We had called Retex just to get an idea of how bad our leaky roof was, and by the next day, Caleb had come out, checked the roof, and provided us with detailed information on all our options for either fixing or replacing the roof. We really appreciated that Caleb took the time to understand our situation and outline all our repair options instead of just immediately trying to sell us a new roof. We did receive a reasonable and competitive quote on the replacement cost for our roof, so given it's age and condition we ended up having Retex replace it. In addition to a top notch shingle roof replacement with a long term warranty, Retex also came up with the best way to prolong the life and historical integrity of our built-in box gutters, and added some conventional gutters in the back to better control runoff. We hired Retex Roofing & Exteriors to complete a siding project in our home. All in, they put hardie plank (or board) up, installed both new and replacement windows, and some general future proofing stuff around some windows and our garage door.

We did the "get at least three quotes" thing when trying to decide on who to go with for this project, and Retex, and specifically Caleb, presented with a lot more professionalism and competency than any other businesses we reached out to. He was familiar with the products/options, on time, responsive and proactive with his communication, regularly checked in with us and the job itself as things progressed, and so on. Caleb is genuinely a professional in every sense of the word.

We had a problem with our gutters not being able to handle the water runoff from the valleys on our roof. Caleb came out and provided a quote to replace all of the gutters. We did get other quotes, but Retex was highly competitive and Caleb was extremely responsive. Installers were on time, neat, and did a great job. We had a few good rainstorms and the new larger gutters and downspouts performed perfectly. It's also good to know the gutters come with a lifetime warranty too. I would use Retex again without hesitation.

A-mazing! From calling and speaking with Iris to set up an appointment to Josh coming out to assess/repair - outstanding!! Retex far exceeded my expectations. Called Wednesday and they came out Thursday. Josh called me ahead of time to see if he could come earlier. I was about 40 minutes out but told him he could go by my house to see the outside damage that needed repair. I told him I left the damaged pieces on the steps if he needed to see. I got a call about 40 minutes later from Josh and he said he got up on the ladder and fixed it on the spot so there was no need to come back later today when I got home. To say I was shocked is an understatement! I couldn't believe it. I was so thankful and appreciated that he just took care of it. If I need repairs in the future, they will be my only call. We discovered an issue with our roof during the torrential rains this fall. We reached out to Retex and Caleb was assigned to come and provide a quote. From the first outreach to a very chilly day in January when we were blessed with a little sunshine this company provided us with the best customer service we could ever have asked for. They are knowledgeable, customer oriented and they have reasonable honest upfront pricing that beats any of the other local competitors. The crew did an exceptional job in both installation and cleanup. The cost was also most reasonable, particularly since we had two outbuildings included. I contacted Retex Roofing & Exteriors when a large tree fell recently and damaged a section of my roof. I contacted Retex after Googling several businesses and noticed their consistent 5 star reviews. Caleb came over to inspect the damage and sent me an estimate in a timely fashion. During the entire process he was in constant contact with me explaining each step in getting the job done and was a tremendous help in tracking down the original shingle color I used on my roof so the repaired area would match. An appointment time was set at my convenience and I was told who would be arriving to do the work. They did a great job repairing a roof leak we had in our garage as well as replacing our ridge vent and re-doing some facia gladding. Several places I called seemed to not want to deal with a roof repair, never called back or were otherwise just slow to respond, not the case with RETEX. Their estimating guy Kalib was really knowledgeable and was the biggest reason I chose RETEX. The whole process went very smooth and left me confident I made the right choice.

Upon calling Retex they promptly sent someone out to assess my situation. I had a leak over my bathroom and I needed help with getting that problem fixed. Caleb check out my roof and was able to identify the problem. He was very thorough and not just went on roof looked in attic and my bathroom where I saw water coming in from. Caleb gave me option on how this problem could be fixed. The repair was reasonable but I decided to go with the roof replacement because that too was reasonable within a few days Retex team of toffees where at my house and was able to replace my roof in one day. There was also a been problem that they fixed. Now I have no worries about any roof issues for many years to come. Thanks Caleb being a very professional in all area of this project. Gutter was coming off and the replaced that without thinking about it. I could say much more but what you need to know is that I recommend Retex to get the job done quickly and reasonably priced. Problem - 21 y/o roof that gets full sun from 8 am till dark. 21 years of wind, snow, rain, hurricanes, dish installs and removals. 21 years of no maintenance or inspections.

Solution - RETEX ROOFING... only gave them 5 stars because there was no option for more stars, so here are 5 more *****.

Called and set appointment Caleb showed up in a day or so, did inspection, sent pictures of missing shingles (we had no idea) sent pictures of siding droop, waving flashing and a quote.

Selling point was no interest no payment for 12 month financing...

Pulled the trigger, 2 days later new roof, super quality shingles, 50 year transferable warranty (are you kidding me!!!!!!).

I am super happy, HOA is happy, neighbors are jealous!!!!!
