Four Seasons Roof & Remodel Service

Got a referral from a neighbor and had them come out to inspect our roof. It had started to leak after only 9 years, due to shoddy workmanship by the builder/roofer. They patiently explained everything, and even went the extra mile to help us document the condition of the old roof for insurance/legal claims.

Now we have a new roof with a 25 year warranty which I feel good about. Fast service too. It’s not cheap, but if you need to get your roof done, I recommend them

Four Seasons Roofing has good customer service but they never fix the leaking from the roof. I have called them multiple times but their staff - Tiana never put my work on their schedule and their people never came. They kept promises to come to fix the leak, but they never did. Not a reliable roofing company.

Four Seasons re-roofed my home back in 2016. Couldn't be happier about the work done with excellent customer service. At the time I opted for the Golden Pledge warranty from GAF and I'm glad I did. Unfortunately some of the roofing product was defective so I administered a warranty claim through GAF. Four Seasons was contracted to carry out the warranty work and once again did a great job with excellent customer service and constant communication. Four Seasons took care of the claim and communicated directly with GAF. I can highly recommend Four Seasons and their entire staff for any of your roofing needs.

I had a leak with water dripping through the ceiling and this was the 3rd bid. They not only gave me a very thorough inspection and competitive bid, but offered to tarp my roof to stop the leak until my job could be completed. The other companies did not offer any assistance. The communication was great and once the work began, everyone was so professional. They discovered several problem areas with photos to document and did the appropriate work to fix what was needed at a fair price. I can now relax when it rains knowing all is well!!

I was looking for estimates for roof cleaning or replacement for my house. Four Seasons Roof was one of the providers I called. Craig arrived 5 mins early for the appointment. Although their company only offers replacement service, he provided professional and honest advice on my case (i.e. no need to replace at this moment since the roof doesn't suffer from any major issue) after I explained my plan with the house. He generously provided some docs that he prepared for the appointment and recommended a great cleaning service that he heard from his customers in this area. I really appreciate his effort to educate me and help me make the right decision for this project, and will probably call him when the roof needs to be replaced in a few years.

The worst roofing company ever! They were sent to my neighbor's attic to make a small repair by HOA and ended up causing the water damage to 6 condos including my unit. We had to move out and rent a place in somewhere. The worst thing is their insurance denied all liabilities that were clearly caused by their roofer. Now nobody in this company coming out to take care of the repair, they do not even pay for the mitigation service. If you do not want your house or condo gets water damaged, please do not use them. If they messed up, they will not take care of any of these damages.

Four seasons roofing did a wonderful job for us. Our new roof looks amazing, we received so many compliments. They are very professional, took care of all the paperwork with the city permits, finished the project on time, left our place very very clean. I can’t say enough good things about them, I recommended them to everyone I know. A few months ago we were worried about some staining under the roof gutters, and they came to us right away, checked the roof to make sure that it is OK, and determined that the staining comes from the clogged gutters, and cleaned them for us for free. I was amazed with their response. Highly recommend!!!

Four Seasons replaced our leaky roof and made other improvements on my house I just purchased during COVID-19 for $26k. They did a great and fast job! Now I don't need to worry about water leaking through indoors or ruining the wood anymore. I got a 50 year warranty. It was great they could do the emergency work even during the stay-at-home order.

I was happy they replaced sheathing that was not up to code, replaced or sistered any wet, rotted, or moldy wood, added missing insulation while the roof was open, replaced uninsulated bathroom exhaust vents, added missing baffles, improved the previously lousy flashing, added more vents, and gave a consistent black top for each vent, instead of the shiny chrome which I think stood out too much.

Also, they gave me an estimate to add a porch roof which was great, although I ended up not going for it.

I had some issues with roof leaks on a foreclosed home I'd purchased. Since the roof will need to be replaced when I do a major remodel, I wanted to get the most economical repairs to prevent further interior damage. Four Seasons was responsive and very reasonably priced. They got the repairs done quickly and successfully.

My re-roofing project was anything but "standard", with lots of complicated details. I had two flat roof decks with lawn furniture - and they were leaking terribly. (My neighbor with similar house gave up and closed his roof decks up because of the leaks!) I decided to try and re-roof mine. And I wanted a quality system with a warranty, installed professionally.

