Our insurance adjuster had a very different opinion of what Ken inspected and Ken immediately was able to demonstrate the roof needed total replacement. I would highly recommend Elevated roofing! They are amazing people that go so above and beyond that it ranks them as local heroes in my book. We have been working with JD Witte in getting our roof fixed. We haven't even started the roofing repair yet but I had to call them for help today and boy did they answer that call! Our macaw Ares got out of the house today and flew across the street and landed on my neighbor's roof. We called both the fire station, and animal control and nobody would come. Animal control said they cannot get on roofs and that gave me the idea to call JD. He was not working and on vacation. So he called a fellow colleague, Andrew Roxburgh. Andrew came and got on the roof but Ares got scared and flew away. Andrew stayed and helped the search by driving around the neighborhood just incase we found him again. He had to go after a long search but told me to call him once we found him again. We did finally find Ares and he was on the ground so we were able to get him home. But the fact that they were willing to help when no one else would. And for a completely unrelated job is why I will forever be grateful. We look forward to moving forward with them on our roof. JD Witte and the Elevated Roofing team were excellent. I had a complete replacement and ancillary damage from hail and JD and the team made the entire process extremely easy. This was not my first roof replacement, but definitely the best outcome (process and product). After the job was completed, JD even stopped by and did another complete nail sweep just to ensure we didn’t have any surprises. Above and beyond (zero pressure) service!

Getting a roof redone is not a small project and can be extremely stressful; working with JD Witte was a wonderful and pleasant experience. JD helped us transform our house into something completely different and truly beautiful! He had a team of painters repaint all of our trim to match the new darker colors of the new gutters & roof. It turned out better than we hoped!

I am very happy we chose Elevated roofing to do this huge project; this will be an ongoing relationship that will last for years since we replaced our regular shingles with solar shingles, and all of our dealings with JD are always a pleasure! I contacted Elevated Roofing after an abysmal experience with our insurance company in which we had to replace the roof in order to maintain coverage. This had to be done within a month. Ryan Marron came to review our roof situation and begin working on our estimate the same day in which I called. He explained the process thoroughly and detailed the materials to be used in a roof replacement. After obtaining estimates from other roofing companies, none came close to the quality and attention we received from Elevated Roofing. I also researched the specific shingles used in the process (HDZ Timberline) , and these are superior to others used by competitors. It was an easy decision to choose to work with Elevated Roofing. Ultimately, they were able to move quickly and completed our roof replacement on schedule. The roof looks great and comes with warranties. I cannot recommend this company enough. In addition, everyone at each company recommended by Elevated was just as phenomenal and had only the most complimentary things to say about Elevated Roofing. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Extremely poor service from Elevated Roofing. I would avoid them at all cost. We used them for our roof replacement 4 years ago and it was a horrible experience.

They no-showed TWICE to a scheduled inspection that I had to schedule time off work to accommodate. The communication on their end is horrendous. People within the same company tell you different things and they don't follow up. Had people showing up to my house unannounced as well. They also didn't want to do an the repairs that were recommended and basically had to tell them to do it.

Fast forward 4 years and needing some roof repair. I only called them for potential warranty coverage. Someone came out on 5/31 and I never heard from them again. I called the week after and they said they were working on a quote for me but no response. I called again the week after and they tried to schedule another inspection later in the week, even though I already had one. I asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would same day. Still no response a week later.

They can't even provide a simple quote for a repair. If you want to be left in the dark and frustrated, go with Elevated Roofing, where the only thing elevated is your blood pressure.

I just had my roof and gutters replaced by John Luttrell and his team from Elevated Roofing last week, due to a recent hail storm. This is the second time in 2.5 years that I've had to replace my roof, due to the crazy Texas weather. The first time I replaced my roof, I had used a different company, and definitely was not satisfied with the outcome. This time, with Elevated Roofing, I could not be happier. They did such an amazing job! The attention to detail was great! John provided drone shots throughout the day, at each step of the way, to keep me up to date on the progress. They were able to cover up some ugly metal flashing that the previous roofer had left exposed, and was even able to get rid of 8 ugly metal vents at the top of my roof, by ventilating at the ridgeline of the roof. The end result was fantastic! They will definitely be my roofer going forward, anytime I have a future need for roof repair or replacement.

Having sustained serious hail damage, I called Elevated Roofing to check out my roof. I contacted them first, primarily because of their reputation in the community for honesty and their use of quality workman and materials. I needed to deal with someone I could trust and I was not disappointed with the assistance and service I received at their hands.

Mike Witte came out the day after I called, assessed the damage and walked me through the process of dealing with my insurance company and HOA. He is extremely well versed in this and completely addressed all of my questions and concerns.

The roofing team was nothing short of amazing. I was particularly impressed with the care they took to insure my gardens and property were protected from debris while they worked. Moreover, their cleanup at the end of the day left my yard spotless. I've yet to find so much as a single nail left in my yard.

Members of the Elevated Roofing team were on-site several times while work was in process and also came by the following morning for a final check.

God willing, I won't have endure another event like this anytime soon, but if I should, it's good to know the folks at Elevated Roofing will have my back.

After quite a bit of research we contacted Mike at Elevated Roofing. He sat down with us and went over (in detail) exactly what his company would do to replace our hail damaged roof. He went over everything, including dealing with any insurance issues that could arise. His professional staff did all the work excellently and on time. When a small issue came up after the project was completed, a member of the Elevated staff punctually came out the very next day and solved the problem.
