Had a great experience with Wagner. Heavy rainstorms revealed problem areas in our roof so we reached out.They were extremely prompt in getting back to us. Mike came out to assess and was very thorough. Super friendly and honest guy. Frequent rainstorms delayed the project for a couple weeks, which we understood, and the team was always keeping us informed of all updates. Curtis and his crew were assigned to our project, and we couldn't have been more pleased. They knocked it out on one of the hottest and most humid days, and even stayed longer to finish after coming across roadblocks on the old roof that slowed everyone down. Would definitely recommend Wagner for their exceptional work and the team members that represent them.

I had an exceptional experience with Wagner following wind damage to my rental property. Mike Barney responded promptly, arriving within 24 hours of my call to provide a thorough and fair assessment. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Going above and beyond, Mike took the initiative to patch the roof to prevent leaks and even cleaned out the gutters, no charge. Wagner’s commitment to quality service and customer care truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Ordered new windows on 8/17/24. Windows were delivered 12/23. When the installers came on 12/26, all the windows were too small. The installers measured while they were here and I was told they would order the correct window sizes. The project manager will not return my emails or calls. I did get one call back from the office. I told the lady the situation and she said she would message the owner and have him or the lead project manager reach out with an update. That was 4/1. Still nothing as of 4/9/25.
They have $10,600 of mine and won't even return a call.
I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau.

Christian was very nice, helpful, throughly explained everything he needed to do and replaced the tarp we had covering the damaged area of the roof. I would highly recommend him.

We haven't had any work done yet. We just had our home visit for an estimate on our roof. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to answer all of our questions about repair versus a new roof. He stressed that finding specific solutions for each individual job is their goal. It's great to learn our options before making a decision. It didn't feel like high pressure sales at all. We feel confident about the work we will have done. We are looking forward to seeing him and his crew in the near future.

This was a bad experience from the beginning, back in late November/early December. I hired Wagner to do my roof, install new siding, and put up new gutters. So, it's easy to say that I was spending a lot of money. First job the roof: the job was scheduled to start on a Monday. I get a call that Monday letting me know that there was an issue with the crew and that it would start the next day by 9:00 am. The crew arrives a little before 1pm. Now understand that it gets dark around 5:30 pm. As 4:45 comes around, and it is beginning to get dark, I go outside to find out what time they were planning on stopping since they didn't have any lights. I find out that there was not one English speaking person in the 5 person crew. They were supposed to clean their mess before leaving for the day, but they kept working away ( hard workers ). So, I called their supervisor to let him know that I was not comfortable with them working on my roof in the dark without lighting. He said that he would call them and have them stop working and begin cleaning up. Welp, 45 minutes later it is totally dark and there was still nailing going on up on the roof. The clean up was poor and once the job completed, I had to hire a young man to go around my home to pick up nails and debris. The siding job had to be rescheduled due to issues with the crew (seeing a trend), this job went ok, except, they needed to leave the trailer, used to collect the waste, in my driveway from Friday to Monday. Wagner was suppose to contact me to schedule the gutter job. Well, come Monday this crew shows up (unscheduled), but the other trailer is taking up half my parking space. So, they just go ahead and block my neighbors drive and set up their cutter in the neighbors drive. I told the crew several times that they needed to resituate things but they ignored me. I called their supervisor (same guy as the other jobs) and explained the situation to him. He said he would call his crew and take care of it . Welp, an hour later nothing changed. During that we still had the old trailer still sitting in my driveway. The supervisor told me the guy picking the trailer up had a flat tire and would be here in about 2 hours which would have been around noon. Right now it's 7:42 pm and the trailer is still here and numerous attempts to get a status on the driver has not been returned. I texted 2x about 2 hours apart. I called and left a vmail but nothing. Oh, I was told that his crews were from Cincinnati and drive back and forth each day. Not very safe come day 2 and 3. I guess finding people skilled in pounding nails is difficult in our area. The work was good, especially the siding. But the frustration is ridiculous. I'm still sitting here looking at a trailer that should haven moved last Friday, wondering if they will return my messages.

This gentleman was very friendly and interesting. My dog loved him. He explained everything very well. From the nails, the paper underneath the shingles and the shingles. He was so nice and very informative. There was nothing he missed. I wish we could of gone with you guys cause he was the best I've ever met. Christian was great to work with. Had water damage from roof on New Year’s Eve and Christian came out on New Year’s Day taking the extra step to help us out. He’s been great to stay in contact with and explain the entire process. Highly Recommend.

