Veterans Choice just provided the best home improvement experience I have ever had. They were extremely professional and kind. Their estimates were fair and they were always available for questions. I desperately needed to replace my front porch and my fence that had fallen in disrepair. As a recent and unexpected widow, finding the right company seemed overwhelming. I happened to see one of their trucks around town and it ended up being the greatest blessing for me. I will continue to work with them with future home improvement projects. Every single person I encountered there was kind, courteous, and treated me like family but a special shout-out to Ian Woodard for all of his help and guidance throughout the experience.

As a young home owner, and going through my first renovation, I cannot express how grateful I am to Patrick for his support, expertise, and kindness. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my new deck and fence. It is clear that Patrick cares about the company’s values, the customers, and the craftsmanship of his team. I will use this company again as I continue with my outside renovations.

Absolutely amazing experience with Veterans Choice Roofing! From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and honest. My roof was damaged in a storm last year and I had it repaired 2 other times by other contractors, but the leaking persisted. No fix. Veterans Choice came in, did a thorough analysis of what and where the issue was, and then fixed it for far less than I paid the other 2 contractors that did not fix it. I wish I knew about them the first time, I would have had this problem fixed a year ago! Once I decided on Veterans Choice, I spoke with Dylan and explained my frustration at not having the problem fixed by the other companies. Dylan told me they were going to find and fix the problem, and guaranteed it. I chose Veterans Choice and they set up the repair date. They came early in the morning (0730), were prepared and professional. Awesome A+++ service! I HIGHLY recommend if you want an honest, clean and professional job completed. We had gotten a few bids for our fence project. Patrick of Vets Choice Roofing reviewed and gave us great price plus was able to schedule our appointment asap didn't have to wait 4 weeks ... the fence was for my 12 lb Yorkiepoo

Fantastic job all around. Veterans Choice came out to provide an estimate which was very competitive. Their team crushed a roof replacement in a day. I liked their attention to detail and workmanship. Even after the job was completed, they walked the yard with magnets for any leftover nails. My account manager Ian was great in answering my questions and keeping me informed throughout. Great experience from "Hi" to "goodbye." One word to describe Veterans Choice would be VALUE. Getting a good deal with great service is rare these days. The customer gets best value here.

Overall was pretty simple did everything without meeting a single person in person lol. Some may like that was working on our home. Was able to schedule , get the work completed and they were worried about the color matching due to sun over time but honestly it was hardly noticeable from a distance so worked out great. Very happy with before and after simple fix they replaced the entire area may of cost a little bit of money for a simple job but it was done correctly.

Patrick from Vet's choice came out to do a courtesy inspection of my roof. Excellent service, very professional. Recommend to others in the area for sure.

Doing a complete outside remodel of my house. Patrick at veterans roofing and gutters did me a solid. I was able to pay half at the beginning and half when his crew was done. It was a process on my end between working full.time and the weather they were very patient till I was able to finish the new shingles and under pending on the over hang was done so they could do my new gutters. There work is excellent don't be scared to give them a call you will not be disappointed!!!!

Had a roof vent cap found between my neighbor's and my house. Patrick Hayes, Veteran's Coice Roofing Consultant came out on day and time promised. Found the roof vent that was missing the cap. It was my neighbor's vent. There was no charge. I am very pleased.

I have always loved floating steps and now that I have them I love them even more! They actually extended our 12x12 deck to 14x14 and actually gives us more comfortable sitting space! Our backyard is finally getting some TLC!! Having this new deck and patio built has definitely gotten the juices flowing and I have lots of ideas to make our backyard a wonderful place to spend lots of time!! Below are just a few pictures! Highly recommend Veterans Choice Roofing. From the moment I called, Patrick Hayes was Johnny on the Spot. His quick action and concern with getting the roof inspected and replaced went above and beyond what I was expecting. Patrick was there every step of the way to ensure the roof was taken care of to prevent any further damage to our home. His concern for the customer shows and put my mind at ease that the job was going to get done. The installation crew was also fantastic during the removal of the old shingles, installation of the new roof, and cleanup. I would have never known they were even there. The crew showed up for our gutter install right on time and quickly and expertly went to work. Our new gutters look great and, more importantly, there is no more water overflow onto our deck.