Four Seasons were one of four contractors I sought bids from. They were one (of two) who seemed to appreciate the challenges, and were also competitive in their bid.

Their work was systematic, and their team very professional. Almost at once they encountered unforeseen problems, but didn't try to gouge me. They leveled with me about the options - the highest quality and most economical solutions, and worked with me to find the right balance of value for money. In the end, we shared the extra costs, and I suspect they didn't make much money on the project at all, but still made sure to button it up professionally - not leaving any loose ends untied.

No one is perfect, and there were days when the team were sent to another site, but that's normal for roofing companies, as they try to balance the needs, schedules and emergencies of their customers. Generally, I was very satisfied with Four Seasons - their knowledge, their experience, their innovative ideas, and their fairness. I highly recommend them.

I'm in the process of shopping for a new roof. Today I met with Shane, we went over the options available. Then he did his own thing. At the end of his visit he went over the final details, let me know what he found on my roof and provided me a folder full of info. I appreciated all of the info he gave me as this is a first for me. They met with us, discussed the roofing project, timeline and costs. Then they executed according to plan. They communicated well and stayed close to the estimated budge. Would hire them again but they gave me a great roof that will last about 50 years so it may be awhile before I get the chance.

Our Architectural roof shingles roof was done today August 14 2017...They were fast and did a quality job. I been in the construction industry over 30 years. I work for a large engineering/construction company in Seattle area and know quality. I'd highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing from roof inspection...bid submital...actual work and covering everything to protect them along with cleaned up all debris. Four seasons was the 5th roofer i had out for a bid for a repair. My roof was less then 10 yrs old and wasnt done right the first time so i needed some areas fixed. They gave me a fair bid and found the venting was incorrect and included that in the repairs. They sent out the repair guy to be out the next week and he spent two full days at my house getting everything fixed. They also when i asked to come out and recheck and take pictures of the work for before and after since i dont go on the roof.
I would be happy to refer them to a friend.

The entire experience from beginning to end was positive and painless. I thought we would be challenge living out of the way of this company but communication was always easy and with fast response times. We were kept up to date on the options, wait times and final installation. I would recommend them without hesitation or reserves.

I appreciate that this company even gave me a bid, as my cabin is way out of town and not a big job - other companies I contacted wouldn't even bother. As usual in the Pacific Northwest weather was the biggest problem encountered and I'm sure they got sick of me calling. When the job finally got going the workers were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing. Tip: keep mosquito repellent handy for them - they're up there sweating and they really need it! All in all, good experience and would recommend to anyone. Kudos to Ed for his patience in getting the job done in spite of some obstacles.

Well, I have to say this relationship started off well with Travis Hendrickson at Four Seasons. Got a quick bid, and for a 3,000 SF home it cost $14,000 which was the middle bid. He uses GAF Timberline and replaced two skylights. We had an externally baffled roof installed. The roof is good that's why this isn't a 1-star review. My issue with Travis is that there is no follow up after 2 months of attempts to get him to put things back to how they were. The chandelier cap was knocked loose from all the banging on the roof. I'd replace it myself, but I dont have a ladder that tall. A gutter also got kicked loose, and he said he would come back and re-attached and now it's been almost 3 months, and he hasn't come by to finish it up. His crew also left a mess everywhere. I had shingles, loose nails, and tons of debris all over the floor where they installed the skylight. No follow through on making sure the job is fully complete. These are just basic customer service items too. I cleaned up the debris myself, but don't have the high ladders like he does to reconnect the other stuff.

Finally sent a guy out to reconnect the gutter, but no help on the chandelier.

He actually came out for a warranty check. It would have been nice to get a notice from him that he'd be coming by. Adding back a star as he did take a proper look to see if the roof was the source of the leak we're having.

I have dealt with Travis and alot of the other members of Four Seasons for almost 15 years and they are an outstanding company. I just had a metal roof installed by them, and I couldn't be happier with the roof and the quality of the installation. I will recommend Four Seasons to everyone.

As far as I know this company does not exist. Four Seasons has never answered my phone or called back. Whatever they are up to, I doubt this company has customers or seeks customers. Considering they have work vans out and about it's confusing. Reminds me of all those landscaping companies with fancy trucks that don't do any landscaping. This is a ghost shop if there ever was one. One extra star in case they actually exist.

