We had such a great experience working with Ideal Roofing. From the beginning Eric helped us with submitting the claim with our insurance company and spent countless hours coming to our house and taking photos and setting the project up. Ideal Roofing and Solar was referred to us by my parents as we needed a new roof due to hail damage. The whole process from start to finish went very smooth. The communication with the team as a whole was very easy and their time here at our home was not long at all. They kept our yard clean while being extremely efficient!

These guys are great, I had 100 people try to knock my door and when they did I felt comfeterble going them. I found out I had mini neighbors using them as well.

Without a doubt, one of the best companies I have ever done business with. I put off the roof, gutters and paint repair from last October till the first of April. They contacted me in February to keep me updated. Their communication was constant, I always knew the status of ordering the material, delivery and installation. We had gotten quotes from several companies and really appreciated the time Jake took to explain the whole process, not just what was involved in the roof replacement but also the claim process. Ideal handled all the permits with the city, worked directly with my insurance company, met the adjuster for the inspection, pointed out what the adjuster had missed and kept me informed the entire time. Ideal took longer to explain the process and ensure we were happy. The roof was completed on time and they handled all of the permits with the city.

He was always polite and answered my texts, call or emails even on the weekend. The team that did the roof was great and they did it fast. Phil and his team are a great group of professionals to work with. As a contractor that has to work with tight schedules and other challenges, they keep me updated and informed with every step so we can have a seamless project.

We just had our Hail damaged Roof and gutters replaced as well as the whole house painted by Ideal Roof and Solar. They did all the interface with our homeowners insurance company and kept us well informed along with the actual replacement/repair work that was excellent. Just wanted to provide an update, now that the job is completely finished. The replacement gutters were installed quickly, and the additional gutters I asked for were installed exactly where and how I asked. The painters showed up a day after the gutters were installed, and they also did a great job. I was very happy that the gutters and painting occurred only two days after the roof replacement was completed, unlike some of my neighbors who waited for weeks to have everything completed. We're very satisfied over all, and highly recommend Ideal Roofing and Solar.

Highly recommended!!! I’ve had two roof leaks in the past month. Jake has come out quickly to diagnose the source of the problem. Despite his busy schedule and with all the recent hail damage in our area, he takes the time to ensure I am educated on what is happening, shares images from the roof, and gives a fair quote. Our neighborhood was full of damage. We used Jakes company and had outstanding service with high quality work. Our job was quite large and they did very well.

Jake was great. We had someone else look at the roof and they said it needed to be replaced. The insurance disagreed and Jake came to reassess and as it turns out the roof had some damage but not worth replacing. Jake made some minor repairs for free. All I really wanted was honesty. I should have had Jake come out first. You should too.

Absolutely amazing, professional, efficient and fast. I cannot say how great the experience was but that my roof got torn off an in place in twelve hours .. that says it all!!! They were extremely considered that I have multiple animals and triple checked that no nails, screws, metal parts or debris were anywhere in my yard, front or back, that could hurt them or a person And that for me was extremely important. I cannot say enough good things about this also to that made it all so painless.

The Custom Onside team came out to do a roof repair and repaint on our 2 storey house after the big hail last spring. They were responsive, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner.
