Weston is fantastic. Walked us through the process is an understatement. I asked so many questions, some that were redundant, and he never once hesitated to answer with kind professionalism. I selected Pro Roofing after several other companies left fliers on my door. Pro Roofing did not; instead they wrote me a letter which I greatly appreciated. Weston Reed contacted me at the outset and continued to work with me through difficulties with my insurance company ( who would have thought?) until issues were resolved. He was knowledgeable, considerate and reassuring throughout the entire 3 month process!!! Everything was done on schedule from the delivery of materials, to the arrival of the installation crew. The crew was outstanding hardworking through the cold never taking a break and respectful. I noted especially a woman on the crew who was awesome! Project manager was on hand providing oversight as promised. The only thing I would ask them to work to improve is the clean up upon completion of the job. Assure ALL nails are removed from driveways and ALL outdoor furniture is returned to their location…especially where the homeowner is a senior citizen.

I heard about ProRoofing from a colleague of mine at work. My colleague was very pleased with the process of having the roof replaced and having ProRoofing dealing with the insurance company. I decided to give them a chance, even if another roofing company declined to investigate further my potential claim for hail damage.
Weston found and documented proof of damage together with the insurance adjuster. Weston then handled the whole process of having the roof replaced (and various other things affected) and took ownership in the process of interfacing with the insurance company. The roof was replaced, looks awesome - many thanks to Spencer (production/project manager), Lorenzo (crew lead) and Roberto (foreman)! They ensured the process was as smooth as possible (multiple stages were required due to the complexity). Weston however was awesome - had a lot of patience (including with me) and diligence during this process. ProRoofing is lucky to have Weston and his team on board - thank you Sirs!

Living in a residential unit that is shared with a retail space can be quite challenging at times with logistics and planning. It was time to re do the roofing on one of 3 buildings in our community and we were dreading it a bit. Pro Roofing and Parker Edwards could not have made this process any easier! We met Weston when our next door neighbors were having their roof assessed for hail damage. We decided to have Weston perform an inspection of our roof and he discovered that our roof as well had experienced hail damage. That day, he contacted our insurance company to file a claim. Long story but it took two separate adjustors to perform inspections and finally our claim got approved. Weston patiently worked thru the process with both adjustors until it got approved. Weston is very knowledgeable, organized, thorough and professional. The work was done on Sept 28th and we worked with ProRoofing's field managers Spencer and Justin thru the installation. We are very pleased with the product, and it is a pleasure to work with a company who hires professionals to represent their company. Roofing is a very difficult trade and their crew did an outstanding job.

This is a first-class business and it started during the initial contact. They were in the neighborhood and I was busy with my bushes/shrubs so they didn't bother me but wrote me a note and stuck it in the mailbox. It showed true consideration for my time! I called them and they were at my home doing an inspection of which they observed damage. I filed a claim with my insurance company of which they denied. I suggested to ProRoofing that they trace back the damage to the recent and known hail storm as recorded through the proper 3rd parties of which they did and the claim was approved. The quote was a little higher than the payment by my insurance company but Matt @ ProRoofing continued to work with my insurance company to get the full coverage and benefits I deserved. After the initial payment I received 2 more payments that were in my supplemental policy. Not knowing the roof replacement routine and working with the insurance companies, it was great to have Matt by my side providing guidance. Thanks again ProRoofing and Matt! Weston navigated the entire process and called the insurance company with me. He was there when the adjuster came to the house and he explained step by step the process. Justin was on site when the roof was installed and explained everything day of install. Everyone was punctual, polite, and made sure our property was cleaned up and free of nails and debris so as to be safe for our dogs. I can’t say enough about these guys and their company.

ProRoofing is an outstanding company to deal with for your roofing needs. Once we got the inspection process started and identified hail damage, ProRoofing’s contact, Weston, handled everything from that point on; protecting my interests with the insurance company as they try to slow-walk the process. The result, a great looking, secure new roof and all I paid was my deductible, Not a penny more. Highly recommended them.

This is a long overdue review. ProRoofing, like so many other large roofing companies, uses sub-contractors for their jobs. This is not to imply that all sub-contractors are bad, but they are sub-contractors and as such there are competing goals, breakdowns in communication between the prime and sub, and varying degress of experience on the sub-contractors team. That said, I rate ProRoofing a 4 out of 5 because they tried very hard to not be a typical roofing contractor. They were friendly and happily addressed a LOT of my preliminary questions. The work was done well--although time and weather are the final determining factors about quality. Understand that the sub-conractor wants to be done with your roof in one day, so the work is fast and furious and any issue that comes up or breakdown in communication can really cause issues. On several occasions however, the crew went above and beyond to take care of small things that other companies might have just ignored or coveredup. My recommendation for anyone considering using pro-roofing in order to help them help you get the best exerpience are:

- Before signing their contingency agreement that locks you into using them if the claim they file with your insurance company is accepted--or pay a significant monitary penalty, is to first request, read, and fully understand the work that will be done, all the materials to be used, where each material will be used, the sequence of work, how issues will be handled, and how the VERY complex warranty works. Don't sign the agreement the day you first meet with them.

