Roof Today

It was great working with Roof Today! Aaron helped us come up with the best options for our roof for a price that was significantly lower than other quotes we had received (replacing roof, vents, boards, etc.). They were quick and professional and provided ample information regarding the process. Afterward, they cleaned up, where we didn't even know they were there. We HIGHLY recommend using Roof Today!! Excellent experience!

Poor communication on the style of meeting, even after confirming with me twice. Then I could not get ahold of anybody till an hour AFTER the scheduled time till somebody called me back with a "hey sorry you missed the zoom call".
At this point I was done, told them to forget it, don't call me, and we all move on...
They then proceeded to call me the next day, but with an in-person inspection, calls me telling me they'll be 30+ minutes late, then proceeded to get slightly agitated over a google review? Take it on the chin and move on champ, hope you have better days!

Finally my roof is done take us almost a year . The workers speak no English I can't communicated with them I hope they do a good job for me . And one of your should come and check it out not just look at the pictures they sent to you. Should check on every edges and corner do they seal good or not and cover every thing to make me feel okay . Anywhere thank you

I would not recommend roof today to anyone. The price is more than double what it should have been. When you try to call with questions either no one answers the phone or they don’t return your call. You will always get the run around. They are not very professional.

I appreciated Shaun and Will coming out to our home in Tukwila. They gave me a fair price. They educated me on the scope of work where I felt 100% confident choosing them. Definitely ask for them if you are looking for a roof, they will help you be knowledgeable on the industry and what to expect. I went with a rubberized roof because of the larger nailing zone. We have a good deal of wind that these shingles have a double rain seal which will be perfect for wind blown rain.

Shaun and Will came into my house and did professional inspections and product explain to me and wife. They are very nice and answered all questions from us with patience. They provided me reasonable quote and thank you so much.

Roof Today replaced my leaky old asphalt roof with a nice new metal shingle one. The crew, especially Diego, were friendly and courteous. I can't ask for anything more.

Aaron was very personable and knowledgeable .I’m excited for the metal shingle roof here in Stanwood. I really like the look of the roof. It doesn’t look like your typical metal roof. The installation crew were fast and efficient. They were very conscientious of picking up and cleaning at the end of every work day. On their last day when we were looking at the roof we pointed out a few minor concerns and they were right there to make the adjustments. Parker called and kept me updated on the progress of the project and wanted to let her know of any concerns. Very satisfied with my experience with Roof Today.

Gerald from Roof Today exceeded my expectations during our recent roof inspection. He was exceptionally courteous, easy to understand, and quick to address the multitude of questions and concerns that I brought up. Roof replacement is a sizable investment, so I wanted to make sure I understood every nuance of every option available to me. Not only did Gerald offer me several very reasonable bids, but he also took the time to bridge the gap between his extensive knowledge and my limited understanding of the topic. I wish all the contractors and sales people that I interact with in the process of remodeling my house were as proficient and easy to work with as Gerald.

Roof today was in my house today with an estimate and the worker’s name was Shaun He really did a wonderful job. He know what he was doing and talking about it. It’s good working with people like this, that knows what he’s doing and what to expect on doing a job. Thanks very much Shaun

Update 2: I had to reach out again where I finally got a response and a fix to our issue. I'm glad that it was finally fixed and it seems like the roof is now finally working as intended. However, even during the repair process, I had to reach out again to figure out an ETA so I could plan to be home when the roofer came. I did reduce my ultimate rating just because of how long it took and for me to reach out again to get this repair accomplished. For how much this roof costs, it shouldn't take this much effort on my part to get it repaired from an issue that arose due to the initial installation.

Update: Shortly after the installation, we noticed water dripping behind the gutter in a location that never had the problem prior. Upon looking closer at it, water is coming down underneath the shingle, down the drip edge and behind the gutter. I had notified the company on 3/25/2024 about the issue and they said they'll have someone come out to take care of it. Since then, it's been radio silence from them. This issue can cause damage to the wood underneath the shingles and behind the gutter which would've made this replacement of the roof moot and the $50,000+ we spent on it not worth it at all as it created other problems that they haven't even attempted to fix after I had notified them of it. I'll update this if anything changes.

I was starting to experience leaks coming from our roof so I started my search for a replacement since we're not sure of the age and wanted assurance against future issues. After some research, we stumbled upon Roof Today/Smarter Choice Remodelers. They had a great deal on a metal roof as well as half off labor that ended up being something that we couldn't pass up. Especially in the rainy climate that we live in here in the PNW. We're looking forward to having a new roof that doesn't leak and the advantages of a metal roof.

I wish I could leave a zero rating for Smart Choice Remodeler/Roof Today USA. I will start with the good. Shaun our salesman did a great job running numbers with us and educating us on the options for our new roof. He was pleasant to have in the home and we appreciated him. The contractor sent to complete the job was professional and I highly recommend his company All Custom ENR Roofing LLC. Elmer and his crew are hard working, respectful, and always willing to answer my questions. The bad is how the owner runs this company. We were sold a metal roof system with a ridge vent in our contract. That is not the roof we received. No ridge vent was installed. This was an unacceptable break down of communication between all parties of which the owner is responsible. We did not receive what we were promised. We did not receive any refund for what was not installed. We were also promised that an insulation problem in the attic would be rectified as part of our contract. The "remedy" attempted was not as described to us and I will have to hire another contractor to fix the issue. So do not hire them for insulation it is not what they do. In addition, Aaron was rude to me, belittled me, and called me high maintenance for expecting what was promised. We paid over $40,000 for this job. Money my Dad left me when he died. This company uses a sales tactic to close deals which is to promise a vacation voucher if you will sign with them. I did not receive the necessary documents from them to redeem the voucher so please do not make your decision to hire them based on this. Lastly I signed off on this job as completed despite my complaints. I did this because it was clear to me our contractor would be punished if I did not. They did not deserve that. We have a beautiful, functional roof thanks to Elmer. We do not have the roof we were promised thanks to Aaron. If you want a quality job done and to be treated with respect hire anyone other than Smart Choice Remodeler/Roof Today USA/New Floors USA. It seems this company changes their name a lot. So I will post this review on all their pages.

My husband and I had obtain so many bids but we are glad that we met with Roof Today and didnt go with their competitors. Not only did they give us a great deal on a metal roof but 50% off installation and it LOOKS GREAT. Jose was amazing and my roof was installed quick and right before the snow. Highly recommend.
