You can expect quick service, great communication, thorough explanation of work and the best part - They send pictures of the repairs they completed so you know it's done right! I honestly would not use another roofing company!

Have had the great pleasure of working with Eric Nicholson and Western Roofing on two huge projects now and smaller work. The work, quality, communication and overall interaction has been amazing every time. Would highly recommend. These days it is hard to find a company you can rely on but I never have to worry about that with Eric and his team.

A bit over priced for a little caulk on a AC unit to fix a leak. I know it costs more for any kind of service with all business but with all the business I've given them you'd think I'd get a bit of a break. They do great service though.

I always find Western Roofing very responsive to our roofing needs. They work hard to trace down leaks and keep them repaired.

Working with Western Roofing has made taking care of our client's roofs seamless. They are great at scheduling and their pricing is right inline with client expectations.

We have use this company in the past with great success, so when the deed or roof repair came up again call Wester.They came out did a thorough inspection and returned to satisfactorily repair the damage and stop our roof leaks. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs their services

Came out to inspect 10 Year Old Duro Last flat commercial roof that was leaking. They were not the original installers, Original contractor went out of business, apparently did not install it 10 years ago quite right.

Josh Mutter did an excellent job of getting my options together. He worked with Duro Last to get almost all of the repairs done under their manufacturers warranty !

When it comes time to do any of my roofs I will call JOSH FIRST !

I have been working with Western Roofing for many years now. They have been replacing the rooofs on our apartments buildings. and maintaining them. The Account Manager who has been takng care of our apartments is Dan Burggraf. He has always been a joy to work with. He has always been very proactive checking our apartments going in to the winter months and coming out of them, always making sure we are taken care of. Whenever we have a concern it is always taken care of quickly. We will continue use Western Roofing and do that through Dan Burggraf.

We've done multiple commercial roofs with Western Roofing and every time they exceed our expectations! Dan communicates every step of the way and is always available to answer questions. We wouldn't use anyone else in the Denver Metro area!

While driving in heavy traffic with my teenage daughter on 76 East at 3:30pm, their driver was tailgating her for miles making her feel extremely uncomfortable. At times, there was barely two or three feet between their work van and our car and we were driving 60+ mph. He was driving erratically, looking at his phone while driving, and frankly, I thought he may be under the influence. When he passed us, he flicked my 17 year old daughter off and was yelling something at her. I would never allow an employee to drive in that erratic and threatening manner, nor would I allow such an unstable person to work on my home.

While I have never personally hired Western Roofing, my work as a Roofing Consultant has had me looking at projects they have done over the years.

As a consultant, there are 3 standards I look for in roofing companies.

Integrity in Sales:
Does a company accurately represent what the roof process will look like, explain what products and add-ons can be done to improve the roof and not pressure them for over-priced items.
Western has more than demonstrated this with clearly written contracts and well trained salesman.

Quality Roofing:
I look at every commercial roof I inspect based on a 500-point assessment. This includes local codes and regulations, Manufacturer recommendations, industry standards and quality of the welding.
Western has always had the highest quality within their commercial roofing crews.

Warranty Terms:
Most warranties on roofs are not worth the paper and ink they are produced with. Companies will lie about what is covered, never file for warranties, or those warranties have all kinds of fun exceptions, that fall under a general "if you ask about your warranty you void it" style.
Western Roofing works with high quality manufactures like Duro-Last, which not only offer high-quality warranties but actually protect the inhabitants.

Overall, Western Roofing is one of the best contractors I have ever inspected, and a highly recommend them. While I personally find Curtis to be a bit difficult, I have never experienced anything but the best quality from his crews.

Fast on site evaluation, Repairs held up well on our flat roof. Coating on roof is white - its like Christmas in July and reflects the sun. Im told the warranty even covers sled landings and reindeer hooves.

The roof on the building I my business occupies was redone by Western roofing. So far excellent results where as all previous attempts by other roofing companies and repair efforts left us seeing the same re-occurring leaks and new leaks spring up with in a year. I believe we are now going on our 2nd year and few months and it is nice to walk back in the shop and not worry about our equipment and get showered upon after every storm.

Thank you Western Roofing for a great job and the recent re-inspection to follow up on your work. Very nice to have that re-assurance.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Our HOA has decided to use this company to redo our roofs after hail damage. I have had nothing but negative encounters with their staff, numerous issues caused by their negligence, and an overall terrible experience with them. I would never recommend their company to anyone I know.

This company is doing roofing on our townhouse. We were forced to have this company by our HOA... They leave their lunch trash throughout our yards, empty water bottles everywhere and it's extremely tacky. There are long screws in our gate area and I found razor blades on the sidewalk where kids play. They need to be tidy and clean up after themselves. I do not approve of this company doing the work.

UPDATE: I have to walk my dog and my 10 Month old and we go out our gate.. I can't take them out now because these people don't know how to throw shingles full of nails in a dumpster, but instead throw them inside my gated walk area. There is a dumpster area right outside the gate they can put this stuff.
