If I could give them a 0 star, I would!
They are a scam, they act so nice and sells you a dream. They charged nights for my fan that wasn’t even on, and I just learn that after my insuarance estimate, they will not be doing the job. They wanted my insurance to give new everything and updated things that I never had and it was nothing wrong with my cabinets. They lied about everything with a smile. As a woman I feel taken advantage of. Beware of this company.

The mitigation team made quick work of the tasks at hand. Dimitreus kept in contact with me, providing status updates as they made progress. Throughout the process, everyone was very professional and easy to work with. All old materials were removed, and the site was left neat and clean. They made dealing with a less than ideal experience much more pleasant and worry-free.

Can’t thank Restoration 1 enough for their exceptional service they provided! From the very start, their team updated me every step of the way, and scheduled every visit promptly and diligently to assure my water damage was being addressed correctly! Thank you to Josh, Chase and the rest of the guys that came out and worked so hard every day! You cannot go wrong with this service!

My experience with Restoration 1 was very good. They were easy to work with and were attentive to details. Hunter Cook, Team Leader, came to my house to work on the mitigation. He was friendly, very thorough and paid careful attention to make sure that no additional impact was caused by his own work. I am pleased with the work that was done by Hunter and team.

We recently had water damage in our home due to a leaking roof during a storm. Restoration 1 came out quickly and helped remediate the problem. Our main technician, Noah, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

It has been a pleasure working with LeAnn. Since day one she has been professional, consistent and communicates very well. Restoration 1 was awesome in the beginning, sending out someone within an hour to take care of the problem. Demetrius was great and explained everything in detail. Him and his crew got everything cleaned up and was done in a few hours. The reason for the 3 stars is after that day the communication was ok for the next day or so and after that I didn't hear anything for over week. So that whole time my adjuster was waiting for some info from them and nothing was provided nor did I receive a call about the next step which is why we decided to go with somwone else.

We had an unpleasant odor of unknown origin. Restoration 1 was recommended and Nam came and made an assessment. He was very professional and super personable. He was able to use his expertise, supplies and equipment and we have our home once again free of the odor. I easily give him five stars.

We had a root grow into our pipes, and the plumbers had to almost demolish our bathrooms to get to the pipes and replace them. Bubba and Sasha from Restoration 1 replaced the foundation, tile floors, parts of walls, paint, and a vanity that Jamie built for us, which perfectly matched what the plumbers had to remove. They also reinstalled the sinks and toilets. They did an incredible job and were very knowledgeable and professional. The bathrooms in my house now look amazing due to the Bubba, Sasha, and Jamie's excellent quality work. I highly recommend Restoration 1.

Due to a mainline blockage, I experienced flooding in my home. I was informed by the plumber that the water was category three sewage water. This would be an overwhelming ordeal for any homeowner, but for a blind individual with a disabled son it was even the more taxing. I didn’t know what to do or where to turn, then I was referred to restoration one of Jackson. After speaking to someone from the company, their mitigation team was at my Front door within 20 minutes. Demetrious, Kyle, and The other members of the team immediately got to work on day one. Demetrious explained the process to me in step-by-step details and patiently answered all of my questions. The mitigation team took care of EVERYTHING, The complete cleanup and the removal of the affected/damaged areas. Equipment was set up in My Home to ensure that the affected areas dried thoroughly and to clean the air within my home. The team even bagged clothing and other items that were damaged by the category three sewage water. Also restoration one took away the headache of having to go back-and-forth with my Home Insurance company. Demetrious Was in Direct communication with my insurance company, providing the necessary paperwork of their service to my home. The mitigation team of restoration one did an awesome job and took care of us like we were family. I could not have asked for better service. Restoration one of Jackson is top-tier. They know what they’re doing and they do it extremely well.

The crew was prompt, very respectful, and worked hard at locating the task at hand. They always cleaned up. I am very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this company.

I can not recommend Restoration 1 enough! So far we have had all of the demo done from water in our house! Demetrius and Kyle (and the many others who worked in our house) were very professional. They answered all of the questions I had. They worked hard. They cleaned up after themselves and all of the sheet rock. They were very thorough and I felt confident the water is gone, and there’s no more mold growing!

We had a group of fine young men from Restoration 1 come out to clean our air ducts and vents. They were professional, personable and knowledgeable in everything they did. Special attention not to damage floors, furniture etc and cleaned up immaculately afterwards. Feels great knowing we’re breathing clean sanitized air within our home. One would be surprised as to what collects in air ducts, especially if you have allergies or breathing issues. We would highly recommend this company! Restoration 1 came to our home for mold removal in the crawlspace beneath our house and the air ducts in our home. Tim, Chase, Isaac, and Alec worked tirelessly for 3 days under our home to remove the growth, and when the equipment they were using malfunctioned, they completed the job by sanding by hand! When they worked inside on the airducts, they again were diligent and professional while also personal and kind. They patiently allowed my boys to follow them around as they did their work and were so friendly with them. My youngest told me, "Momma, they were so nice they felt like family!" We were very impressed by the team and are very pleased with the quality of work that was done. The air quality in our home is improved and I don't smell the mustiness that I did before.

From beginning to end Restoration 1 was great. Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Demetrius went out of his way to ensure that my home was taken care of. He made sure that I was updated every step of the way when it came to dealing with the insurance company and he made sure that any dirt, debris, etc was cleaned before leaving. I felt very confident in the work being performed. He really is one of the best. He and Myles make a great team. All of the other techs that came out and office were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Restoration 1! Hopefully I won’t have to deal with another situation like this, but if I do they will be the first I call.

Demetrius and Miles were awesome. Quick response time and effective and efficient work while on site. Very up front and honest with cleanup / remediation strategy and very punctual with scheduled service times. They both were very respectful and careful not to damage anything inside the residence while still completing the work that needed to be done to remedy the unfortunate flooding situation. The equipment was staged and running within an hour or so of the initial call and they clearly explained the process / anticipated timeframe to completely dry up the flooded area. We had the unimaginable happen while we were asleep a couple weeks ago. We woke up Sunday morning to find out we had a fire in our attached garage against the wall that goes inside our home. So thankful we called Restoration 1 after the fire dept arrived. Bea showed up within an hour, started taking pictures, measurements and documenting everything for insurance. We were still in pajamas and marked with ash and soot from what happened, while Bea helped comfort and reassure us everything will be handled. Not only did they show up immediately on a Sunday morning, they came back every day that week to fumigate our home and make it safe for our family! I will forever and always recommend them for anything! So happy we had the choice and chose a reputable, local company!
