We had a great "Xperience". Mason explained the entire process and did an initial inspection, identifying storm damage from the prior year. Our insurance adjuster inspected and approved a complete roof replacement. The coordination between Xperience and the insurance company was perfect. I can’t recommend Xperience Roofing enough! My insurance had already rejected my claim twice when working with a different roofing contractor, in spite of the fact that *every single* house within a stones throw had suffered enough damage from a hail storm to get replaced. I had kinda lost hope that I would be able to get it covered by my insurance.

Enter Dominic, who calmly and confidently claimed he would work with the insurance company to get it those initial claims reopened and approved. And he absolutely delivered! Everything was approved for a full replacement, and the new roof looks amazing.

Xperience roofing was an excellent choice to redo our roof. Dominic worked tirelessly and submitted multiple reports to get our roof redo approved due to the hail damage last June. Xperience roofing was doing a home 2 doors down I asked them to bid my roof for in the future cost ect Jeffery went on my roof to inspection it I noticed he was up there a long time he told me I have wind damage torn off some singles I told him I don’t have wind torn singles and my roofsingles are dong just fine for now. Jeffrey said there is some singles missing and I need to call my insurance company to have them inspect it he said they will pay 1/2of the cost to redo my roof and after they do call him back for quote he left 2 days later I drive up to my home to look at roof hum I seen shingles missing off roof he damaged my shingles tore them off threw them in my back yard in one pile I have phots. My son had to replace a stack and 1half of the damage wow I was pissed I’m 67 old man I only have ssi income I have many health problems and have prostrate cancer I’m on chemo therapy Right now. Jeefery damaged my roof just to drum up business I can’t beleave how horrible he is. And wanted me to call in a wind damaged roof and to defraud my insurance company Dont let him in your yard and he’ll know on your roof

I’ve used Xperience roofing multiple times from Draper, UT, to Ogden, UT, and refer them regularly to clients. Dominic is always going above and beyond—I’d consider him an insurance specialist. He always performs a free roof inspection and lets you know if he thinks there is damage cause by something covered by insurance.

Dominic Nugent was our XPERIENCE ROOFING Rep. I cannot say enough good things about how he handled our account. We had hail damage and Dom took over the entire process of
negotiating and following up with our Insurance. When I first contacted my insurance company, they offered me $1111. After Dom took over, I had a brand new roof. He jumped through every hoop they required of him. They wanted documentation, videos, partial replacement of the damaged area to make sure the old shingles were too brittle and the new shingles couldn’t be matched.
1. He was extremely communicative. When the insurance company was slow to respond, Dom would text and let me know there was no news and he was still following-up. Most reps would have just left me hanging and wondering, even if there was no news.
2. He was always on time. Any appointment he made to look at the roof, bring shingle samples, or follow-up, were on time. I never had to wait around.
3. He kept his promises. I was particularly concerned about clean-up. I didn’t want nails and debris left behind. The Roofing crew did a fantastic job cleaning. Even, Dom walked the yard to make sure I was happy.
4. The job was done quickly, and on the day scheduled. Many homes in my neighborhood waited more than a week for completion even when rain was forecast.
5. Dom helped me find the perfect contractor (Which was above and beyond his job.) Besides my roof having hail damage, my stucco also needed some repair.
6. Because of the bulk pricing XPERIENCE ROOFING receives, I received a 40 yr roof, rather than a 30yr at the same price.

Myself and 4 neighbors needed a roofer to come inspect our cabins. We all had different reasons and issues to address so we did not want just any roofer. I googled "Dick Tracy of roofers" and was led to Jeff with Xperience roofing.
At first I expected the connection between Jeff and Dick Tracy to be that he was thorough at his job, but when he showed up for the assessment I learned it ran much deeper. Out of the vehicle stepped a man in a yellow trench coat and hat, the wind perked up for just a moment giving him an aura of a superhero. Little did I know that was a little foreshadowing of what was to come.
We proceeded on to the roof where Detective/Roof inspector Jeff began unraveling the mystery of what had happened on the first roof. Without even asking the owner he laid out the entire crime scene with 100% accuracy. There were two main areas of wind damage that needed to be tarped to prevent additional damage. Jeff pulled out what at first I thought was a tommy-gun, but turned out to just be a roofing nailer and he made quick work of the temporary patch.
We went from roof to roof linking clues together with the precision of a surgeon to identify a myriad of issues from improperly installed skylights, deteriorating roof decking, to simple age and wear and tear. Jeff, I mean, Detective/Inspector Jeff, also helped document and put together the case on each home for submission to their insurance to file a claim as appropriate.
Now all of these actions are impressive on their own, but the most impressive feat was yet to come. While measuring a roof the homeowners dog approached him, he held out his hand to let the dog smell him but instead the wild beast lunged at him biting his hand. You would expect Jeff to be the one to react in pain, but instead the dog ran off yiping as his hands were so strong that it was the dog who got hurt! All I could ask myself at that point was, "Is this guy a roofer? A detective? Or the man of steel?" I guess we may never know, but I can attest to it being one of the greatest experiences of my life, the day I spent with Jeff at Xperience roofing.

I have a solar system on my house and they laid the shingles right over top of the bolts holding the solar down!
Lol the satellite was pointed backwards, it should be left for the satellite installation guys and nothing was sealed off.
It should have been a cut and dry job, but it’s taken three weeks to fix.

I am so glad we found Xperience Roofing, after dealing for two months with another company, I was referred to Xperience roofing. From the get go, I spoke to Dominic, and honestly I didn’t have hope due to having to deal with another company for two months to take care of my roof issues. We communicated on a Monday, by Tuesday I was on the schedule to have my roof be worked on Friday.
