While many reviews praise the quality of work, professionalism, and customer service, there are significant complaints regarding reliability and follow-through on repairs. Several customers have expressed frustration over unresolved issues with leaks and poor communication regarding scheduling. Though some customers highlight prompt and thorough service, the serious complaints about damage and lack of accountability raise concerns about the company's overall reliability and customer service consistency.
- They patiently explained everything and went the extra mile to help us document the condition of the old roof.
- The communication was great and once the work began, everyone was so professional.
- I received so many compliments on the new roof, and they took care of all the paperwork with the city permits.
- Four Seasons can be trusted to do a good job and complete what they have committed to do.
- The customer service perspective was outstanding.
- They never fix the leaking from the roof despite multiple calls.
- All the good reviews are literally bought and paid for by the consumer.
- They caused water damage to 6 condos including my unit, and their insurance denied all liabilities.
- Their staff never put my work on their schedule, and they kept promises to come to fix the leak, but they never did.
- If they messed up, they will not take care of any of these damages.

Just had roof replacement and gutters done. Great job on installing and they were on time and cleaned everything up and easy to work with. Thank you Terry, Vance, Tiana, Travis and all the crew. Looks great!!

If you’re looking for honesty and professionalism from an owner who stands behind his work, look anywhere else in the PNW. All the good reviews are literally bought and paid for by the consumer. Come by you can see what they did to my roof, as well as my neighbors. Neighbor was the only one satisfied with my project, after they ripped his gutters off by mistake and had to replace them. Can’t make this shit up. Do your homework and save yourself a lot of grief by going ANYWHERE else.
Pictures are of the sag in the roof (they “repaired” roofed over more damage and wasn’t told about the extent until after it was done)
Boards they ripped out for vents without a change order. Instead of “roof done right” since I didn’t want to pay for their mistake they paid their folks to cut new boards to put in. Couldn’t even slap some primer on them. Oh, and they threaten without their up charged upgraded vents, they will not honor their warranty. Now they are refusing to answer when I question about the “proper venting.” All to avoid the contractual obligations with their warranty, really proud and confident of the work they do. Truly nothing but scam artists. STAY AWAY!

Work was done quickly so that's good. Quality seems okay although the rainy season hasn't really started. But had issues with the initial estimate and a lot of upcharges after the fact a lot of which should have been disclosed up front after the walk through. Also was told there would be a follow up regarding some questions on the work done and a bent gutter none of which ever happened. Overall I would steer clear there are plenty of other solid companies.
*edit had the 4 seasons team follow up they were understanding of the whole situation. sent some folks out to fix the few dents and answered the questions I had they also credited back some money related to some external fascia. Overall I appreciate the genuine care they have for their reputation and really seems like they care about the customer.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