- If you have gutter guards, discuss if they will/should be replaced as part of the roofing and if your insurance will cover the cost. Secondly, if you have gutter guards, require that ProRoofing performe a free and full inspection of your gutters before the start of work to determine how much debris is already in your gutters. This is important because the roofing job will definitely add more debris to your gutters and pro-roofing does not include a FULL gutter cleaning once the job is done. There can be a LOT of roofing material, nails, etc in you gutters after the job even if you have guards. ProRoofing's sub-contractor does a very, very quick blow out of you gutters at the end of the job, but this doesn't remove very much heavy wet material and risks damanging your gutter guards since the roofers are not gutter people and manhandle you gutter guards, FINALLY, discuss if the guards will be removed and replace even if the insurance company isn't paying for it. During the roofing process, the roofers WILL kneel on your gutter guards and bend them so they simply won't look straight again.

- Insist that the ProRoofing job foreman be on site when the crew arrives and that he/she be immediaely available if they leave the job site. Unless you speak fluient spanish, it can be stressful to discuss questions/problems with the sub-contractor's foreman. Make sure the onsite ProRoofing foreman (note the sub-contractor's foreman) understand the details of YOUR roofing job. There is a contract document that details and special consideration or instructions and the foreman should be very familiar with it. If not, request a different foreman.

All that said, I would recommend ProRoofing.

Awesome company. Honest. Weston Reed was great with every step. Long story short after receiving bad advice from a different roofing company, insurance was hesitate to replace and only wanted to repair. Weston was able to prove what was needed to the insurance company that a replacement was necessary, which included lots of back and forth with videos and pictures(by climbing on the roof, not just a drone). He didn't kick any responsibility on me, like the other roofer did, and just handled it. Every step was explained and then went exactly as stated. So pleased. Justin stayed the entire construction and everything went smoothly.

Justin and ProRoofing were great to work with. They were timely in coming out to inspect our issue, in addition to being timely, he provided video evidence of all of our issues and was able to review with us. We had multiple companies come out to quote us, and there were differing opinions, and while I was not on the roof myself, having video evidence was nice to understand the work that was going to be done. The repair was painless and the turnaround was quick. When he was done with his work, he came back a few days later to actually test the area in question with me standing there to ensure we were satisfied with the work and it was functioning properly. Overall, our experience was top notch with both ProRoofing and Justin himself. The process was straightforward, no games, no back and forth, quality work and competitive with pricing. I would highly recommend this team to any homeowner.

Not every job is a "full roof replacement." Nor does every time a contractor steps one foot on your roof should you be met with every which way you could get insurance to replace your roof. It just isn't needed. Pro-Roofing and specifically Garrison keep integrity and professionalism up front. We were told just last month that our (6) year old roof, "was aging much faster and storm damage has the roof aged at (10) years old and the heat has just increased the aging." We did have a vent cap pull loose and ask Garrison to take a look at the roof and to let me know what his thoughts are. He took some video and walked me through - bottom line, the roof looks great and no sign of storm damage or aging due to heat. Integrity is most important quality. Thank you Garrison!! Will recommend you and your company, Pro Roofing to anyone.

Our house was victim to the recent storm so we knew we had some roof damage. I was in contact with Garrison who was super polite and professional. He worked around my busy schedule and was right on time. He was very thorough and made sure to take videos so I could see what he saw without having to get up there myself. We then talked through some options for repair that I was comfortable doing, without feeling the push for a "new roof" that some companies normally sell under an insurance claim. Hello, it is with great pleasure to write this review. We recently called ProRoofing to get a roof replacement
estimate/assessment. Garrison from ProRoofing showed up and was VERY professional and customer-oriented upon arrival. He educated us on what to look for if damage is present. He went on top of our roof and made a video for us to look at. When we met with Garrison after he completed his assessment, he said that our roof was "close to mint condition" and that our shingles are one of the best seen. Garrison was HONEST with what he saw. My partner and I were so pleased with his honesty as we obtained a completely different assessment from another roofing company the day before who stated we had tons of damage and needed a new roof.
Because Garrison was honest, kind, professional and customer-oriented, we WILL be calling ProRoofing when a new roof is needed. Garrison made a loyal customer out of us!

Cole of ProRoofing came out to inspect our roof after home inspection noted a flaw during the process of selling our home. Cole checked the roof and explained the different ways a chimney can be sealed. Our roof was to code and safe for the new home owners. No need for the repair.
And, He not only inspected the roof, he borrowed a broom and blower and cleaned the leaves and debris that had accumulated while he was up there.
