They showed up, which is already a huge win. The starting price is reasonable I thought I may as well take a punt. I took one star off because there was an error which meant they came to do the work late, BUT they were in constant contact with me, giving updates and peace of mind. If the repairs hold through winter, you can bet that star is going to go straight up.

Just had my roof redone, since my house is older and the roof was worn. They had good attention to detail, good communication via phone and email, and a fair price. It only took a few weeks (held up by weather) from the initial estimate to having the roof done.

After purchasing our home last January we found out that our roof was leaking in three places causing us to have delays in our remodeling. They walked around the house telling us exactly what they did and we were well informed. We had to reschedule our roofing job due to weather but as soon as the weather was good they were out there working from dawn until dark. We were extremely thankful for all of their hard work helping us to be able to continue remodeling our home and our first childs nursery.

Five Stars Roofing did an excellent job with our roof. They have on site supervision of the work being done, and that makes a huge difference. We have several Japanese maple trees growing under the eaves and the crew was very careful and nothing was damaged. They also send another supervisor back at the end of the day to double check the work and cleanup. The crew that did our roof were happy and cheerful, and that says a lot about who Five Stars Roofing hires and how they treat their employees. The office staff is very professional and responds to calls and emails quickly. I would 100% recommend them.

I highly recommend Five Stars Roofing for any roofing issues. They came and helped us with a furnace venting issue (not caused by them) and were so nice! They are very thorough and serious and just wonderful in every way. This is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with in decades of having home repairs done. The owner came later to make sure technician had what he needed.

They did an amazing job! They were extremely flexible in scheduling the work and did a great job of working with our insurance company to make adjustments. Even had the roof inspected by a third party inspector. He couldn't find anything wrong with the roof ,said it was some of the best work he'd ever seen, and even asked for their contact information so that he could add them to his list of companies to recommend.

They did a professional job and billed me as quoted. Parked their trailer on the driveway for the tear off instead of putting ruts in my yard, even though it made for a little more work. Good communication throughout and always returned calls promptly.

The roof was completed within the day in the middle of the afternoon. The quality of service was excellent regarding the construction and safety. The few recommendations I would give is to have the roofers not smoke any tobacco products while up on the roof as to not leave cigarette butts around the property, ensure the home owner that any camera security systems will be under consideration while working on the property, and stay golden.

What I was most impressed with was the care, detail and inspection of the roof board prior to the roof installation. IF they found a bad board, there was NO questions, they removed it and replaced it new.

They were great. Communication was complete and I knew what to expect. They performed professionally and the work was completed on time and as promised. I am 100% satisfied! Great company!
