After a severe hail storm in July 2024 we worked with Pachner Exteriors to replace our roof, siding, skylights and gutters. I had an excellent experience with Pachner Exteriors. Abigail was very communicative throughout the process and made getting the roof completed a much easier process. She is nice to work with and very knowledgeable. She was at the site during the insurance inspection as well as the day of the install to answer any questions. Knowing that our next door neighbors had roof damage from hail, we had a roofing company that we had worked with for decades come out and inspect our roof. They advised us that all was well and no action was needed. We met Troy when Pachner Exteriors redid the roof on our other next door neighbor's house. When we told him of the previous inspection, he asked if we would mind if he took a look at the roof. He spent quite a bit of time and stated that although he didn't want to disparage a competitor, his opinion was different and that we had severe damage that needed to be fixed. He also seemed much more familiar with the code and regulations for our town.

After watching his crew doing the house next door, we decided to move forward. Troy worked very hard through every step of the process. He arranged to meet with the insurance adjuster when he came to process the claim. It took quite a bit of back and forth with the insurance company, but Troy made sure that we got replacement shingles equivalent to what we had previously, and finally provided sufficient evidence to convince the insurance company to cover the entire cost.

Throughout the process Troy and his crew were very professional. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the result.

Since then Pachner has done a number of other houses in our neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Pachner Exteriors has done outstanding work on my roof. This is the second time I had hail damaged to my roof and Isiah was there to get my roof repaired. I was expecting that it would take a very long time, but the replacement of my roof was completed. The install team took two days to complete and what a job they did! All the debris was removed and there was no nails/screws/ etc. remaining. Pachner worked closely with my Insurance company and was able to expedite the repairs. After the roof was replaced, the inspector passed the roof and I asked him what he thought of the workmanship. He stated that the work was excellent and the roof was done very well.
I would recommend Pachner, especially Isiah, for any exterior repairs.

Pachner Exteriors helped me to understand the insurance process and was on site to do a joint inspection after they did the initial one. I was kept informed throughout the installation and follow up to replace down spouts, etc. Their crews were great as well. Very friendly and worked in some of our coldest weather late last year.

Great experience from day, of The three roofing bids they’re the only ones that brought samples with them and went up on our steep pitched roof at the initial consultation. The replacement process went smooth and quick and the follow up was fantastic . Everything was spot on, thank you everybody for making this a painless experience.

Troy and his company recently replaced my roof after a spring hail storm. I was very pleased with all aspects of their job. Troy explained everything in detail. His crew started on time each day. They worked when they were supposed to, and finished when I was told they would. They cleaned up everything!
I also had the outside of my house painted using one of Troy's contractors. Again, he started on time and did a wonderful job. He also cleaned up when the job was finished.

I would like to take this opportunity to speak on the experience we had with Pachner Exteriors. We contracted with Pachner Exteriors when our roof was damaged during the May hailstorm. I contacted Troy after the storm and he immediately came out to our house to assess the damages. His prompt and professional demeanor was outstanding. After looking at our damage, he explained how I needed to contact our insurance group, and file a claim. We took his advice, and our insurance set up a time for the adjuster to review our roof. I am so thankful that Troy was at our residence to look at the roof damage with the adjuster. The adjuster went up on our roof and spent less than eight minutes before coming down to say to me, there is no damage. Thank goodness, Troy went up onto the roof and showed the adjuster every area which had been damaged. Troy then showed the adjuster the City of Longmont regulations in regards to roof damage and replacement bylaws. Troy came through for us and we were approved for a new roof.
The crew that Troy sent out to do the work was outstanding and their work was incredible. So professional, extremely hard working and at the end they were meticulous in their clean up. At the completion the crew showed me all the work that they completed, and Troy personally inspected his crews work to make sure it met his satisfaction. Troy’s crew also worked on my Mom’s roof and we had the same experience with her roof replacement.
I am a head basketball coach, and after the tremendous work done on our roof, I recommended his company to our parents as a trusted company who would not let them down. Seven plus families took advantage of Pachner Exteriors to have their roofs replaced.

We had a great experience with Pachner Exteriors. Our roof was hit hard after the June 2023 hailstorm. We talked to 4 different roofing companies. Troy Pachner came over to our place and was friendly, clear, and very informative. I liked that Troy has lived and worked in the area for 20 + years.

Our project manager, Abigail, took over after our initial meeting with Troy. Abigail was delightful to work with. She explained the process to us and answered all of our questions. Abigail was here when our insurance came out to inspect, she got back on the roof with the insurance and made sure that all damage was accounted for. Abigail was here while the roofing was completed, which took about a day and a half. She even walked the property and picked up any little thing the roofers missed. I cannot say how happy we are that we chose Pachner Exteriors to repair our hail damaged home. Daniel, the lead, was on top of everything.
He called us with the smallest details, coordinated with the installers, and would even include us on conference calls with the installers. The Pachner team did an excellent job. They cleaned up daily and left nothing behind. Material delivery was a concern with the residual effects of covid production delays..but Pachner went the extra mile to find materials they needed. Daniel has also told me that, should I need them for anything, to just give him a call. I have neighbors that are still waiting for their repairs to start.

We worked with Troy after the last big hail storm. He was great and responsive to all of our communications. Our insurance company, you know, the "on your side" company was a hassle to deal with and thought that our roof could be re-done without removing our solar panels. He worked with the solar panel company to make to removal and re-install go smoothly. Pachner just finished our roof and gutters after a very bad hail storm a month, or more, ago. My neighbors were amazed that they were out here doing the work so quickly after the storm. We engaged Pachner to replace nine storm damaged Pella casement windows. Our main contact was Dillon Mawe. Dillon and his team worked directly with our insurance company and handled all of the issues that come up when dealing with insurance. The lead time on receiving our custom windows was several months, but this seemed to be the norm in the industry at that time. Communication was great with the Pachner team. The installation crew was very professional and installed all nine windows in one day. They took care to protect our floors and furnishings and did a good job of cleanup when done. We will use Pachner again when we are ready to replace the balance of our windows.

After a flawless installation of 23 windows in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, I decided to award them my reroof project on my home which has a Spanish tile roof. I collected bids from three roof contractors and Pachner gave me the lowest price and the fastest turn around time for completion. I have an incredibly busy work schedule and they took the headache out of the process by coming to my office and consistently updating me on their progress.
