Professional Exteriors LLC did an amazing job on my roof replacement. The process was seamless with no miscommunication along the way. Irving and William were extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. My yard was clean from top to bottom with a second run through to make sure every nail. ole roofing materials, etc was picked up. My house looks totally different and the resale price has definitely increased if I decide to sell. I was nervous about this huge project but happy it was done.

We were would worried about nails getting into our yard for our dog, afraid he would be the one to step on one, Mike personally went out there with a magnet roller to make sure there were all removed! Once everything was approved, the crew arrived early to replace the roof. They were very respectful and completed the job by the end of the day. Before leaving, they thoroughly inspected everything, including the bushes and trees around the house, to ensure the area was clean and free of debris.

Had a really hard case where State Farm did not want to pay for my roof even though it was destroyed…

Sam was great demonstrating me how they’re procedures work to communicate with any insurance in their own language and undeniable evidence of the need for replacement the entire thing, including gutters if damaged.

Honestly, I had tried myself before and another company did as well but they were just on a different level. They know what they’re doing.

Professional Exteriors did a great job on our roof. From the start Kevin helped out with the insurance company as well as picking out the right color shingles and getting them to Georgia. On the day itself the crew showed up on time and got the whole job done in one day. The result is great and our home looks better then ever.

Just did a Soft Wash on my family home to get rid of all the ugly algae on top of my roof. Completely changed the look of my home and made it look years newer. Very easy process.

These guys get it done! They showed up on a cold call. I said sure. They showed me the damage and within a few days had our insurance guys on my roof with them. One week later…a beautiful, upgraded roof. It was awesome. Clean up was perfect!

Professional Exteriors have provided top quality service, since the very beginning of hiring them for services and repairs. There was slight difficulty in getting my concerns heard and addressed from my insurance company, but Irving advocated on my behalf, and resulted in getting those matters understood, addressed and rectified.

During my repair work, there was a minor interference with weather conditions, that required the staff to return and complete the project. Jesus, one of the crew workers, went above and beyond his assignment after I didn’t have the paint to complete follow up repairs; he went to a local paint store to acquire the correct tone and type of paint, used for that particular room.

The crew was prompt in both their arrival and in completing the assignment, meeting quoted deadlines as mentioned beforehand. Irving helped to make this entire process, what could’ve been stressful, a pleasant experience.

I would highly recommend Professional Exteriors and would utilize their services again, if needed.