We contracted Veterans Choice to do a fence for us. From surveying the land and giving a free quote, they were professional, respectful and had clear and open communication. They had given us quotes for different types of fences and walked us through what would be good for our budget. My husband and I had just celebrated the new year and excited that we had a simple repai budget in place for 2025 with just the replacement of ou main HVAC unit (which is original to the house, 2003) So when my husbands phone rang on like January 4,2025…… I could hear him verbally coming unglued - then went full throttle as he is running down stairs to “aggressively” explain that our home owners insurance company has chosen NOT to renew our current policy that we have had for over 7 years and no claims filed either! Well I immediately called back our Insurance Agent to gather more information and if we had any wiggle room in the next five weeks ending our coverage. He explained that due to “all” the horrific weather destruction across the United States ESPECIALLY IN THE PAST 5 years these insurance companies have had to tighten the reins “so to speak” because of all the liability. So they begin a campaign this year of recouping money by running reports of roofs that were 20 years and older which we popped up on that report as our roof is 22 years old and never had any damage…..So he explains that this year 2025 and moving forward any Homeowner with a roof that is 20 years or older in age will be receiving the same notification of “non renewal” unless you replace! Luckily we were so fortunate to speak with Josh as to our predicament and Lionel was out the very next day preparing an estimate . Both young men are Veterans of the United States Marine Corps and my husband is an Army veteran. The connection with this team was instantaneous - Josh was extremely helpful in payment options & flexibility in scheduling. Now it’s time to pick the product (in my case “SHOP”) so both Josh and Lionel came over with a few samples to look over, a tremendous amount of product education and exactly what to expect the day of installation…. CHOICE MADE - yes “VETERANS CHOICE ROOFING” of course ~. We are so thrilled & grateful because we have a gorgeous new roof, renewed our annual homeowners policy and now I share my experience with manny many folks as I am in the real estate industry. I hope YOU the “potential new customer “ of Veterans Choice Roofing says YES because they will not let you down and for me it has been one of the best experiences hands down I have had working with Veterans Choice and in my line of work there have been many….

It's really unfortunate that I have to give them 1 star, but unless things improve I can't give them any higher.

Lionel came out a month ago to talk about options, get a quote, etc which was great. Very professional and helpful. About 2 days after we got the quote, I got a call from Josh saying if we put the deposit down today, they could get the fence done the following week. Okay, cool no worries.

I put down the deposit and don't hear from anyone, so I call them. Time frame is install in 2 weeks, okay no worries I'm sure there were other jobs that got scheduled that day before I made the deposit.

Then it gets weird: pallets of this start showing up in our yard with no one having communicated that things were being sent nor when the fence was getting installed. I called them, after having to do a Google search to see what this was and why it was showing up in my yard and realized the name on the package was the company owner, and I'm told another 2 weeks. Okay well, this can't sit here for 2 weeks. Lionel had to come out twice to pick up these things.

They called me yesterday (3/10) to ask if there was a delivery made yet and they could get things going. Concrete was delivered later that day, so I called and let them know. I was told they were trying to figure stuff out with materials (it was very vague), and they would call back that day. Never got a call back.

Today was supposed to be the 3rd (?) reschedule for the fence being installed. I called at 10am since no one bothered to contact me back yesterday. Now I'm told they basically have no idea when my fence is getting installed. I point blank asked twice when it was getting installed, and got the run around of "well we're hoping next week". Yeah, I've heard that multiple times before.

I'm currently looking over the contract to see if I can get out of this; we were waiting to see how they did on the fence to decide if we wanted to use them for a new roof or not. Absolutely not. The only good part was the initial consultation, everything else has been a disorganized mess with a severe lack of communication.

Follow up review:

Josh and the operations manager both came by today at the end of the project to apologize for and explain everything that went wrong during the process. We understand the supply issue and Home Depot being sketchy, it was just the lack of communication/miscommunication on their end with me that was really disappointing; this was remedied without us having to ask. I really appreciate that and a lot of respect for them for taking the time to do that. They definitely read their reviews and take them to heart, which is nice to see. The work they did was fantastic and we're super happy with our fence --- it looks great!

It was a wonderful experience working with Veteran’s Choice. They were able to easily work with insurance to get this done in excellent fashion.

After a storm caused our roof to leak, we called Veterans Choice Roofing. Their estimator immediately responded ( Ian Woodard ) he came out and was caring and very professional to examine the damage. After his assessment we knew that a new roof was needed, before further damage could occur. Water caused damage to our walls and roof boards, along with our deck boards. The roof was replaced in less than a day ,the drywall and damaged deck boards were replaced the same week. Thank you Veterans Choice Roofing
