My wife and my self had a really good experience there. We had been serve by a great guy named Colt: beside of been kind and patient , he was also helpful for all the paperwork stuffs because we don’t speak English very well (we are from Tahiti and we speak French.). We purchased a 2022 Kia K5 this past June, and just four months later, it completely broke down. After having it diagnosed by Aloha Kia, they determined that the engine damage was caused by the oil drain bolt not being tightened during the last oil change, leading to a leak that ultimately fried the engine.
We never had the oil changed, so the last service on the engine was performed by Kamaaina Nissan. However, when we approached them about this issue, they refused to take responsibility, stating, "We don’t want anything to do with that car."
Now, we’re stuck with a car that is not covered by insurance because it’s classified as a mechanical issue, and it doesn’t qualify for the warranty because it’s under 5,000 miles but over three months old.
As first-time car owners, this has been an incredibly disheartening and stressful experience. It’s made us lose trust in dealerships altogether.
* Our intentions is not to give a negative comment but to share our experience, what was said to us and what happened... In hopes that it won't happen to anybody else.
We are thankful though, definitely learned some lessons and your service was delightful.

John was able to let me test drive the car and share some information about the car that I didn't know. John is knowledgeable and easy to get along with.

My recent Nissan experience was for a Recall notice. Everything thing went well & the updated manual was thoroughly explained. I’m happily satisfied.
