Service is phenomenal. Everyone is so nice and with real genuine smiles.
This location has really improved over the last 6 to 8 months. The associates seem to always be restocking and straightening up the shelves.

This store has terrible customer service and it’s not just in the auto center. It’s the entire store.
Nobody showed up, mind up I wasn’t the only one waiting to use the waiting room.
They messed up three of my orders. I agree with another commenter that the Walmarts in Indianola and Grenada are much more organized and cleaner.

I came to Greenwood Walmart to get my flat tire fixed. Rushed to get here before they closed at 7:00pm. Made it by 6:30 just to be told they couldn’t fix it, because everybody that was certified had already went home for the day. So do the employees make their own work schedules? Is it their own personal preference to decide when to close? Considering I already had the tire off it would’ve taken a matter minutes to patch or plug the tire. This store has terrible customer service and it’s not just in the auto center. It’s the entire store.

Today my family and I went to do some school shopping. We grabbed some uniforms & headed for the fitted room. No one was there. We called for assistance 3 times and also called on my personal phone. Nobody showed up, mind up I wasn’t the only one waiting to use the waiting room. A young lady came to let us in but didn’t have the key & said she didn’t know who was working that area. So now I have to big some clothes back to be exchanged.
School supply area , you really couldn’t shop because you had worker over in the aisles with baskets putting things back on the shelves. Just in the way.
On the busiest day Walmart couldn’t keep not one employee in the dressing room area.

I love going to Walmart but I'm not paying myself to work at Walmart. I shop at Walmart to pay for the employees to work at the cash register. I don't do self checkout

Hey y'all we in Walmart in Greenville Mississippi service is phenomenal. Everyone is so nice and with real genuine smiles. They could give lessons to Walmarts in certain parts of Alabama no shade y'all but facts

It's a nice Wal-Mart. Easy access off the main highway. I was there far too early, though, because they had no got food available at the deli. I was pretty disappointed.

This Walmart sucks. Since Sept/Oct 2024, their pickup service takes 30-60 mins. On top of that, they messed up three of my orders. I agree with another commenter that the Walmarts in Indianola and Grenada are much more organized and cleaner. The Greenwood Walmart is G-H-E-T-T-O.

Update: On 2/4/25, they messed up my pickup order again. That's 4 times now.

This is the worst wal mart I’ve even gone to, there is never an associate to help you when you need them, and when you do see someone they always say “I dont work over here”, the money center is always conveniently down when no one wants to do their job. I’ll rather drive to Grenada or Indianola to their Wal Mart because Greenwoods wal mart is the worse and I hate the one in Winona closed.

This location has really improved over the last 6 to 8 months. The associates seem to always be restocking and straightening up the shelves. The management and the Walmart team members need to be given a LOT of credit for this turnaround. I hope this changes the customers opinion of Walmart going forward.
