Seriously the best roofing company around! Affordable, honest, and informative. My husband and I were looking for a roofing company on our home and garage that was over 10 years old and didn’t qualify for insurance storm/hail damage coverage. I advised I already got a quote before and was looking for more. Adam came out the next day after giving him a call and inspected my roof and advised me of potential issues and concerns. He was very straight forward and educated me on what our house was missing and what might come up on an inspection as we are looking into selling. He was the only company to actually educate me out of the 7 quotes I got! He came in with a quote 5k-6k less than other popular branded roofing companies. Knowing that the quote may increase upon work being completed, I was very pleased that it did not change. My property was well taken care of to protect my landscaping. I believe Adam is in the business to help homeowners without price gauging and trying to make the most money off of every job. 10/10 recommend!

Our experience with Tip Top Roofing & Construction was extremely seamless. Adam is extremely professional and was able to get our new roof scheduled and completed in a timely manner. It was easy to pick the new shingle color using his catalog and it turned out excellent! Adam’s crew showed up exactly on time and got straight to work. They had the existing shingles mostly removed within the hour and had the new roof completed by the end of the day. They were extremely respectful of the property, making sure to lay tarps over landscaping to protect our mulch and flowers and were extremely thorough in their cleanup process.

After calling a dozen companies Tip Top was the last company I called but I wish it had been the first. The owner Adam came out to our house to look at the roof. Our roof needed replaced due to aging. He emailed me a quote that beat everyone else. First thing is Adam stayed in contact with me and communication was great. We got rained out on the Friday it was supposed to be but he and his crew arrived that Monday instead. Crew did an amazing job and cleaned everything up. Would recommend this company anytime.

We had some hail damage and we were referred to Tip Top Roofing and Construction. Nothing but superb service! Great communication, great work, showed up on time, very professional. Cleaned up thoroughly! Would highly recommend their services. Major kudos to Adam who is/was top notch! If I ever need assistance again, he will be on speed dial for sure! Completed a roof install and siding.

9/6/2023 - These guys are amazing. My roof was in bad shape and I had gotten quotes from a few roofing companies because insurance decided to deny my claim. I called Adam (the owner) and he picked up and sent a quote really quick. He came in WAY below all the others. He had his crew come out on the day he said they would be here and they finished the job that same day. Thank you Adam. Highly recommend Tip Top Roofing.

They were quick to get our damaged roof assessed. Quickly responded to any questions we had. The crew that replaced the roof was fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently. The roof looks amazing. They cleaned everything up and could hardly tell they were even here. Highly recommend, great experience from start to finish.

I replaced my whole roof and had good experience with Tip Top Roofing. Tip Top came recommended through a friend's general contractor. Adam was responsive, and on top of things. Good thing about Adam is he won't quote you for things he doesn't think is needed and charge you for unnecessary things. My roof was nicely replaced, with a very reasonable price. I recommend this place for getting the job done.

I was honestly dreading getting our roof replaced, but Adam and his crew made the whole process as smooth as possible. We had to reschedule last minute due to a conflict on our end, and they got us rescheduled quickly. We had just recently purchased the home. The roof was 18 years old, and we knew it would likely have some decking damage. They were professional, thorough, and when we found more damage in one area of the roof than we were expecting they made sure it was repaired correctly. They worked quickly (which is appreciated when you have two young kiddos who need naps) and it looks fantastic. Clean up was excellent, and I feel like they paid close attention to details that I have seen other roofing companies skip over. Thanks Adam! We will definitely be using these guys again for any gutter work or other things that may pop up.

We are very Happy with Tip Top Roofing .After calling to get an estimate Adam came out on time and was very helpful. They immediately patched my roof so it wouldn't leak then gave me an estimate on complete roof installation and gutters . We excepted his estimate and he wasn't the cheapest but we felt like he would do the best and I'm glad we did. I knew our roof wouldn't be easy because of the steep pitches. Tip Top Roofing was out the same day I called to inspect everything. Had an estimate back to me by the next day. Easily the best value (I had 3 other companies quote as well). Job was finished in one day. Everything around the house was left just as clean as before. I was impressed with their promptness, value, communication, and of course the new roof looks amazing as well.

Hired to replace my roof. For the most part, didn't need to pay any attention to them (though they had a radio next to my chimney, so the fireplace was singing to me.) Cleaned up after themselves.

Tip Top Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. I had several questions prior to the work starting and Adam was always available to answer these questions. Adam helped us with color and style choice of our shingles and made sure we were happy with the choice.
When it was time for the work to be done, we were given several days notice so we would know when the material would be delivered and when the work would begin.
The crew made sure all debris was picked up, including running magnets across the yard and driveway and even raked the yard.

They did a great job, and they will be my go to company for construction and roofing from this point forward! We had received several quotes to replace a damaged chunk of siding on our home from a pretty nasty storm and they took those quotes and beat them. They came out same day and didn’t make us wait for a crazy allotted time frame like several other contractors has initially tried to schedule. Not only was same day a plus, but they were great with our dogs who were mistakenly left out, and they were so polite and professional. They dedicated their time to do the job right; and they weren’t even bothered by my husband who stood outside supervising that the job was done to his standard.

I needed some fascia replaced and wanted his assessment of ceiling water stains that appeared after my family and I moved in about a year ago. The roof had been replaced five years ago, so these stains were concerning. Adam discovered that some portions of the roof were incorrectly installed, allowing water to seep underneath. Now, the roof looks gteat!

Adam communicated frequently and proactively, before and after the work was done, instilling confidence at every point. He even brought his crew out two days early, which just so happened to head off some impending rain.
