Watergate built our wonderful new deck. They were very helpful as we considered design options, and they were responsive to all our questions throughout the build. Lastly, the crew did terrific work.

The project manager addressed all my concerns and provided a detailed and accurate quote. The crew completed the project in one day on schedule in spite of two one-hour rain delays. They were careful in the set up and clean up. The follow on to finish installing skylight trim was great. Care was taken to collect any debris with each visit. The whole process was handled in a very professional and friendly manner.

Watergate Roofing was awesome! We hired them to look at a few spots on our roof and they blended the new shingles perfectly. We also hired them to do a full remodel of our house inside and out. Wasn't all smooth but appreciated their response after their field supervisor noted something not quite right. A big plus is they fixed my existing gutters and didn't press for all new. And they showed up when they said they would.

The Watergate Team completed a new roof on our personal home and did a great job! Nick and Fox were easy to work with and communicated well during the whole project. We had Watergate replace our entire exterior siding, soffit, and gutters. From beginning to end, working with them was easy, enjoyable, and affordable (their quote was far more reasonable than any other quote we received). There was one discrepancy in the original quote, but when it was discovered, they were very generous in making it right. On the actual work days, the team was diligent, respectful, and tidy. We are incredibly happy with the finished product - our house looks great! My father-in-law used to build houses and upon inspecting the work, said that Watergate did an incredible job with the work overall, especially the detail work around windows/doors. We absolutely recommend them - thank you Watergate!

We had few setbacks due to weather, but that was to be expected being that the estimated start time was was mid December. They came out in January, knocked the job out in one day, and I've had no issues since. Nick took ownership & was responsive to all of my emails/inquiries/etc. I'll definitely consider Watergate when I'm replacing the rest of my roof & potentially for new siding in the near future.

Every step of the process the team at Watergate has delivered and exceeded our expectations while replacing the roof on our 67-year-old home. Nick and Fox were wonderful to work with, and when a snafu happened due to an error with the material supplier during our installation, the problem was resolved within 90 minutes and the job was still completed in a single day.

We couldn't be more pleased with how the new roof brings new life to the home that's been a part of our family since it was built in 1956. Watergate's pricing was much less than other quotes we had received, and the quality exceeded what the other companies were offering.

It was a pleasant experience working with Nick Joson and the Watergate Roofing Team from start to finish. Nick Joson came out and provided me with pictures of the current roof condition, material samples, and a reasonable estimate to replace the Roof and Gutters on my 2nd home in Indiana. Mr. Joson identified issues with original 30-year old gutters that were installed incorrectly. He recommended corrections to improve water flow and prevent further damage to fascia. Even though their estimate was higher than others, they included repair and replacement of water damage that the other contractors missed. Their installation crew was quick, efficient and did a great job. Both Mr. Joson and Mr. Fox were very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Watergate Roofing.

They took a look at the reported issues and also did a thorough inspection and found we had a few other issues that needed fixed. They took photos and talked to us about which were more critical and which could wait. We opted to get them all repaired and they came out shortly after to conduct the repairs. Watergate roofing provided me with great service from the time they visited my home a few months ago for a roof inspection until they installed new gutters earlier this month. Nick Josen provided me with my roof inspection and also worked with me on the new gutters. Nick represented this company in a professional manner and he was the reason I decided to have Watergate install my gutters. The crew was on time and finished the installation in a couple of hours. After inspecting the roof, several options were presented to take care of the leaks into the garage. The gentleman who inspected the roof sent me a number of pictures of the damage, which included not only the leak sites but also the water damage that had been done as a result of the leaks. I selected one of the options presented. The work was done in a very timely manner and the yard was inspected for any debris. I could not be happier with Watergate Roofing. They were here when they said they would be here. The work was done when I was told it would be done. It has rained a number of times since the roof repair and there are no more leaks. I can't recommend Watergate Roofing highly enough. They are real pros at what they do.
