Chris was great, we had a bad week of plumbing when a shower valve needed to be replaced and before they showed up I had questions about our sump pump and expansion tank and Chris was able to answer those questions and replace the expansion tank and the original valve I called about in less time than was estimated for the shower valve, while I was chatting with him for a good majority and he was teaching an apprentice at the same time.

We had a leak in our townhome unit for over a month. Notified our maintenance and they couldn't find the cause for over a month. This dude, Corey D, fixed the issue and our water heater issue all within 1.5 hours. The man was transparent about every aspect of what he was doing and repaired it immediately.

We were experiencing problems with poor water pressure in a couple bathrooms. Chris was here (early!) and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and everything works great. Thanks Chris S., would definitely recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues.

I had a car problem, and one of their service guys came over and helped me. He wouldn't take anything for his help. That's true service!

Cannot recommend Krohmer Plumbing enough! We needed help with a washing machine install and had to have a valve handle replaced and called them on Friday morning and they squeezed us in in the afternoon the same day. Corey was fantastic and really nice! He happily answered my questions and came after getting some parts that were needed. 5 stars and will be using them moving forward!

Had an issue with the kitchen facet. Called Krohmer Plumbing and a service call was scheduled for the next morning. Nate came, assessed the problem and reworked the plumbing. His professionalism and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I have used Krohmer Plumbing in the past and people like Nate will keep me as a customer!!

Recommend! We had a gentleman named Nate, come and help us at my work place. We had a broken toilet and he fixed it with no problems and he also asked about other toilets that had something wrong with them and fixed them too! No problems and more is fixed than we asked for!

Phone call placed at 9:40 am and had an appointment set for 3 days out . They had a cancelation come through and called me back to get service today. Corey was dispatched and had everything up and running by 2pm for a water heater replacement. Due to the configuration there was some challanges and delays that were unavoidable, regardless , Corey was fast, professional, friendly and great with the pets. I have never called for my own residential plumbing and this has been an exceptionally pleasant experience. I appreciate the time he took to explain what he did and get things done correcty. I have used many plumbers in sioux falls, but by far none, Krohmer plumbing is incredible. I had two of their technicians Chris and Nate H at my building to fix a leak that was in between sheetrock and under the concrete.I spent two days trying to locate this, and Chris found it in fifteen minutes. I can't say enough about this company.I highly recommend them.

The Sioux Falls crew at Khromer Plumbing have provided amazing service for me on my personal home, for all of my rentals, and all of my clients in real estate. Sam has taken my phone calls time and time again with my pleas of needing Plumbing help, and she always connects me with great service. Corey is always so prompt and friendly and informative. I had Corey come out to look at my shower since I was unable to shut off the water. He was straight to the point, knowledgeable and got everything fix in a short about of time.

Flood of June 2024 I called this company to come fix my water heater as my basement had flooded. Pilot light was out and I needed someone to relight it. Mason came out and looked at it. Needed a new part, put it on and he said give it an hour you’ll have hot water. Hour went by still no hot water. Called them back and gave them the run down front receptionist lady didn’t know anything so she called mason. Found out I “need” a new water heater. Called the warranty number on the tank and she told me not to panic about the code that was showing. Turns out mason left me with a flammable code. Good thing nothing happened! Warranty lady told me not to panic and walked me through how to reset my water heater. Had it reset and it worked perfectly fine. Just needed a few parts and warranty sent them out. Glad to know this company will leave you with a flammable code with a child and a newborn at home. Now I pay the bill of a whopping 400$ for absolutely nothing!! Wondering if they just wanted commission for a new water heater. Very displeased customer and I will not be returning to this plumbing outlet. Nor will I tell good things about it. Stay clear of this business!

I had Corey over to fix a leak in the basement, what a nice guy and fixed my problem very quickly. I will use Krohmer plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Corey D stopped by from Krohmer plumbing this morning. I’d requested to just have them come over and look at putting piping in for a sub pump. Corey came prepared, and went above and beyond. Not only did you do a fantastic job, he was quick, courteous, and walked me through the what and why of what he was doing.

As being a new homeowner, this is probably one of the best experiences. I’ve had the professional in Sioux Falls.

First impressions last a lifetime, and these will be the only guys I’m calling here on out.

Excellent service! Nate H. replaced outside water faucet and cleaned all drains. Very accomodating and pleasant and was very thorough.

Chris from Krohmer was quick, polite, easy to talk to and explaining what he was doing! He saved our home from flooding by replacing our sump pump. It was after hours and the effort and efficiency was key because of the situation and rainfall in the last 24 hrs.

