The 10th Roof

Kyle scheduled a technician to come out yesterday and voila Jeff McPhail owner of the company shows up not only on time but ahead of schedule..hurray! He walked our entire roof and scoured the attic to find not one or two but SIX nail holes from the toe boards used by the construction crew. Jeff sealed all six holes and covered them back with shingles, so we are good to go. Reasonable price..very professional and thorough. A real pleasure doing business with The 10th Roof. We highly recommend their services!!

Highly recommend this company. Jeff come out quickly to evaluate our needs and got us an estimate same day! His team then came out within a day or 2 to get the repair completed. They greatly exceeded our expectations and would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing needs!

I live in Nashville, TN and these guys came from Georgia to do a bunch of work on my roof after the tornados ripped through here. They submitted paperwork to my insurance and came to meet with the adjuster. They actually had to come back to meet the adjuster after there was an error! Great work. But even better mission statement! I love that they give away every 10th Roof!

We have had our roof repaired by Kyle and Jeff’s team and could not be more pleased and impressed with the results. We asked about replacement and we were assured that our roof was in good shape with only minor repairs needed. We will certain use them in the future.

Honesty is a trait that is hard to find. I didn't need a new roof, just a shingle replaced, That was it. No over or fear upselling.

From the get-go I was very impressed with Kyle and his partner as they were the only roofing company out of the four I called that actually returned my call the same day and scheduled a visit. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and got my new roof installed very quickly. The install should have only taken a day but ended up running into a second day. Their quality control seems to be pretty good as they had one of the crew come back a third day to make some adjustments that did not meet Kyle standards. They damaged one of my gutters but had it replaced at their cost and you would never know it wasn't the original gutter. They were always on time and very responsive. My only issue is they put a hole in my refrigeration lineset for my air conditioning which ended up costing me over $5,000. I was disappointed that they refused to help cover some of those costs. Otherwise they would receive five stars.

Contacted him, very polite and professional gentleman.
Kyle and Jeff promptly scheduled me for a roof inspection after a severe hail and showed up on time.
They completed the inspection, performed maintenance and gave me some helpful tips to keep the roof in top condition.
Overall the experience was smooth and everything was handled professionally.
During my entire experience with them, I can tell with confidence; that both Kyle and Jeff are honest people and master of their trade.
They are pretty reasonable in price as well.

These guys are honest and awesome! We called and they came within hours and fixed our issue flawlessly and pointed out where, what, and how the problem occurred. No upselling or lying...just honest right to the point getting the job done company. DON’T go anywhere else if you want an honest job done.

I have been meaning to write this review for over a year now, as our roof was completed by The 10th Roof then. This morning we awoke to our neighbor's roof being done and I couldn't help but think that "I hope they chose The 10th Roof!" It also reminded me that I wanted to do this review. ;) We are newer homeowners and this was our first experience having to get a roof done. The guys with the 10th roof made us feel like we were their most important customer. They completed their work with a servant's heart and you could feel that through the process. As small business owners ourselves, we could feel the pride they felt in their company. That said, the roof looks BEAUTIFUL and the cleanup was done well. Highly recommend! :)

I have never had a roof put on before until 4/16 2019 , I had a consultation with them before they did any work where they sat down with me and my wife and explained everything from their process to helping me with my insurance claim , they made sure we understood everything and that made this whole process so much easier , long story short ,, this company did an outstanding job not only on my house but when they were finished , you would have never known they were here other than the great looking roof I have , I highly recommend these guys !!!!

After meeting Jeff, and hearing about his company (every 10th roof replaced they give one to someone in need), it was an easy decision to get his professional assessment of a house we were interested in purchasing. The 10th Roof sealed the deal for my wife and I as well as the sellers. I've not only had my roof redone by The 10th Roof, but I've recommended them to friends that have used them and would recommend them as well. The work they did was incredibly quick and professionally done -- new shingles, gutters, wood repair and sky lights. Jeff is extremely responsive to all my phone calls or texts. He took the time to confidently answer my questions and concerns. Finally, and this just shows how kind they are, after 4 years they came out and made a repair that a different carpenter caused. Again, Jeff responded immediately, showed up the next day, assessed the situation, made me fully aware of my options, and fixed the roof. Can't say thank you enough!

I have been having issues with one side of my home since I had my roof replaced 7 years ago. Without going through a long explanation...After going through a roofer and a repair company, I was talking to my neighbor telling me he knew these two guys - Jeff and Kyle - they came out right away - jumped up on my roof and repaired my problem. Not only did they fix my needed repair - they pointed out issues that I might want to address around my home. Did not nickel and dime me - very thorough - gave me an honest assessment of what need to be done. I think I just found my roofer!!!!!! Thank you guys...

This is the ONLY company that asked to fix my roof while every other "roofers" came to my door wanting to replace our roof. The 10th Roof is honest and sincere and interested in helping me. Thanks gents! BTW, other roofers...showing up in a big new truck doesn't send the right message in my eyes.

Haven't used him for replacing but had him come out for some minor issue I was experiencing with my roof. He was honest and instead of trying to sell me, he suggested I dont need to do anything. Honest people deserve respect.

Highly Recommend -- This company is a class act company that helped me with a roof replacement, a very slow moving insurance company (that originally way underestimated the extent of the repairs, 10th Roof handled all of that for me) and a relatively new homeowner who had never made an insurance claim before. The work was done well, employees were polite, everything was left clean. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend this team.

I noticed a few leaks on my ceiling so I called out a few different roofers to give me estimates on how to fix it. 10th Roof did not try to give me any fluff I didn't need they simply replaced what needed to be replaced for a 1/3 of what the other guys quoted. In addition to that they came when they said they would come, and even fixed a few other things they noticed while on my roof for no additional charge. Great Character, Great Company you can trust--Highly recommend!
