Roper Roofing did a superior job with replacing our roof ,painting ,gutters and Gutter Helmet for our house . They also helped coordinating the paperwork with our insurance company very good at following up with each vendor , making sure the job was done right. Brad was our contact he went beyond his responsibility to complete our job.

When I decided that I needed my old roof replaced, I contacted 3 roofing companies. John Jamison from Roper Roofing responded quickly and was the first to come out for an onsite inspection. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions to correct problem areas on my roof. The quote that I received from Roper Roofing was very detailed and answered most of the questions I had. I submitted an email with followup questions, and John answered them quickly. He also provided 3 references of recent roof replacements Roper had done in my area.
Having good weather, the roof replacement was completed in one day. Cleanup was done quickly that same day, leaving my yard looking the same as before they had arrived. The replaced roof looks excellent, and I am very happy with the workmanship of Roper Roofing.

The Roper Roofing team did an excellent job on our Solar/Roofing project. They were timely, and not pushy for a decision on how we wanted to go. They worked with our insurance to make sure we received proper compensation for the work performed and the outcome of the project was fantastic. We love our new solar roof from GAF that they provided!

First off, I have to say that John Jamison is an absolute Godsend and has been amazing to work with! Seriously, cannot say enough good things about him. I feel like I’m in good hands and never in the dark on anything.

The install was super fast and looks FANTASTIC! We were in our brand new build house for 3 days before a hailstorm wiped out our roof and of course the builder warranty doesn’t cover anything the weather does to your house once you move in, but honestly whoever the builder used for the original roof install were either amateur roofers or professional grifters because John pointed out several areas of the original roof install that should not have even passed inspection (I guess that also speaks to the quality of the local inspectors, but I digress).

In any case, we had the roof replaced with GAF TIMBERLINE HD in the charcoal color as well as some other GAF protection materials that qualified us for their System Plus Warranty (50 years).

I highly recommend Roper Roofing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. In fact, my father recommended them to me and he’d never steer me the wrong way. Thanks Dad!

We hired Roper Roofing to replace our gutters and fix a botched roof job from a previous contractor. In hindsight, we could’ve saved a lot of money and stress by just hiring the right team from the start.

Kevin managed the project from beginning to end, and the entire crew did an outstanding job. It was such a relief to have everything handled quickly and professionally. The metal roof around our crickets and chimneys had been a mess—now it looks like a freshly pressed suit. Tight, clean, and buttoned up just right.

And the gutters—wow. We had some tricky sections, and they nailed it. I gave them a few specific ideas about how I wanted it done, and not only did they follow them to the letter, but they exceeded my expectations. The result is incredibly clean and well-finished.

The takeaway? Hire the right people. Roper Roofing and Kevin were the right people for us. We’ll be recommending them to friends, and I’ll definitely reach out to Kevin again if we need a specialist. Competent people tend to know other competent people, and I’d trust his recommendations in a heartbeat.

Brad was extremely honest and forthright with us when discussing the current state of our roof, even though it meant we didn't need to have his team doing any work right now. He also helped us get the right documentation to our insurance for the existing roof so we can get a discount on our insurance.

When we do eventually need our roof done, we'll be calling Roper!

Roper Roofing is a TOP NOTCH organization! From the first meeting to the completed job they were very professional, timely, communicative and supportive. John Jamison and Nick Gignac are both amazing people and care about their jobs and their work.... and it shows. I have a flat roof that was damaged by hail and it is very hard to get insurance companies to cover flat roofs. I was recommended Roper by my insurance company, and contacted them and Troy came out and checked the roof and found hail damage. Contacted state farm their adjuster came out and only wanted to replace part of the roof which I was not comfortable with and wanted the whole roof to be done. State Farm and Ropers adjusters were in talks about this and Ropers went to bat for me to insure I received a full roof repair. Upon approval we removed the solar panels and began to put on the new roof, only to find the house needed to be completely redecked and new clamps were needed for the solar panels to connect to the rails. Again Roper went to bat for me to get all of this approved and taken care of for me. I feel like Troy and the company went above and beyond for me and I am much appreciative for it.

To make a very long story short.... we were notified by our insurance company that the Hubble space telescope (just kidding) decided that our roof was so damaged that they would not be able to insure our house any longer. We started a damaged roof claim with our insurance. We contacted Roper roofing; Brad came out and worked with our insurance company. The roof was inspected, insurance said roof was damaged and Brad said we could start work soon and even filed paperwork with HOA. Next day insurance wants to reinspect roof. Reinspection resulted in claim denial. We argued that the damage was so great that we could not be insured and was already approved once. Brad also lobbied for us, and we got claim reinstated. Brad and crew got the job done quickly, made the adjustments I requested with no push back, and worked with us to ensure our complete satisfaction. Great company because they have a great staff..... Did a good job... clean, efficient, on time and on budget. Most important, the insurance company had originally denied the roof claim. Independent inspection indicated extensive damage. Roper worked with us and the insurance company to get a reinspection and ultimately approval. Could not have done this alone.

Roper oversaw the installation of GAF Energy’s solar shingles, with Brad DiNardo overseeing the project. They also installed standing seam metal roofing over the porch. Both look awesome.

The project was far more complex than typical because of coordination of the solar aspects with GAF, JeffCo and the power company. Brad did a great job and the result is aesthetically appealing (see photo). And, so far the solar system is exceeding projected kWh expectations by about 10%.

We had multiple roof leaks and issues in our large church building (38,000sq ft). Brent and Josh, from Roper Roofing, came to our church and did a very thorough evaluation. They came up with various recommendations. We were able to agree upon a plan that fit our current budget. Since our building is over 60 years old, it presented some difficult challenges. Josh, who did our repair work, did a great job in being able to take care of the leaks, which will allow us time to raise funding towards completing a larger roofing project for our Fellowship Center. We highly recommend considering Roper Roofing for your small or large roofing needs.

Very impressed with Brad and Roper Roofing. Due to a hail storm claim, I needed my roof replaced and they handled all communication with HOA answered my many questions and concerns and did my roof in one day from 6am to 8pm. Clean up was fantastic and when I told them about a broken sprinkler head they came out and fixed the next day. Hard to find someone who does what they say they will do and grateful for the referral to go with Roper Roofing.

Roper took care of my concrete tile roof TWICE! Once after last fall's hailstorm caused a ton of damage and I had a different roofing company bail on me. Roper came to the rescue, then after the wind storm about a month ago, having just recently finished the hail repair, they fixed tiles that had shifted at low cost since we had just done such a major repair. I'd highly recommend these guys, Brad and Filiberto were amazing and I will be using them in the future if needed.

After a major hailstorm in May 2023 we had water in our basement, skylights broken out in our barn, and other damage. The phone rang and a very nice lady on the other end said she was with Roper Roofing and was wondering if we had any serious damage. I knew more rain was coming and we needed help. She said she could send someone out that day to to stop our leaks and assess our damage. I quickly looked them up and was pleased with their rating so I said to send someone out. Jake Hoy arrived and secured tarps over the skylights and fireplace chimney where the water was coming in. From there he submitted estimates to our insurance as we selected materials and he scheduled crews. The roofers completed the house and barn in 2 days. Jake was on site over seeing the work and making sure cleanup was complete. Everything we wanted repaired or replaced was professionally completed to our complete satisfaction. Would we work with them again? Absolutely!