I called Chris at 8 on Saturday morning to fix a mistake I had made installing a dishwasher. He was here in less than 30 minutes. He fixed my mistake and completely installed my dishwasher for me. Chris was the absolute BEST to work with. Oh, and Krohmer's emergency/weekend rate was $100/hr less than a couple other places I called! I cannot recommend Chris and Krohmer Plumbing enough!!

We have a company for all aspect of our home repairs, except plumbing....until now. We went with Krohmer Plumbing due to a water heater issue and because they could fit us in right away. We did not know much about them but took a chance and this was a great experience. The gal who answered the phone was incredibly helpful (!) and got us scheduled same day. Corey called before he came over, inspected everything and gave us much better news then we were expecting. He reassured us that they would be available if anything additional was needed, but gave us peace of mind that everything was taken care of.

We had a leaky faucet today that was a big concern. Mason showed up same day and was quick to assess the issue and provide options to repair vs replacing. Everything is working great before lunch time! Friendly, honest, great service.. 5 stars all around. Thank you!

Corey D took care of our plumbing issue the same day we called for an appointment. He was clean and friendly, and explained what he was doing as he worked. He made sure everything was in working order before he left.

I reached out to get a plumbing job done on a short time frame and Krohmer Plumbing was extremely responsive. They helped me get something set up the next day. I can not thank Krohmer plumbing enough for saving me thousands!! They were the second plumbers I called after an outrageous quote from another local plumbing company. They came in and fixed my valve in less that 30 minutes!! To top it off, Corey and Mason knew my two young kids were napping and they were careful not too make too much noise to wake them up!! Jeff Nelson with 605 Real Estate used Corey D. for a bid in regards to a home inspection. He was on time, more than courteous, and gave solid advice to pass along to the buyer. Later that day he also went to Jeff's house and in under an hour, fixed a garage faucet that hasn't worked in at least 7 years. Krohmer plumbing, and Corey, are now Jeff's "go-to" plumbers.

Corey was on time, very efficient and did a great job. No mess left and said if any issues arise to let Krohmer Plumbing know and they would take care of it. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends!

Corey was great to work with. We woke up to water sitting on our kitchen floor surrounding our sink this morning and I called them and he came over right away to check it out. Within minutes he knew what the issue was and offered the solution to fix it. Very professional and pleasant to work with. I'd call them without hesitation for any future plumbing issues.

12/09/2023- no hot water. Called 3 plumbers none available. Called Krohmer plumbing & Nate came. Heater shot. Cory put new Mon. Cris did city inspection . Very pleased with Krohmer. Will call them first next time

Without sharing long, boring details - my house has an in-floor heat system with an electric, on-demand water heater that has been broken since very early 2022. It was installed DIY by my ex-husband (so no previous contractor to reach out to.) AND Because the original equipment was from an obscure manufacturer that is out of business I have struggled since then to get anyone will to talk to me let alone come out and look at the situation and come up with a solution. Last year my boys (whose bedrooms are in the basement) stayed warm with space heaters - it worked (although on some of those really cold nights it didn't work great.) And I worried almost night about something catching on fire.

I finally talked to someone who recommended Krohmer. I talked to Liz who was so kind and helpful. Within a week Chris came and took a look. They were both so understanding of our financial situation. They spent weeks trying to find replacement parts for our obsolete system. When that didn't pan out they started calling vendors to find us the most reasonably priced replacement unit they could find. What went from a potential $2,000+ repair is likely going to be well under $1,000 INCLUDING LABOR now thanks to their research. I'm beyond grateful. Chris came this morning to complete the replacement/repair. He showed up at 8:30 am as promised. He was done and gone at 10:30 am. He is smart, professional, and innovative. My boys will sleep in warm bedrooms this year and the fire-hazard space heaters are GONE!

I'm beyond grateful and impressed with Liz, Chris and Krohmer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and they will be my first call for anything plumbing related. Heck - they'll probably make my Christmas card list next year :-)

I had an emergency need for a fast plumber and that is exactly what I got. I had a loud explosion yesterday and could not figure out what the explosion was. This morning I found water seeping in the cracks of my plank flooring. I called Krohmer’s which was promptly answered with empathy by Lynette. She then referred the call to the Sioux Falls region.Immediately Liz sent out a plumber. Corey was very knowledgeable and found the problem within ten minutes. He was so friendly and had the personable skills to calm me down and assured me that it shouldn’t be a hard to repair. The service was great and fast. They were here within a hour. Kudos to COREY, LYNETTE and LIZ. I am a proud owner of a new refrigerator magnet……KROHMER PLUMBING for me from now on!

