Andrew came by to give us a quote to repair a portion of the roof at the request of the buyers of our home. He was super quick in responding and was honest from the start. During a very stressful time he made the process so easy and made sure we weren't doing more work than we needed to. We cant thank him enough!!

Andrew replaced crack vents on our roof, and he fixed a leak on my father-in-laws roof. He is reasonable , he gets back to you within a reasonable time frame. His work is quality, he goes the extra mile, and he stands by his repairs. He is with you until the job is done right and no extra charges.

Prompt and professional. He went out of his way to provide information and told me what I really needed as opposed to just trying to make a sale. I am going to have him back to do mold prevention on my roof and any future roof repair needs!

I called Andrew for a leak we had on our roof around the sky light; he came out very promptly to assess the issue and give us a quote. He gave us a price range for the repairs and when he could complete the repairs. Of course he stated there was a possiblity that there could be more damage to the roof, hence the price range. We agreed on the price range and Andrew showed up when he said he would and completed the repairs. To my surprise he completed the repairs for the low end of the price range and did not gouge us on the repairs of our roof. I found him to be very professional, honest and friendly. Since the repair we have had several days of heavy rain and there is not a single sign of a leak. Spotted a stain on the ceiling that tipped me off to a leaky roof. After calling around, I was set to wait a week or more for assistance from the other roofing companies. Thankfully one of them referred me to Andy with Western Roofing for a quicker response. He came the next day, promptly diagnosed the situation, and was generous with his time.