This was our second job for 4 seasons roofing. Their work was skilfully done while keeping us fully informed with a friendly attitude.

I would recommend Four Seasons Roofing. They completed roofing, siding and gutter work for us. They were professional and communicated well throughout the entire process.

The actual work was satisfactory but, if you hire them to do any work pay in cash.
Without informing us they stored our credit card info (from an initial inspection) and charged payment of the entire job without authorization.
The business practices of Travis the owner are unethical and likely violate Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) standards. If you want a customer friendly experience look elsewhere.

Crew and supervisor were fast, efficient and professional. They made a special trip to bring us just the right parts for the chiminey. I would absolutely call them again if the need arises.

Four Seasons Roofing Was Wonderful! They came right away and fixed my roof so it would not leak when the shingles ripped off during a wind storm. Great company!

Very dissapointed that after putting a new roof on our large barn it started leaking after about 5 years. I called Four Seasons several times to ask what the problem was, they provided no answers and no fix. They said they would not guarantee the skylights, but this is much more than that. At this point it leaks all over the barn and the entire under side of the sheeting is wet. I was told by several other roofing companies that poor materials were used. Apparently I did not receive any type of guarantee on this roof. I was told the materials were a 20 year roof. Guess not. I do not trust roofers anymore.

I have a steep, challenging roof upon which Four Seasons has done repairs twice. Both times the repair was performed well. Unfortunately, the customer service has not matched the quality of the repair. With both encounters every communication required a second prompt from me to get a response. I now have further work pending. My last communication with Four Seasons was "I will research this and get right back to you." That was six months ago. I have no time for a company that has no time for me.

Four Seasons Roofing was recommended to us by our insurance company after we had a catastrophic roof leak. The original roofing company refused to honor their warranty and Four Seasons worked us into their schedule very promptly. Their roofers were great to work with, very pleasant, cleaned up after themselves and kept us apprised of their progress. We highly recommend them.

Four Seasons Roof and Remodel is a great company to work with. Travis is always responsive and does a topnotch job. His crews are hard working and pleasant to have around the home. They are always cheerful and get along well. Four Seasons Roofing has done several jobs for me, each quite different from the other, and every time they solved the necessary problems and got the job done beautifully. The folks at Four Seasons Roofing did an outstanding job on a significant roof and ceiling drywall repair at my home in Edmonds. They were timely, dependable, friendly, courteous and professional. Spoke to Travis on the phone and he came out that evening. Note-this was right after the august wind storm in 2016. I had called other roofers because I needed to get 3 estimates for my insurance company. The other roofers I called were hard to even get out for the estimate! So one guy shows up obviously drunk so I take his estimate and the other guy tells me he's really busy but wants my business so he'll get there asap. So I get my estimates and Travis is close to 6 grand cheaper with the same composite architectural shingles as the other guys.
Long story short Travis gets the go ahead and now the work begins. I'm keeping close track of his guys because I'm thinking cheapest bid doesn't always mean the best work.
I'm very impressed with travis' guys! They checked in when they came to let me know they were starting and checked out when they left. Communications were phenomenal.
When it was all done Travis came out and we inspected the job. Bottom line I was very happy with response times, communications, and finished product. You won't be sorry

I have used 4 Seasons Roofing for 3 major roofing jobs and would not use anyone else. Their work is top notch and the pricing is competitive, but more importantly they are willing to work with me on what I need to have done, and, to my schedule. In fact I've contracted them for some non-roof related work as well and they have delivered every time. Travis and his guys know their trade, are efficient, professional, hard workers, respectful, and just good to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Four Seasons to anyone.

It's been a couple years since the work. I guess the good news is that the roof is doing fine. I do remember that we enjoyed dealing with the owner who came out to give us the bid and the crew that did the install. They were efficient and kept things clean. Though theirs was not the least expensive bid, we felt we could trust them. I'd use them again... though I hope I won't have to for a while.

Four Seasons roofing re-did my 20 year old cedar shingle roof. I was quoted a price in advance that was reasonable, and they completed the project in a timely manner, so that I would be dry in the wet season. The appearance looks professional, and it has held up in the recent storm. There was no mess left behind. Would recommend.
