Undercover Roofing

Great company. Quality work. Great prices and great workers. I got a brand new roof and had to have some boards replaced. I was very happy

I had storm damage that caused a tree limb to go through the roof of music studio. I called this company since they had installed a new roof on my house and did a good job.

I contacted the owner by text, since his voicemail box was full. The owner (Terry) called me back and said his crew could come by the next day to determine what needed to be done.

They quoted a price which I accepted. They were to come back and do the repair 2 days later.

Well, that day went by and they never showed up. No phone call or even a text message.

I sent another text to the owner asking where they were. He called me the next morning and said that they were too busy with family. And, they would try to make it by sometime next week after ghosting me on my appointment.

Also, I had an emergency roofing tarp placed over the hole in the roof. The crew removed the tarp to inspect the damage and left it uncovered, since they were going to repair it in 2 days. Now I have to pay someone to come back and put the tarp in place. (I'm too old for ladders now). Now, there is rain soon in the forecast.

Do not count on this company to do what they say! Find a more dependable company.

Owner was very nice, price was very reasonable and the workers was very efficient and did a very good job cleaning up after they were done. I was very pleased with the work they did.

Terry and his team were very professional and courteous. They did a quality job installing my new roof in a timely fashion. He provided a fair estimate on the spot and was able to quickly adjust the estimate when I expanded the scope of the job to include some more trim work. I had extensive damage to the fascia and rake boards and they did an outstanding job with the new trim work. I already have Terry and his crew putting a roof on the house we are going to build next year. Thanks Terry.

Terry immediately responded to my estimate request and provided an honest and fair quote. He then completed two roofs in under 3 days and they did an outstanding installation and cleanup job. I highly recommend! Thank you Terry!

Terry and his crew were amazing!!! They did my roof, gutters, siding and my front porch and did an amazing job on all of them! They were so respectful and very trustworthy. I loved that he paid close attention to detail and fixed things that wasn't even on the contract just so my house would look great. I would absolutely recommend Terry!!!
