Very fast and friendly service. Got the quote back within one day. Brought over colors for drip edge and gutters to match the colors we had. Crews knocked out the job in three days just like they promised and cleaned up all debris from the job. Would highly recommend using this company if you are looking for a new roof or just gutters.

A couple years ago Kevin and his team replaced our gutters and did a great job so we asked him to do more. Just a couple weeks ago he redid our entire roof. He gave us estimates and it was evident he wasn’t just trying to upsell us or pressure us to buy a higher priced product. We had to wait a few months due to winter and the weather but we knew that ahead of time. He kept us updated whenever we were expected to have warmer weather. Once scheduled and weather warm enough, his team had the entire roof (approx 1800sq ft of roof) completed in one day including full tear off, replacing of some rafters, and deck boards. His crew was great at cleaning up after themselves and left our yard nearly spotless. Would definitely recommend them again to anyone!

I called one morning and didn't get an answer, but within the hour Kevin called me back (and I didn't even leave a message!). Ben came over the next day to assess a roof leak and have a look at my whole roof. He thoroughly checked everything and showed me pictures of my roof and chimney so I could see what it looked like. I'm not financially ready for a new roof just yet, so I just wanted the repair. Ben had a crew at my house just 2 days later and they did a great job. Everything was done well and cleaned up by the time I got home. The roof hasn't leaked since. I'll definitely be keeping them in mind when I'm ready for that new roof. (Ben even popped in a couple soffit pieces that fell down for me, and when I thanked him profusely, he said "Whatever I can do to help." This tells me they are legitimate, good guys who just want to do good and do it well.) You can't go wrong just asking them to take a look at what you need done. They are professional and kind.

My wife and I highly recommend 317 Roofing and Restorations! They replaced our entire roof. They show up when they say they will. They explain everything and do what they promise. They are very detailed and the crew did a great job with cleanup. They found an issue with the roof that was causing a leak in our living room. No more leaks. We had their interior crew replace the entire living room ceiling and exterior wall due to water damage from the old roof and my wife saw it as an opportunity to get rid of the old, ugly textured ceiling. The living room is beautiful now. We kept adding work for them, which included 3 exterior door replacements. Every time the work has been done when promised and has been excellent quality. This company did a fast and fantastic job at reroofing my father’s home after an animal chewed a hole into the attic. Kevin came out on Saturday afternoon, gave me an estimate and put a temporary patch on the hole.Due to the age of the roof I elected to replace the entire roof. In replacing the roof, significant damage and leakage was found to the chimney and decking. This was all repaired on the same day at a very reasonable cost.I wholeheartedly recommend 317 roofing, honest and reasonably priced.

Once we were approved the 317 crew was scheduled within 2 weeks. They knocked out my roof in 1 afternoon. I couldn’t be more happy with the job they did. My new roof looks great. Emailed 317 roofing in the morning about getting my roof repaired and got a call back in less then 15 minutes. They sent a guy out that morning to inspect my roof for any other damage that may have occurred from the storm and get me a quote for repair. After inspection they called me back and gave me the quote and got it repaired that afternoon. So from the time the storm ripped off some shingles till it was repaired was less then 24 hours. We had fascia bent during a recent wind storm and struggled to find a company that would do the repair. The metal fascia was not reusable and 317 did a fantastic job of matching the color, installing it and cleaning up. We had 317 R&R do a complete roof repair and replacement, complete siding repair/renovation & painting (including soffits, fascia & trim), as well as a few interior ceiling repairs and painting.
