You never know what you're gonna get when you sign up with a contractor - especially roofers in GA. But FOREVER Exteriors delivered. They came by and assessed the roof. We knew it needed replacement when we bought the house, but they showed hail damage we couldn't see. Unfortunately our replacement wasn't covered under our insurance, but they were knowledgeable about how to help with that (if it were to apply). They scheduled the work, explained the materials and process, were on time, and finished in one day. All the debris (including nails) was cleaned up same day too. The roof looks and performs great! They also helped me spread out payment. I would totally recommend them if you need roofing work!! Thanks Jacob and team!

Colton posshelped me last year with a rooftop problem , I had a problem on 3/18 and while on that call he noticed that a piece of siding was slipping out
from the storm on previous Saturday, He climbed up on a ladder and reattach the siding in 10 minutes , what do I owe you? Nothing he said. That impressed me that he would say that, I had another company that came out the week before and charged me 100 dollars for climbing on my roof. I will call this company again if I need services.

About six months into my new roof some shingles fell off in a storm. Thankfully, they were just extras that were left up there and no damage was done. However, when I texted Todd and the team, they came out immediately surveyed the situation flew a drone over my house and assured me that nothing was wrong And sent me pictures with video of the proof. Nick did a great job. I would give him an A+. The crew seemed to do a good job on the roofing. They did a poor job on getting up the loose nails in the grass. I had to buy my own magnet to get up what was still in the grass. When they blew the roof off after removing the old shingles it scattered old nails about 20 feet in the front and back yard. The crew only pulled their magnet about 8 feet. They did not get all of the nails even in that area. This is the reason I rated you a 4 instead of a 5.

Showed up on time, worked hard, and did a perfect job. Attention to every detail was over the top. Their chimney repair job will now outlast the house!
