Property wash in paradise is a great source if you need any pressure washing assistance. Very professional and punctual. And the do a great job.

Best power cleaning guys I’ve ever worked with. Kai and Caleb are super helpful, efficient people, knowledgeable about their works, use quality products for their customers. They are licensed company, and they charge reasonable prices(affordable when you consider it’s a dangerous job to do as well) , sometimes have discounts and you don’t even need to ask, they will apply to your invoice. It basically took a day and half for my property cause it’s a tricky roof with solar panels. I have 17 gutters are leaking and they sealed them all! The roof ended up so nicely. I recommend this business!

This Company is absolutely amazing! The owner Caleb came to the house to give me an estimate, he was professional and extremely thorough. Power Wash in Paradise did a phenomenal job on our roof. We had to prep for solar installation by getting it power washed, doing some repair and rustproofing, and cleaning the gutters. I first hired Caleb to give a thorough wash to my mom’s property (including solar panels on the roof) a couple years ago, and since his first servicing it’s been nothing short of outstanding service! The sidewalks and driveway get really slippery and my mom is disabled and prone to falling, so we’ve come to rely on Caleb regularly serving the property. Also, I don’t live in Hawaii, so I love that I can trust Caleb to do a great job and treat my mom kindly. Caleb is a part of the family!

The service was fast and awesome. Kai was super professional and friendly. Pulled growth from my gutters, cleaned, and sealed. Hopefully the seal sticks but they promised to be back if needed. AWESOME CREW

Caleb is friendly and easy to talk to. I needed my roof and gutter cleaned. He listened to what I needed. He gave me a quote after looking at my roof online. I accepted the quote online. Everything is done so conveniently. He texted me with a date and time and asked if that was okay .
Trevor punctually arrived on the date and time. They also send a text prior to appointment date as a reminder that they will be there. Trevor is professional and friendly. They also cleaned the cemented area in front of my house that had algae and was slippery.

I was referred to Property Wash in Paradise to check an overflowing gutter so I called Caleb. He dropped by within the hour and quickly resolved the issue.

He then also spotted two other areas of the gutters that were in desperate need of cleaning. He promptly proceeded to clean out both areas which were eyesores for a while.

Highly recommend Caleb for his professionalism, super quick response, expertise and such a positive attitude. Rare level of outstanding customer service indeed.

I had not only my roof but the whole house power washed. The work that was done was very professional and went above what I had expected. Kai and Alex did little extra things like tightening screws on my roof panels that was something I would never have known needed doing otherwise. Kai scraped the slats around the bottom of the house and they are white again. My house now sparkles like new. I will definitely call on the company again when I need another power washing.

Kai worked deligently for almost the entire day. Post clean up was excellent -- he shot down under eaves and house sides.

Caleb has pressure washed my roof and enlightened me re some problems. There was a small patch needed and his worker did it while up there, no extra charge. The hoses marked up my siding, he was back the next day to repaint. This was in Dec. I called him this morning re a different leak which popped up during the rains. He came over in an hour and repaired it. NO charge. Please give him your business, you will not regret it! Super Guy!!

Caleb, Kai and Christian did an excellent job on my roof. They encountered some problems due to the age of my roof, and because i didnt maintain it for nearly 20 years. They provided me options, quoted a very fair price, and made arrangements to come to my house to pressure wash the roof and gutters and repainted my roof and completed the job within a few weeks from beginning to end. Their customer service is top notch, and i recommended them to family and friends. Very responsive to my questions, provided me with before and after pictures for my homeowners insurance, and I will be using them in the future to maintain my roof....Thanks gentlemen and a pleasure doing business with you!

Some companies simply do not care what they do to their customers' water supplies, but Caleb is always very careful to protect this precious resource. My next door neighbor was having her roof done by this company when a guy approached me and asked about my solar heater. He noticed that my panels were covered in algae and wanted to know if I noticed my hot water running out. I told him no, but I did notice all the algae up there and was looking for someone to clean it, so I asked how much would that job be. He told me no worry, I come do em for you...I will definitely call them back if I need any work done!

Property Wash in Paradise was at my place from 10 until 4:30 and did a great job. They were very easy to work with. My roof has some complications and they were able and willing to negotiate the challenges it caused. I certainly would hire them again 2 years from now! I also had them clean the gutters, and they made sure they were clean. Afterwards they flushed all the pipes, so my catchment is going to get clean water from now on!

Excellent service from the first phone call I made until the job was completed. Caleb gave me detailed quotes & never pressured me to do more services than I was asking for. Communication was awesome, I was texted a reminder a few days before and even received a text the day of my appointment letting me know they were on the way and even provided me with the name of the person who would be coming to my home. Keanu arrived on time to our home in Mountain View & he was very polite and did an amazing job at removing the mold from our roof which hadn’t been cleaned in years and also with cleaning the inside & outside of our gutters. I was also given before & after pictures of our roof which was great to see. My husband was amazed and said Wow! Our roof looks like new again!! I have already recommended their services to my family and friends & will most definitely call them for any future services that I may need.

Fair and accurate quotes, very thorough, answered any and all questions and concerns, pointed out a few spots that may be troublesome in the future. EDIT: Wanted to add that they do dryer vent cleanings as well! They were able to schedule the cleaning within a few days and were done in less than an hour at a reasonable price. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Professional, hardworking, honest and affordable. I would give them 6 STARS if I could. I called Property Wash In Paradise, Caleb looked up my house and figured out the dimensions and square footage based on google maps footage and some questions. They set up an appointment in 2 weeks.

2 weeks later the technician arrived. His truck was full of state of art cleaning equipment that did NOT include toxic or abrasive chemicals. He used his expertise and time to meticulously clean the roof, pressure wash the sheeting of metal, and make sure to protect the paint job.

Finally, they washed my 30 panel solar panels by hand and with delicate scrubbers. My solar array has never looked better. The gutters were also cleaned and 8 hours later I am VERY impressed.

I highly recommend this company. I've pressured washed my roof before and it was well worth it to pay Property Wash In Paradise to complete the job quickly and PROPERLY!

Caleb was wonderful to work with. He was very reponsive and always took the time to address my concerns. He always informed me who was coming to work on a particular phase of the project. When it happened that there were paint chips evident on the fascia boards after the roof preparation, Caleb came by, unasked, and checked the catchment tank. He had the catchment cleaned at no cost to us! He also sent us some before and after photos, which was appreciated since our roof is not very visible .
