeowner for many years, I’d never experienced a hail storm in which major hail damage was an issue to my home. I reached out to Terry Placker, and he had local project manager Brian Torres at my home the next morning. Together, they took us through every step of the process, worked with our insurance, and really alleviated a tremendous amount of stress. They kept us up to date through the entire process and answered any questions we had, usually within minutes. They displayed the utmost professionalism from start to finish and should we ever have a need, we will definitely reach again!

Chris Durbin and his team are miracle workers. Not only did they do an amazing job replacing our roof etc. but they did it so quickly. Chris also went above an beyond in every way. Our adjuster could only come out on a Sunday and Chris volunteered to drive 1 hour to meet with him. When dealing with the awful situation of having to replace a roof, gutters, screens etc., it's nice to have a guy like Chris and the Xperience Roofing team make the process ridiculously smooth and easy. Have never been so impressed by a company before. Roanne was amazing as this process took awhile with our insurance company and raising our deductible to cover the out of pocket. She stayed in contact with us and insurance through it all. She was patient and kind and always there to help with whatever we needed. The roofing was amazing and even when a hiccup came with an issue under the roofing on our garage they never missed a beat. They handled the pictures and contact with insurance to secure additional funding. Communicated with us and we’re so easy to work with. Cannot recommend them enough. Whether it’s been my roof and gutters or replacing my driveway to installing a septic tank Nathan has always been the only contractor and I truly mean this when I say this but a genuine friend to me an my family. He asked me if I could leave a review something honest and short… clearly that’s not possible but what I will say is whatever the job you will get quality work, he won’t dodge you after the jobs complete he will make time to come back and assist you with anything in his capability, and you’ll gain a life long friend who wouldn’t hesitate to to lend you a hand whether he’s on the clock or off. Nathan is such a gentleman my husband and him talked more then I'd heeard him speak in years there both just so knowledgeable. Nathan never did once miss a call when I telephone him and was specific an detail with all the my silly questions I had for him i just couldn't keep up with all the lingo but my husband sure did I think he learned a thing or two. Anyhow I just was embarrassed that I knew so little about my own roof, not like I can climb up there myself with my hips but Nathan did and got us are damage repot within 30 mins.

Brandon and Terry were extremely professional and forthcoming when assessing damages to my roof. They also assisted with gaining maximum value from insurance when the the adjuster came for inspection. Nathan Durst the project manger at Xperience roofing was the man when came to all the questions an concerns i had** for my roof and gutters. We had hail in garland last month while I was out of town an we weren’t sure how bad it hit us or if it hit us at all. My sister Susan recommended Nate and he did a wonderful job!!! Nate did a complimentary inspection that took no more than 30 mins nor did I have to be there for it. Thankfully we didn’t have any damage an I appreciate his honestly. Terry and his team at Xperience replaced our roof last year. They did an amazing job, especially dealing with the insurance company! Upon an inspection (we are currently selling our home), it was noted that there was a possible leak above the garage. This was a very time-sensitive issue as we were negotiating with buyers and a lot was at stake. Terry responded to my text immediately and had a crew there to investigate and repair it within days. The problem was not the new roof but rather old siding in a hidden valley where leaves accumulate on a regular basis. The work done byn Xperience satisfied the buyers and thankfully we are keeping our closing date. Terry will go to great lengths to keep his customers happy and is a true professional. We are very pleased with Jaxon and his crew who installed a new roof for us last month. Jaxon took all the pressure off us when dealing with the insurance companies. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. I think the most impressive part of the entire experience was the day Jaxon stopped by as he noticed damage that could potentially be leaking. He offered to take a look. While he was on the roof (very high roof) he tarped the area to prevent further damage, not knowing if we would get an approval. You just don't see this level of kindness these days. They did a great job and cleaned all the mess and even made an additional trip to make sure he got all of the nails. They are highly recommended!

We just got a new roof put on by Xperience Roofing. The owner was super professional and great to work with. His team was very professional and nice to work with as well.