He really explained in detail the warranties and the in depth way the system will provide me a lifetime system. Christian did a great job explaining to me the different shingle options/price points and used visual aids to give me an idea of how their products are used in assembling new shingle roofs. I haven’t decided on where I’m gonna take my project, but I will say Christian gave a good impression of Wagner roofing.

Though I didn't end up using their services, my experience on the sales side of Wagner was top-rate. Our sales rep, Chase, took the time to examine the property and give us a range of selections focused on our needs. He adjusted the quote to make an apples-to-apples comparison easier, and demonstrated patience and professionalism from beginning to end.

Quinton was very thorough, professional, and courteous. Although he was not able to find the cause of our water damage, he was honest and straightforwardly about that.

They did an awesome job on my spouting and gutters! They were very respectful and cleaned everything up when they were done with the job. They were even kind to my son who wanted to sit out and watch them work the job that they did to my house looks great! I didn't have the money to put up front and they help me through that also. I had previous companies come out years before this and they told me that the job couldn't be done unless I had a historical company come out and restore the spouting, because my house was built in 1906. I so wish I would have called Wagner roofing sooner than what I did now I don't have to worry about when it rains that my porch and basement are going to be wet. Quintin, the project manager, helped me through everything and even came back after the job was done to make sure that I was happy with the results, even stopping by periodically to monitor the work that was being done before it was done. He was very respectful and made me feel like he really wanted me to be happy with how the project was going and the end result. I totally recommend Wagner roofing crue and Quinton!❤️

I'm giving five stars to Quentin. He gave me a quote for roof services that I am extremely pleased with and he didn't try to BS me or push a sale like the other companies. He is thoughtful , logical and able to be reasonable. I am extremely happy with the quote and relieved that he's a regular working Joe like myself even though I'm a woman. I have and still work in construction for over 23 years so I know a thing or two. I would highly recommend to ask for Quentin if you need a quote. We had a great experience with Wagner Roofing! Locally owned company and excellent customer service. From beginning to end, Quintin, our salesman, was top notch! Even though our project was relatively small (roof repair) they didn't treat it as such. We'll definitely be calling them again (hopefully not too soon) when it's time for a full replacement.

I set up an appointment to have the Wagner folks come out and look at my roof venting. The technician.(Quentin) was at my door right on time, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Bottom line, he didn’t try to upsell me anything, and told me a couple of things I could consider maintenance-wise. In my opinion, the most important thing to find in ANY Service provider is TRUST. Now, I know absolutely nothing about roof vents. Quentin could’ve told me anything, but instead, he was upfront and honest. How refreshing that is to find in a service provider. Too bad all companies aren’t the same.

Simply put, this is a great company, with great staff trying to do the highest quality work. My wife and I bought a house built in 1854 making it 170 years old. The previous owners hadn’t taken the best care of it, the roof was leaking and I had talked to a couple of companies and had out a couple roofing companies to take a look and to brainstorm some solutions. None of them, as quality as Wagner. My first experience was with Brett; he really made a great impact and first impression in my talks with him, is highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and not quick to just jump to the biggest most expensive fix. These people genuinely try to get the smaller fixes done, to help customers save money and find solutions. With all that, unfortunately the smaller solutions didn’t always work. After exhausting all the options we are having a full roof replacement done. I expect nothing but the best. Brett, Jake, Curtis, Quinn and the rest of the crew have been phenomenal in getting us to the point, great communication and very personable conversations. I would highly recommend this company so any roofing work for you. Whenever we need roofing work done, this is the company we will go to.

Quintin came out and went over and above anything that we expected. He came through when we thought that there was no way to go from here. He is our go to guy from now on. He was the kindest person we encountered during this process, and he even remembered our cats name months later.

I would recommend Wagner Roofing to anyone. They did a wonderful job throughout the process for us to get new gutters. Quintin was amazing in working through the quote issues we had and his follow up after the job was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Then when we had one missed item from the job the installation team came right out the next day to fix that issue. All around great to work with.

Chase is very courteous and professional. He arrived on time, completed a thorough inspection of my roof and attic and provided a reasonable estimate of cost for the job. He provided samples of materials to be used and explained the benefits of each. I had many questions, which Chase answered in detail with much patience. I never felt rushed or pressured. He followed up with an official estimate via email and a phone call to answer any other questions I might have.

