White's Queen City Motors

Brought in my 2022 Silverado for service and to resolve the intermittent audio problems. It works half the time and can’t use hands free phone. Scheduled 8 days out and waited for it. Still not finished in planned time and will have to come back for more updates. It’s 10 updates behind and I have to pay for the radio update. They gave me half off because I paid for diagnostic now twice and still not resolved.

The service department was very helpful, they got my car right in did the recall, and I was on the road again.

We had a wonderful, low pressure buying experience at Queen City.. Darren our salesman was exceptional, addressed all of our questions and concerns… This is our new favorite dealership!

I had an enjoyable experience working with Nate. I knew what car i wanted, and he didn't try to push me into something I couldn't afford. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end!

Overall, our experience was great. Travis was very friendly and helpful. I placed an inquiry the night prior and he had me on the phone before 8:30 the following morning asking if there was anything he could do to help. We quickly set up a time to meet and he had the truck I was most interested in waiting on hold at the front of the dealership. After getting home, I noticed a small blemish on my new truck and reached out to Travis to see what could be done about it and they had it fixed the next week without issue which I greatly appreciated. Aside from him, the entire staff was extremely friendly and made a long-ish afternoon for our kids more bearable--they got balloons and a ride on the golf cart, both were a big hit. We will absolutely reach back out to the folks at White's Queen City motor when it's time for a new family car.

Wanting to return to Pennsylvania after visiting family in Alaska, disaster struck in Wyoming as the transmission faltered. We limped to Spearfish and Queen City Motors. Bryan French and his service team went beyond the extra mile. Bryan called multiple times with updates and asked if we needed groceries which he volunteered to pick up for us.
A mechanic came in early to finish the job and get us back on the road sooner.
We couldn’t have had a better service experience.

Friendly, down to earth sales team, no pressure. Found affordable, in good condition,1999 Toyota 4Runner. I inspected the vehicle on sight. Took a solo test drive and was allowed to have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic. Sales Professional Desmond Watson alleviated all concerns I had regarding the purchase of a used vehicle and the paperwork process, which made the sale. Personnel handling the final sale and titling of the vehicle were professional and expedited the process in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend this dealership!

I was just on for an oil change and tire rotation. The service from everyone was top-notch. It's an overall friendly environment.

Everything was excellent! They diagnosed and trouble shot my pick up and could not find anything wrong with it. And the good part was, they did not charge me a dime for it. I did not think anyone did anything for free anymore! I really appreciated it!
