Katchment Kleaners to the rescue!! I had no idea what my problem was, but Keiki analyzed it over the phone, and he and his lovely assistant came out and removed the offending roots, and replaced the liner. Even though they were booked out, they managed to come and help me because I was out here all alone, and had no water. They also hooked me up with a great water supplier that was able to bring me water right after the repair, and all is good.

Keiki also came out and helped my husband in January when the new pump he installed was not working. He stayed and helped until they figured out that the new pump was bad, and my husband had to return it and get another. Saved my husband a lot of headache.

These people go out of their way to be helpful, and make sure that their clients are well cared for. They are very efficient and professional, and Loretta their office manager is delightful to work with. That's why my husband told me to call them when I had trouble. I would highly recommend them for Katchment maintenance and repair. They are willing to go the extra mile.

First time using Katchment Kleaners as recommended by a friend. Keiki (the owner) will first come down and assess your tank and give you an estimate. As he's doing this, he's giving you advice on how to maintain it. On the day of the cleaning, his crew arrived early and quickly started their work. Keiki will explain everything he's doing in the cleaning process and will answer all your questions that you may have. In the end, my tank was cleaned and he replaced my tarp as I requested, great job! Their customer service is quick and responsive!

Katchment Kleaners is fantastic! We've had them out a few times, and each time they do a great job thoroughly cleaning out the tank and replacing the net filters on our two intake pipes from the roof. They vacuumed up all the Pele's Hair that had accumulated at the bottom of the tank and scrubbed the sides so it looks way better. Keiki even figured out I had a leak in one of the underground pipes running from the gutter downspouts to the tank, which explained why our tank wasn't filling up with each rainstorm like it previously had. We got that fixed by a plumber, so thanks to Katchment Kleaners we've got plenty of water again! Call them - you'll be happy with their service.

Katchment Kleaners are da best! Mike was super responsive via e-mail and helped me understand all the tips and tricks for water catchment. And Keiki came by a few days later to inspect our new tank and we bought a few sediment and carbon filters that were much needed. Mike also suggested a yearly cleaning and I will for sure be reaching out in the future. These guys are great and love supporting a good local business. Mahalo team!

I can not recommend Katchment Kleaners enough!! Keiki went above & beyond to make sure our water catchment was clean & working properly. Our catchment tank had been compromised, the UV system was broken, our pressure tank's bladder failed, the pump was full of rust & the water was not safe to use. They not only cleaned our tank, but also installed a new system to ensure we have clean, safe water. We had no idea our system was in such bad shape, & as we discovered issues Keiki came back several times to make the repairs & adjustments. Fantastic family owned business. They are honest, caring people, and they do a GREAT job making sure you have a good system. That installed a downspout leaf eater, a flush line, a floating inlet, and cleaned my tank. They helped me fix up my whole system by adding an additional lead water and flush line, so what was gumming up my tank would stop at the space. Highly recommended!

We asked neighbors for referrals when we needed our underground cistern cleaned. Katchment Kleaners was recommended. Today Keiki and Zeus came up and did an amazing job. The double tank was filthy and now is thoroughly cleaned. They were professional, affordable and left the area all cleaned up. Was having issues with gunk and leaves getting sucked up, and Keiki came out and installed a floating inlet so now our water gets sucked up from the middle of our tank and bypasses all the gunk on the bottom and our water pressure has improved dramatically. My husband and I would love to give a big shout out to Michael and Crew. We recently moved here from Maui and needles to say we new nothing about Catchment Systems! A few months after being here and hearing all the horror stories about contamination etc. I googled and found Katchment Kleaners LLC. Thank goodness! I am not sure if it was Michael or one another crew member but I found him to be so helpful, respectful and honest. He inspected the tank and put my mind at ease. I tried to pay him but he said he wouldn't feel right about it since he really did not do anything. He said he would put me on a call list and the tank would most likely be ready in 6 months. Now here we are 6 months later and the crew came back as promised the tank is sparkling clean and according to my husband other areas were addressed as well. We would Highly recommend this company and look forward to seeing them again in 6 months.

These guys are great! They were fast, efficient, thorough, and even set up my overflow so that it actually works. It had been set up wrong, not by me, and I was all prepared to give it away. They took one look at it and immediately told me it was put in backwards and here's how it should go. It looks and works ever so much better! The catchment is clean and gorgeous now. I've never seen it. Look as nice, and I've owned this place for 4 years but never gotten around to having it cleaned like that. That. What a treat! The bad part, is it looks so deliciously tempting that I want to swim in it now! Everyone was very nice, very professional, went out of their way to make everything work properly and I would use these people again in a heartbeat.

Keiki and his crew came out and cleaned my very large catchment tank on the home I just bought. They also put a new cap on it, as the original had decayed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. He gave good advice on how to maintain it including where to source replacement parts for bulbs and filters. Will use these guys again for sure.

This is a great company! We are new to the Catchment Living. Keiki came for a Consultation & was very informative on everything and also gave additional advice on what we can do to have a better sustainable catchment. One thing that puts this company over the top is they take care of their people. We ran out of water &once we got it filled back up… We couldn’t get our water pump going. I called Keiki one evening to ask what we can do to get it going and he managed to fit us in the next morning, found the solution &got the pump going. Truly grateful! Amazing, absolutely amazing. If I could give more stars I would in a heartbeat. I run an exterior cleaning company and a gutter came undone letting dirty water back into my customers tank. He came out the next day and took care of my mistake. His pricing was beyond fair and talking to him about other services they offer they’re way under what the market charges. I’ve recommended them when ever my customers ask for a company but didn’t work with them before today. It’s safe to say everyone I sent their way are in great hands. I’m just so happy for their services. If for some reason you’re on the fence just go with them they know what they’re doing and are a great deal.
