We had a great experience with Blake and his team! We were in a crunch to get a full roof replacement and Blake went above and beyond to help us out. He provided honest and helpful advice and suggestions for the roof replacement we should go with and before we knew it, we had our new roof done in record time. Blake did an excellent job with communication and keeping up with a reasonable schedule too. We will be recommending this company to anyone who needs their services in the future.

I know there are stories of roofing companies and some of them deserve the bad reputation they have. I was very pleased with the service and work completed on my roof. I’d recommend them to others. Alec helped us through the project and the work was done exactly as he said. I think this is either a 5 or 1 star job and this one was 5 stars!

This past Friday, I had my roof replaced by Waters Edge Roofing & Restoration. The crew showed up right on time and without delay, got right to work. It was amazing to see the setup, level of coordination and expertise. I watched the removal, minor deck repair and then the new shingles were put on and just stood back in awe at how AWESOME it looks. I will definitely recommend Waters Edge Roofing to my family, friends and neighbors. This is the 3rd time we have had the experience of needing a new roof. Nathan Noel inspected our roof and confirmed that we had wind and hail damage. He took pictures of the damage and met with our insurance inspector.
He worked with our insurance company to be sure we got adequate reimbursement for both our roof and gutters and provided additional pictures when needed. He handled each step with our company and I only needed to pick out the color of the shingles and gutters. We ended up with a beautiful roof and gutters. It absolutely was one of the smoothest home projects that we have had done. Nathan goes above and beyond to meet your needs. He is honest and earned my trust and met all of our expections. Blake and his team are amazing! I first hired him in March for a leak coming from the shed roof kitchen addition. He recommended complete replacement to solve the issue as I kept having to get leaks repaired over the years. He recommended smooth rolled asphalt vs. shingles so that water would run off the roof since the pitch was so shallow. He also inspected my roof for hail damage to see if I was eligible for insurance to replace the entire roof. There was no hail damage, so I proceeded with the full replacement of the roof over the kitchen. While they were at it, the roofing team replaced the rotten fascia where improperly placed gutters were creating problems. So when I identified another leak in the bathroom of the main part of the house, I called Blake again who came out to inspect the roof and find the source. Due to the age of the roof and his inspection with some sort of tool where he could see the rafters and any irregularities that suggested water was getting inside, he recommended a full replacement. He also found some rotten siding under the eaves that needed to be replaced. Given my recent overwhelmingly positive experience and acknowledging that it was time to replace the roof, I hired Blake and his team to do the job. Blake gave me a source for financing to check out if i needed it, and we were able to schedule the full replacement for a day that same week! The materials were delivered the night before, and the crew arrived the next day at 7 AM. Blake came around 11am to check on the work. It turns out, I had a lot of bad decking that needed to be replaced which increased the overall cost minimally. The crew completed the work in the same day and cleaned up the yard with no trace of the debris left behind from the old roof removal. The roof is beautiful and makes my 84 year old house look even more gorgeous! Blake came by a few days later to give a final inspection. Throughout the job, Blake was accessible and immediately responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this company, and if I ever need help in the future, I will be contacting them. It’s so reassuring to find a company that’s honest, professional, and excellent and what they do!

I have the challenging position of being on the board of a business condo association that has 18 separate units and owners but shared expenses for external maintenance across all units. The buildings and original roof were 20+ years old and showing signs of wear and constantly needing leaks repaired or patched. We new that a new roof was needed but the expense is pretty significant so we took our time and got quotes from several companies and those quotes varied in both price as well as the method of recovering the roof. Some recommended a full TPO tear off and resurface, some recommended an older spray on product - but Blake from Waters Edge brought a leading edge product that was both price competitive but also with the strongest and longest warranty of any of the companies. We chose Waters Edge and they were fantastic. They were in continual communication with the association board and our property management firm, adjusted as needed for spring rain, and delivered a fantastic end result. They were very responsive on any post install owner questions and all the little leaks that plagued us for the past few years are a thing of the past. I would highly recommend Blake and Josh and the entire crew at Waters Edge if your commercial property is in need of a new roof or you want to cover the existing roof.

Best roofing experience I’ve ever had. Blake was persistent with our insurance company and it took them months, but he got it done and didn’t give up (honestly I would have). Most people’s roofs got approved right away, but he kept with it on ours.

Waters Edge Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. Blake was great to work with, he was transparent and responsive throughout the whole process, from quote all the way to job completion. He made the process feel seamless. The crew did a great job with the roof, they knocked it out in one day and cleaned up nicely around the entire perimeter of the house afterwards. Lastly, Blake did a final follow-up/walkthrough to ensure that everything finished according to expectations. Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome, it was a job well done.

When my wife called me during a big storm and told me that there was water leaking in our 8 week olds nursery, I needed someone’s help quick.
