Dan was incredibly helpful in giving us his professional opinion on what we should do with our 20 year roof. Instead of recommending a repair, he referred us to some roofing companies he trusted because we were in need of a replacement. Although we did not end up using Dan’s services due to needing a full new roof, we would definitely call him for any roofing repair/consult needs.

5 stars all the way. I had an irritating leak on my roof over my soffits for the past 4 years or so and finally decided to get it taken care of. Nothing major but small leaks lead to big leaks which lead to wood rot which leads to new roofs.

I took a shot at Water Wise based on reviews and emailed the owner Dan Sunday night. On Monday I had a response, on Tuesday an initial visit and on Wed he was able to fit me in between appointments and fix the leak. On Wed night a rainstorm and no leak!

Admittedly mine was a small project and only took a couple of hours so he was able to get to me quickly but the idea and focus is still there. Prompt followup, quick service at reasonable prices.

We had a roof leak after a big rain. Dan was very responsive and showed up a few days later. He explained things well and his charge was reasonable.

We had roof leakage issue. Dan was quick to find out the ridge vent installed was not cut opened properly and shared us two options to go with. Very transparent on what to expect, how each of the option would solve the problem. An excellent communicator, punctual, professional and friendly person. I would highly recommend Waterwise LLC.

Dan at Water Wise gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work I expected him to do. I should have read the estimate more closely. He did far more work than I expect keeping to his estimated price. He worked quietly and fast.

Right after closing, my inspector found a couple demages on the roof that needed urgent fixes. Contacted Dan and he rushed to help us even though he was tightly booked already, and completed the job before rain starts again. Throughout the process, communication with him was awesome.
