I have long been reluctant to contact my insurance for anything especially hail damage claim until a representative from Gold Star Premium came to my door, and then things became easy and they handled everything smoothly with insurance. They thoroughly inspected the house for any possible hail damages, and helped file all claims to insurance and, once approved, they got roof replaced and other damages fixed quickly without any problem. I was very happy with the work they've done and definitely would recommend their services to my friends in the future. Thanks!!

Erick and his crew were incredible from start to finish. Professional and courteous about the whole process and kept us in the loop when working with our insurance on our hail claim. We had a new roof, gutters, and windows installed. I don’t hope to be involved in another hail claim anytime soon, but I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

We give Gold Star Premium Roofing a five-star rating. They replaced our hail damaged roofs. They were totally professional, knowledgeable and patient. We have a five-unit row home, where all units are individually owned and insured. Getting everyone up to speed and onboard was a major and lengthy (months long) process. Austin Kedrie from Gold Star was extremely patient and courteous, answered our questions multiple times, and addressed our individual concerns. He was always quick responding to our questions, often showing up in person. Especially helpful was his skill coordinating with our multiple insurance companies. He took care of it all, saving us much anxiety. The actual replacement of our home and garage roofs in central east Denver was accomplished in two days by a skilled and hardworking crew. There was no slacking off. They did a good job cleaning up. When sheathing and eavestroughs were found to be inadequate, they just took care of it, leaving us satisfied and confident in the finished product. Their recommendation to upgrade to hail resistant shingles saves us a lot on home insurance. They have promised to return to fix anything that becomes a problem. Contacted several companies from the 2023 hail storm in Englewood and was able to get an upgrade to an impact resistant shingle from Gold Star at no additional charge. Crews started early in the morning and completed by mid afternoon; clean-up was good and overall, a great company to work with.

Ignored my No Soliciting signs and rang my doorbell today trying to tell me they're not "selling" anything and they just want to inspect my roof. § 47-18(c) of Denver Municipal Code states "It shall be unlawful for a peddler: ... to attempt to solicit business at any place which maintains a sign or other visible and legible indication that such solicitation of business is not desired or is prohibited ... "

I was connected with Gold Star through a friend and I am very pleased with the suggestion. They were completely on top of it through the entire insurance claim process. Their crews were quick and did an amazing job. I love my new roof and will be referring them to anyone in need of getting through storm repairs. It was honestly expecting it to be stressful but in the end it turned out to be an enjoyable experience.

Everything went great as soon as we started talking to Austin. Our insurance company was being very difficult and not acknowledging that our roof was destroyed from a hail storm in May of 23. A couple of buddies of mine told me they both used GSPR and gave me Austin's number. Within a few days he had the insurance company change their tune and replace a clearly devastated roof and even helped over see our window replacements as well. The work was very good and clean. I don't think I've found a single nail left over from the install, which I was surprised at because after our previous roofing company left 5 years ago, we found stuff left in our yard right up until GSPR came.

I can't say enough about Gold Star Premium Roofing! Austin and Caine, and their crews, are amazing to work with. They have now done two roofs for me over the past 14 years (two different houses). Everyone I have interacted with has been the epitome of professional. They actually answer their phones and, in the rare instance of leaving a voicemail, they return the call promptly. They are honest and follow through on everything they say they will do. EVERYTHING! They are experts in their field and very experienced with handling Insurance adjusters. They fight for what is right for your home, not what the insurance companies "think" needs to be done. My advice to a homeowner: Be patient, and give them the time to negotiate with insurance on your behalf. I will always use Gold Star in the future for any of my roofing needs.

Erick was very efficient and helpful. He helped us file a claim for hail damage on the roof, which made that process much less stressful, and took only a few minutes! The actual work on replacing the roof amazingly only took one day! Additionally, the gutters and downspouts were replaced, and the painters were able to get a perfect match on the trim color. The entire process was completed with minimal stress and effort on our part! As a bonus we also had the shed roof replaced! The attention to detail from Erick and Gold Star is spectacular!

