Best experience I’ve had. They are consummate professionals. Lauren is a poster child for customer service. She knows her craft. Everything went extremely well. They moved and put back all my lawn furniture. No stress. The crew were excellent. Cleaned up well, courteous and endured very hot temps. I would highly recommend. Their quote was very fair and in line with insurance. It was also itemized and very professional. Lauren taught me so much and explained things well. You want these folk.

The entire crew has followed through on everything they told us- having a new roof installed, new front door, wood post installed on the front porch, entire exterior painted and stained. A complete face lift for our home that looks AMAZING! Everyone that No Drip Roofing and Construction has sent to work on our house has done great work! Garrett went above and beyond his job description as a roofing contractor. He helped me correspond with state farm every step of the way. I am visually impaired and struggled with reading and understanding The documentation. He explained the entire process and my specific settlement agreement from the adjuster. He was always available to speak with me and answer any questions. My roof was replaced quickly and with excellent care. I would highly recommend this business.

I learned about No Drip Roofing from a local roofing supply company. Initially, I was looking for someone who could advise me on improving my attic ventilation. The roofing supply company suggested that I contact Jared Smith of No Drop Roofing which I did. Jared performed a detailed attic inspection and pointed out that I had an insufficient number of attic vents. He also performed a detailed roof inspection and identified roof leaks that had been missed. I was extremely impressed and decided to hire No Drop Roofing to replace my roof and correct my attic ventilation issues. Lauren Swain of No Drop Roofing provided us with the estimate, assisted us in selecting the right shingles and attic vents for our house, and answered any and all of our questions. The No Drop roofing crew was equally impressive. They started on time, worked hard, did a top-notch job, and did not take any shortcuts. When they were finished, everything was thoroughly cleaned-up. I highly recommend No Drop Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or improvements in attic ventilation. They are easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Based on my experience, I would hire No Drop Roofing again.

Hurricane Zeta damaged my roof. I was very concerned about getting it tarped due to more rain coming. I was referred to No Drip by a neighbor. I contacted Garrett Reese and he immediately came to tarp my roof. I spoke with him about getting an estimate (very tood price) so I could go ahead and get my new roof ASAP. Working with him and Dodge Callahan was above and beyond expectations. They were fast with getting me ready for a new roof. They made my wife and I feel like friends and not just customers. Always checking in with me and asking if they can help with anything. The quality of service and workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend these guys.

Garrett Reese is very knowledgeable and he cares about doing the best job. He communicated well with the insurance agent and adjuster in a timely manner. Hurricane Zeta ripped up my roof in Ocean Springs and I was unable to find local help. Garrett was willing to help me and he drove three hours from Jackson to the coast to put an emergency tarp on the roof. He cares about you.. He has the best hard working crew to get the job done right. I am very pleased with Garrett and his team.

Garrett was at my house the same day I called my insurance agent about placing a claim on my roof. He was very candid about the entire process and quick to answer any questions I had. He met the insurance adjuster at my home to ensure their findings matched, and not only were they able to start work on my home faster than anticipated but the roof was done in one day. After learning that I had hail damage to my roof, I visited one of my neighbors who had recently had their roof replaced by No Drip Roofing. They told me that they were very pleased with No Drip Roofing and their representative, Garrett Reese. I contacted Garrett and asked him if he could examine my roof for hail damage and he came out promptly. After he informed me of the damage, I contacted my Insurance company. When the adjuster contacted me, I called Garrett and he came and met with the adjuster, explaining the damage and was instrumental in getting my claim approved.

After the claim was approved, Garrett stayed in constant contact with me and kept me informed every step of the way. When I asked him if we could delay installation of the roof for a few weeks to fit our schedule, he readily agreed.

His crew was prompt and efficient, and did a great job. Garrett stopped by every day, checking on the progress and quality of the work and made us feel very comfortable with the process. Omg! This will be a long post. Words can not express the appreciation I have for this team. I’m so humble to have found them. I saw them online and the name No Drip just did something to me. I contacted 4 roofers, Mr. Garrett Reese was one of two who returned my call. He made a commitment that if he could not get anyone out to give me an estimate he would come himself, and that he did with 48 hrs. He was professional in detailing everything that was wrong with my roof, the materials I would need, provided photos and measurements....all in writing by end of the day. That was the estimate service. The actual installation of my roof was the dopest of it all. They showed up unannounced, lol, but I was the happiest ever for the drive to get the job done. My home looks like a different place and I’m comfortable in knowing that they did excellent, quality work for me. The team worked, made jokes, danced, sung, you name it; I could tell they enjoyed what they do. Money well spent. Big thanks to Lowe’s for working with No Drip and donating my supplies. I am forever grateful for them both!

The installation crew were more than professional and covered every detail flawlessly. As the installation was coming to an end, the crew did a cleanup job that left my property better than when they started. Garrett Reese with NoDrip is the man to call if you have hail damage. He personally met with my insurance adjuster and physically got on the roof to verify the finding. He made sure all the paper work was correct when I sent it to the insurance company. The work was quick and very very clean.

My thanks for having Bryce McGuire call me promptly to set up a time to have the wind turbines on my roof replaced. He did the work on the following day. I want to compliment him on a job well done, and on his personable approach to presenting options to me.

I’m very happy with the work No Drip did on both of my houses. They were very professional and kept me in the loop through the whole process. They didn’t make a mess like most contractors do and they were careful around the kids and the pets. I will use them again if I need some more work done.

We had a great experience with No Drip Roofing to replace our hail-damaged roof. I cannot express how amazing these guys have been. They have gone above and beyond to help us. They met with our adjusters, helped us file claims with our insurance, and walked us through every process. Without them, we would not have had the positive outcome that we have. I will recommend them to every person I know.

Had a good referral, but a bad experience. Contracted to install a chimney cricket, repair damaged decking, and repair any other issues that were found. Things were going well at first, but then my neighbor caught the workers installing fascia board over rotten framing. After further inspection, we noticed the framing required significant rework to make it structurally sound. I brought it to the supervisor’s attention, but was told “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. It would have been best if they had brought rot issues to my attention themselves, so we could adjust the cost accordingly, but that was not the case. We eventually came to an understanding, and the framing was taken care of along with the soffit and fascia work. I then had the house painted. Fast forward to this week. I was inspecting the exterior of the house and noticed that one of the fascia boards that was replaced during the contracted work is starting to swell on one end. I consulted a carpenter and was informed that the board is MDF (particle board) instead of hardwood. This must be one of the worst locations to use MDF. Unfortunately, the board will need to be replaced before further damage occurs in the area. I would not hire this company again.

Lauren was very professional and ensured that every one of our needs were met throughout the entire process of getting our roof repaired. The entire No Drip Team exceeded our expectations and now we have a beautiful home to show for all their hard work! I would definitely recommend No Drip for your roofing needs!

No Drip Roofing recently replaced the roof on my house. I could not be happier with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a timely fashion. No Drip has truly been a Joy to do business with.

Seemed like all was going to go great; however, never could get an actual written quote/ estimate. When you need to come out to the house over 2 maybe, MAYBE 3 times you aren't using your professionalism.... went with another and had a quote SAME DAY! Roof is getting finished within a week!

I signed up with this company for repair work to my home the day after the hail storm in March of 2013, it turned a natural disaster into an even bigger circus. They were most unprofessional, they did not finish one single job that they started on my house and I never could get any response out of management about the situation. I paid them for a service and then had to pay someone else to complete what they never finished. They took advantage of people that were in a horrible situation after a storm...simply put, only the scum of the earth would do that to others.
