Watergate and Max were awesome. We hired them to replace our siding, roof, doors, and gutters. Quality and communication were excellent. They always showed up when they were supposed to, and they delivered on the timeline and their commitments.

From great communication (without pressure to choose them) to competitive pricing (we had quotes from three companies) to quality work and clean up, they managed to complete the job thoroughly. Recently had my roof replaced and a soffit repaired with Watergate. I am extremely pleased with the results. Their teams arrived early and diligently worked until the repair was completed. The cleanup was amazing and you can't even tell anyone was there. The second team that came to repair the soffit was just as professional and friendly. Asked if I was happy with the soffit and chimney repair, if I had questions they were answered. I absolutely got the quality work that I was quoted. Project managers and I think the office manager or owner even came out to check out the job. I am thoroughly impressed with this company. I will be working with them again for my siding, gutters, and deck.

Next Level Customer Service! I’ve never had such a complete and positive experience as the one I have had working with Watergate. Everyone I interacted with has been top notch and there were numerous people checking in along the way to make sure we are happy with all aspects of our project. We did roof, gutters and some trim and are thrilled with our results. Watergate took such good care of us and worked on our house like it was their own. When we discovered we may have an issue with our roof, we contacted several firms. Nick at Watergate immediately called back to set up an appointment to assess the current roof. He found several issues and sent a quote for the replacement the next day. The team arrived exactly when they were expected and began. They were very careful with the many plantings around the house, protecting them all from the debris from the old roof removal. They were able to complete the entire job in one day. The cleanup was as thorough as we could have hoped for!

We had leakage from the roof above our sunroom. Watergate quickly found the problem and got a team here to replace that section of the roof. Most impressively, there was some damage to the roof ridge, and although we couldn’t be certain if it was accidental damage during the fix or from high winds during a severe storm, Watergate repaired the ridge at no cost to us. Lastly, they connected us with a fantastic mason who repaired chimney damage Watergate discovered during the roof repair.

I'm here to yell from the rooftop that this is an awesome company to work with. Communicative, thorough, honest and downright good people from start to finish. I had damage to my home from storm in June of 2023. I was referred to Watergate from a neighbor and am so glad!! Max and Fox as well as the office staff were so pleasant to work with and kept me updated. The crews who came to do the work were awesome as well. They were very respectful of my home and property. All crews cleaned up their materials and you would never have known they were there. I have had several compliments on my roof, siding and gutters. Went back and forth on 4 or 5 stars. Given the current contractor pool I think it's only fair to give 5 stars. Price was fair. Hard to tell how everything will hold up, but the roof looks great & ultimately performance and customer service was there (Eventually). My one critique is please please please find the budget for a secretary or office manager to help with communication. The process was much more stressful than it should had been given the slow/inconsistent response times. Thank you Nick & team for the new roof & I hope to see you all again for future roof jobs.

They were thorough in getting on the roof and finding the reason for the leak in my ceiling. Good repair and they poured water over after to make sure. They never once tried to say 'oh you need a whole new roof' like some other co's did. Those co's I passed on. One co came out wo a ladder and laughed! He had no intention of doing a repair. Watergate was very professional and answered all my questions.

We had our roof and gutters replaced by Watergate the fall of 2023. The whole experience from the initial meeting and following estimate to the completion of the project was superior. The expected steps were clearly explained and any questions we had were answered. Samples were left so we could make our own choices. Work was completed in a timely manner, and cleanup was exceptional. Efforts were made to protect landscaping and the project manager, Fox, kept us informed and followed up to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Millie kept us informed on expectations (timelines, etc) and she and her office employees made sure the correspondence with the insurance company was streamlined. We are totally happy with the installation and can recommend others to Watergate if they too want a trouble-free quality installation.

This is the only google review I’ve ever left because it’s the first place I’ve felt compelled to write one for! After getting several quotes from different companies (including a close friend’s) we were very confident in choosing Watergate. They were honest, not trying to overcharge on anything, and willing to be flexible with some of our more specific needs. Max was amazing at communicating (and genuinely delightful to talk to) and made sure all of our questions were answered. Everything from start to finish was professional, fair, prompt, honest, and the results were high-quality/turned out great. Watergate did an amazing job working on our project from the initial consult with Nick for the estimate to the communication from Fox about what to expect from the crew and the time frame. Our project was done in one day as expected and the crew was punctual, professional, and thorough. We were impressed at how the crew cleaned as they went and spent an hour post job cleaning our property of nails and debris. Our roof looks amazing. We would use Watergate again for future projects.

Quick response. Replaced a flat porch roof with new rubber roof. The crew of two did a great job in less than two days and found other repairs and maintenance to do while waiting for the cement to cure. Great clean up. I work in Greenwood and was able to drop my deposit check by their new Greenwood office which was convenient for me. They were great to work with and I will call them again when needed.

I used Watergate to replace my roof and fix some water damaged trim. They were terrific, even coming out sooner than expected because we had noticed a leak inside our home. Quote was right in line with others, but decided on Watergate because of their excellent online reviews and they lived up to them!