GOLD STAR PREMIUM ROOFING.. helped with my dads roof when he had a terrible leak from AC 2 years ago. Caine handled everything and if trades were needed for other repair he had great referrals. Now they have done 2 other homes for me. I highly recommend. They make the process easy and takes a lot of stress off when dealing with insurance companies. Hands down outstanding!

Gold Star Premium Roofing did a great job for us. They first came after a hail storm proposing a free inspection, then called the insurance for us and took care of everything. We only had to pay the deductible to get a full new roof. One year later, it’s still perfect.
When I had some doubts about the process and signing contracts, Caine was willing to accommodate for me in order to build trust. That was really appreciated.

Even after the work was done, the company wasn’t running after the money (they gave us time to get paid before billing us), and remained available when we needed documentation for the insurance.

I had the roof, gutters, and some windows redone after a hail storm. Caine and his team were great and easy to work with. Any questions that I had, Caine would walk me through all of the information. It’s nice to have someone to work with that is willing to explain the process of working with insurance and getting everything fixed the right way! Absolutely satisfied with the work that was done and the service that was provided.

We had our roof replaced and did a bunch of general works around our house with Gold Star. Initially we weren’t so sure about the process of how insurance would work, or the work that is needed to be done but Caine, our contractor, talked us through it and it was a very simple process from then. Very knowledgeable and nice people.

We hired Gold Star Premium Roofing to repair the damage to our home after the hail storm in June of 2023. They acted as contractor to replace the roof and gutters and completed a full exterior paint job. They also removed and reinstalled the solar panels. They completed all of the work professionally and with excellent quality. We highly recommend them to anyone needing a great roofing company to work with. They worked directly with our insurance company and HOA.

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the work. The Person that was in charge of our 2 roofs, Kristopher Hardy, lied about numerous things during the process and left an incomplete job. He won't return my calls and won't finish the job. Will never use this company again and warn you to do the same.

Gold Star stopped by our house in Loveland last August and offered to do a quote for our roof (wind damage from a storm). We had been dealing with another roofer since March and basically getting nowhere!
Gold Star assured us that they would work with our insurance company and do the job for what they would pay, less our deductible, of course.
Their very efficient crew came out, tore off 3 layers of shingles (including 2 layers of wooden shake shingles), put on new sheathing, new shingles, cleaned up the mess and were out of here in less than 3 full days.
Then the work began again w/ our insurance company, which, originally wasn't agreeable to pay for the needed sheathing, nor for the roof on our detached garage (we obviously wanted it to match the house, and it sustained wind damage, as well).
Gold Star continued working w/ our insurance company, our Policy coverages (even asking our insurance company for the full policy jacket, to review wording and coverages), cited City roofing codes and eventually got the full claim through. We only paid our deductible.
It's so refreshing when a Company actually does what they say they will do. We would definitely hire Gold Star again and will recommend them to others!

I talked with the company they sent someone to my second property immediately to give a quick estimate and there was no time wasted I thought forayed it was going to get drawn out but was done faster then expected. Mr.Austin is one of the most professional businessmen I have came across! Very punctual keep you up-to-date with information runs his crews as tight as I’ve seen before and actually cares about replacing what he needs to replace for your home instead of it just being a job and money! Also, the clean up after work was done was impeccable. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from this company and our Project Manager Kris. He advocated for us from the beginning. He met with insurance adjusters multiple times to make sure that the roof would be covered. The project was done in a day and a half. The roof looks amazing, the quality beyond expectation. We contacted Caine @ Gold Star Premium Roofing to inspect our roof after a bad hail storm. He confirmed there was damage. We contacted our insurance and Caine worked with them to get the job initiated. Very professional! He even pointed out how our gutters had gotten damaged and the insurance covered everything after he went through the whole house damage with them. Everything was confirmed, the job was started and completed and in a couple days we had a new roof, gutters, vents, everything damaged was replaced! Kudos to Caine and his team!!