As a single woman it's so hard to know who to call or trust for repairs but Krohmer hands down is THE best team in Sioux Falls for plumbing. I've had the pleasure of working with them on an old leaky pipe, new water heater and a water softener install. From Liz in the office to Dan and Chris on site they were so easy and enjoyable to work with! They all made sure I completely understood the process and cost before they did anything and again after. I will absolutely trust them always with all of my plumbing repairs and hook ups. Thank you guys for all you do!

Nate with Krohmer Plumbing did great work on our old lower level bathroom! He got the sink, toilet, shower, etc up and running. Nate even picked up a new shower head for us and treated a slow drain in our kitchen. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Thank you!

These guys are awesome- found out our water heater had a major leak and called Krohmer Plumbing based on google reviews. They were able to fit me in to look at my water heater within about an hour of me calling, and then replaced my water heater right then and there because I was getting ready to leave town for work. They were very personable and professional. I will be calling them again if and when we have another plumbing issue!

I am so relieved to have worked with Krohmer Plumbing in Sioux Falls. They were the third opinion I got. All of the other plumbers I had called said they could not help me without replacing my entire valve, and demoing behind my wall to replace the handle of my shower. Krohmer did research to find a replacement handle that would fit my current valve and replaced it in less than an hour, turning what could have been a $600-$800 project into less than $100. They were very helpful—I was so frustrated after working with other plumbers that essentially told me I needed to find a handle on my own or do a complete demo. As a young homeowner with no plumbing knowledge, I was so grateful that Krohmer took the time to solve my problems in a cost effective way. Thank you!

I had Krohmer out to add a bathroom in our basement and change out some pipes. They are professional, kind, and worth the money. Always answered the phone and responded to all my questions via phone and email. Had a great experience. Then, recently thought we had a separate leak in another area and they came out, had a look, and determined it was a leak in the roof, not the plumbing. Really appreciate their time and care. Not doing things that don't need to be done and having great customer service.

I know nothing about plumbing and when I called to explain what was happening the receptionist, Sam, was super friendly and helpful and even looked up service repairs that had been called in for the house before I moved in to try and find the root cause before sending someone out. She was able to get someone to my house within the hour, which was super helpful because I'm a single mom and speedy/quality service is always something I appreciate because I'm always on the go. The plumber was friendly, very knowledgeable and even checked a couple other questionable items before making his way out the door! I will definitely use this service for all my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to my friend and family!!!

I LOVE Khromer. I had an issue with some leakage from my upstairs bathtub going out through my basement ceiling, and they were able to see me right away--even came earlier than expected. This is the second time I've had Chris come help me out, and he is so friendly and professional. He took care of my issue very quickly, and luck would have it that it was a lot smaller of an issue than I expected it to be. I had my outside water spigot spring a nasty leak this winter and had a substantial ice mountain when finally became aware if it. I discovered at this point that it didn't have a dedicated shut off valve. Krohmer to the rescue. Being able to work with Krohmer on how to approach my request made my experience with them fantastic! Tanner took the time over several weeks to work with me through email and phone calls to understand what I was asking them to do. He asked pointed questions and after providing answers, we were able to come to an agreed upon solution. This involved them updating my outside faucets without having to cut holes in my ceilings, which would have made the project more intrusive and costly. Robert came out and was able to deliver this plan without hesitation! The cost was half of what I was quoted by 2 other local plumbers, as well. I honestly don't think I would bother calling anyone else but these guys to do my plumbing work. They are usually booked a few days in advance but always find a way to fit me in earlier from a cancellation or whatever it may be. They've always been very up front and honest and I feel the rates have been very reasonable. I've had a couple different plumbers of theirs come to my house and the work has been consistently good. If you are in need of a plumber, you should definitely start here!

Krohmer Plumbing was awesome to work with. We recently had a power outage for 7 hours, so we had to hand drain our sump pit every 20 minutes. The next day I called them and they came out and installed a new sump pump along with a water jet backup sump pump that works without power. A great piece of mind to have. We had basically a "plumbing emergency". Krohmer got two plumbers to our house right away. They were courteous. They "bootied" up - even though they really didn't need to - and they made short work of two very corroded faucets. The rate was reasonable and we were back in business in no time. I'd use them again and I'd recommend them too.

In a time where customer service seems to be dwindling, these guys raise the bar! We have had an issue with septic smell for years after doing laundry. Many other places have tried and failed to find and fix the problem. The professionals at Krohmer took the challenge and figured it out. The crew were super friendly and respectful and were not going to quit until they fixed it. Fast, responsive, and professional - traits they have that not many company's have anymore.