I had quintin come out and check out my roofing problem, he was on time and very professional! And always got back to me right away if I had questions. Turns out I didn't had a issue which was great! We were having leaks in our roof and my first choice was Wagner roofing. They are a locally owned business and have heard so many great things about their work. I’m glad we went with them. Quintin, our salesman, was spectacular. He was constantly keeping us updated on the process and answered any and all questions. I cannot say enough good things about him. The owner came to the sales call and was amazing as well. Great guys. I was able to have my roof put on within two weeks of signing the papers. The crew managed to get the roof done within 8 hours and kept me updated and answered any questions I had during the installation process. We had a great experience throughout the whole process.
We are getting our new gutters on later this coming week but I have no doubt that it’s going to look great as well. Anyone in the local area that needs roofing or gutters done, trust me when I say this local business will take care of you.

I am giving Wagner a five star review because of the professionalism and dedication to doing the repair job right. There was a few snafus along the way of getting this job done. From the very beginning, Chase Marroquin was professional, kind, courteous, and respectful. His communication with me was 100% during the entire project. He assured me that Wagner was a company of integrity, and would be committed to seeing the job through even through the snafus. As needed, he communicated with other team members and management to get the job done. Kayde, was the production manager who was instrumental in getting the roofing repair completed. In the end, the job they did was professional in repairing my roof. What stands out about Wagner is there are many companies that could run into problems, but it’s how you handle those problems that can make you a better company. There were a few problems along the way, but Wagner (Chase and Kayde) figured out how to solve them and they did as expeditiously as possible. Chase was on the forefront of showing that Wagner was indeed a company that was going to stand behind their word and their work. Would I use this company again, most definitely.

I had an old metal roof replaced as well as an old bad porch wagner did such a nice job it all looks so great now and everything was all cleaned up would recommend wagner roofing to anyone looking to redo thier roofs outstanding company

Very pleased with their work. Roof being replaced in October so weather delays did occur. Also staff getting sick did slow the job, along with half of the plywood needing to be replaced. Because they were driving from Ohio to Angola, they didn’t arrive until late morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. At one point our dog escaped. My wife does not drive and I was working. The dog had a tracker and I was able to text pictures of where he was and they got him. Would have no problem using Wagner again.

I had a relatively small repair during a very busy time for all roofing companies, but they were right out to quote my job( Jeremy) . A fair estimate and clear explanation of what needed done. I scheduled the repair and they were very prompt and professional. The repair looks great and no more leak! Would highly recommend A+ Randy Sr.

I needed a new roof so I went to google to read about the different companies. After reading the reviews about Wagner I decided this was the company I would chose they seemed professional and had great communication from the comments. I spoke with Caitlynn who did a great job communicating and told me that Jermaine would come out and look at the house and get me a quote for the roof. He did come out and we talked about what was needed. He looked around the house and then we talked some more about the job. He gave me a quote and I talked about the importance of communication. I wrote a check for the down payment around Aug. 18th and I was told the company would get back to me in a couple weeks. Which they got back to me on Thursday Aug 24th, they left a voicemail telling me the materials would be delivered on Friday the 25th and the contractor would call me about the upcoming job. Then it said that they job would start on Monday Aug 28th. Well, no materials were delivered, and I called around 5:30pm on Friday to ask what was going on the materials did not come to my house. I was texted back that they would send the information on to the contractor. I told them I never got a call from the contractor either as the voice mail stated. I never heard from anyone the rest of the day on Friday, nothing on Saturday, or Sunday. Now I was concerned because Monday morning I woke up to the roofing crew at my house with no materials. They wanted to start taking the roof off and i said but what if the materials never come. So they did not start they were contacting people and I contacted Wagener roofing company. I was contacted and told the materials were coming could they start. I said what if they never show up like a flat tire or accident that prevent them from getting to my house. I was told well we would tarp it up and take care of any damages. So even though I was not happy I said ok. Thankfully the materials did show up and I received a call from Jake that the materials were at my house. The roof looks great but just the lack of professional communication really bothered me. The only other hiccup was they left my patio set and a few other things in my yard. Which they came back to take care of the next day. I paid the final balance on the $10, 400 job. I hope they learned from this job and do better in the future.

Putting a new roof on your home isn't an easy task. So many contractors, so many sad stories of people getting ripped off. This makes our experience with Wagner Roofing all the more amazing. We did our due diligence, listened to several contractors, and it was obvious from just that one meeting with Andy that Wagners was our choice. They were here in less than two weeks and finished in one day, cleaned up and hauled away the junk. Hard workers! Really can't recommend Wagners strongly enough. Absolutely no complaints, and I'm a grouchy old man!
