From the very start of interviewing Suruka for my roof replacement I felt that John and Sebastian both were very easy to work with. They did a thorough inspection of roof and attic and made a recommendation. The roofers came every day and were never late, they worked 10 hour days and were very capable in what they did. I can't say enough about this company from start to finish! I would recommend them.

Saruka Roofing was AWSOME!! They did my roof during the snow in February. They had their men check every day to make sure everything was alright until they could resume. John and Sebastian were AWSOME in taking care of every concern and detail that came up. I would highly recommend them!!

We’ve been extremely satisfied from our first interaction with Suruka House LLC. Our roof was almost 25 years old when we contacted Suruka and John & Sebastian stopped by to meet my wife and me. After going up on our roof and inspecting it, they met with us and pointed out some areas of concern that we were unaware of. Their quote was quite competitive and we also decided to replace our gutters as well. Our new roof and gutters were completed in just over a week (fairly large home, over 2700 sq.ft.). Suruka’s crew, led by Rafael, cleaned up thoroughly every day. Their guarantees on materials & labor are top of the line. We would definitely recommend Suruka for your roofing needs.

Suruka House LLC completed a thorough examination of my roof, checked my crawl space, and provided pictures. While here they wrote a detailed estimate, explained the product they recommended and why. After I voiced anxiety about the impact of impending snow on my roof, they volunteered to tarp the critical areas. Their price was reasonable and they finished the job in less time than anticipated though they had to work around snow days. I have a beautiful new roof with pictures of course, and they were pleasant to work with. I give them 5 stars +

Wandered down the street to watch their work just to entertain our toddler. Knew we needed a roof and were just deciding between a few quotes we already had. Suruka offered to inspect our roof the next evening when I got off work and they came in with the same material offer as others, but for thousands of dollars less. They were great at communicating before and during the single day it took them to complete our two story roof. Professional and efficient. Promptly provided all the warranty documents needed after installation.

They did a great job and fast. Cleaned the area each day including using magnetic sweeper to reduce chance of a stray nail or screw . No mess at all during or afterwards. Definitely will go to them and recommend for family and friends.

A representative from Dabella came to our house, and gave us a brochure of their services. Absolutely NO pressure to purchase anything!! We had talked about getting a new roof for awhile. The next day a wonderful young man named Kaden came and talked to us about our options. Once again no pressure! Two days later a team from Suruka delivered supplies and started working. These men were so impressive!!! I have never in my life witnessed men working so well together and so efficiently!!! They worked from 8:00AM till 8:00PM. Today was day three and they said 2 more hours and it's done!!! We are incredibly impressed and happy with this company!! Highly recommend both Dabella and Suruka!!

Great experience! Anthony the sales rep helped us out and had easy and prompt communication throughout the whole process. We replaced our entire roof with the Ultra HDZ and 6k gutters…no issues or concerns at all. We will most definitely be using them again in the future!

These guys did a great job on my roof. They were responsive when I had questions, didn't attempt any high-pressure sales (which is good since that would have disqualified them immediately), and got it done incredibly fast. They had about 8 guys working and it was done in 3 days even though the house is fairly large with quite a few angles. They found a few unexpected issues that needed some additional work, they showed me what needed to be done and charged a reasonable amount for the extra work.

We had hired Suruka House Care to work on a Fraternity House at Eastern Washington University. Behind the house is a duplex that had an old roof. It was probably the original with 4 layers of shingles , too heavy and too close to failing. They were able to re-roof in 2 days The new new roof looks much better and we know that this is quality construction and should last years. We will recommend this company to our alumni and neighbors. They came in at the quoted price with no hiccups. We had an issue with one of the gutters and they came out to replace one of the pieces and took care of it. We had great communication and they kept us updated the entire time. Would definitely recommend

John and Rafael did an excellent job in replacing our roof. They started on a Friday and were done by Mon/Tues on our 3 townhome property. Some consistent, heavy rain brought awareness of how in need of a new roof I was! Rafael responded immediately via Thumbtack and was at my house the next day to inspect. He gave me a great quote a few hours later, which included new gutters for free, incredibly generous. His crew started after the weekend and had it done in two days, which included adding three skylights, ridge vent, full new sheathing, and gutters. Their professionalism and cleanliness was impressive, all of my landscape was covered properly and there was no trace after they had finished. I was out of town when they completed, Rafael sent me photos of the finished work, which was very thoughtful. Overall a great company, very kind and responsive management, and I'll certainly refer folks to them in the future.
