Platinum roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Chris and his team were friendly and professional the entire process. They helped coordinate with our insurance company and completed the job very quickly. I would absolutely use them again and plan to recommend them to my friends and family.

Platinum did a new roof, new gutters, full exterior paint an trim job and a few other small details on my home. They were very helpful an informational to me, previous to them receiving the job. They were spot on with the time frame of the job and they wanted very much to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Very good company!

Called and left messages 2 times in an attempt to get an estimate to replace my gutters. I guess Chris was too busy to call me back. I'm giving 3 stars only because the lady answering the phones was so courteous and professional. I wish I could leave a review based on some actual work this company did for me.

We had damage done to our roof and called Platinum Roofing and Exteriors. Chris Marshall called us quickly came out and assess the damage; came back and met with our adjuster. Everything was done in such a timely manner. Their work was excellent! Chris was there each morning and every evening checking on the work. The roof looks amazing!

Such a great experience. We had wind damage to our roof from a recent storm. We called Chris from Platinum. He was at our home the next day. Chris worked with our insurance company by meeting with the adjuster and providing them with the information they needed to get our roof and gutters paid for. Great Service!

We hired Platinum Roofing and Exteriors to replace our roof after it was damaged by hail. We were excited because we were going to be able to have a new roof on our house for our daughter’s wedding which was going to take place in our backyard. We had several days in a row of rain which delayed the start of our roofing job. We were starting to panic because the wedding day was getting closer. Chris at Platinum was amazing. He kept in contact with me daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day to discuss the weather and his plans for getting the job done when the weather cooperated. The weather finally cleared two days before the wedding. Chris and his crew were on the job first thing in the morning. Chris made sure his crew was aware of the importance of preserving our grounds and getting the job done in a timely manner. Chris was there throughout the duration of the job double checking the crew’s work and making sure things were going smoothly. He made a point to be there when the job was finished to oversee the clean up the day before our daughter’s wedding. We could not be happier about our roof and the job Platinum Roofing and Exteriors did for us. We highly recommend them!
