For all of my fellow Walmart shoppers, Hilo Hawaii Walmart is where to shop.
It's clean and organized, and the staff are friendly and super helpful. Not to mention their prices are better than the other stores on almost everything.

I shop locally at Malamā Market in Pahoa, and, Foodland Keaʻau. Though Walmart carries items they dont have that i love, with a nicer price point!
And the handsome boy in the pick, loves his nightime snack of delicous pancakes!

Customer Service is Running a Gift Card Scam! Purchased a TV, got it home and saw it was damaged. Went to customer service to exchange it. The customer service lady wouldn’t do an even exchange or refund to our original credit card-said it was much easier to refund to a gift card. This sounded strange but against my instinct, we agreed. She secretly split the $547 onto 2 separate gift cards and handed us 1 gift card for $47 and sneakily kept the $500 gift card for herself! Luckily we tried to purchase the new TV during that same visit or we would have never gotten our $500 back. Went to pay, realized she only gave us $47 so we went back to her and demanded her manager. She went to the back office and came out with the $500 gift card and claims she doesn’t know how that happened.
She needs to be fired. Don’t fall for this scam-just demand they refund to your credit card.

If I have the time Walmart is one of my go to stores for many of my day to day items. There is a very large parking lot which is generally filled almost to capacity plus the store is very large so longer visits are just the nature of the beast. Lines are generally short at the check out registers. I have found my visits to be more enjoyable since learning the layout of the store and not relying on staff to guide me.
