If you want honest inspectors, dont hire this company. My insurance company, sent this company out for a roof/siding inspection and while two of the four men were up in attic (4-6 mins later) they started to shout that they smelled something burning,and to turn off the main power. They were up there for a while and when they came down they had a picture of a "exposed wire" they claim that when they first entered the attic it was already smelling like burnt, but if that was the case they would have never entered the attic. ( at least I wouldn't its common sense) I had an electrician out there and he said the cable was stepped on and it hit the metal plate causing it to explode and spark.
I have the report from the electrician. I had another contractor last week and we had no issues. This is a common mistake and it can happen to anyone by stepping on wires on accident. The fact that they lied and are not trying to take responsibility of what they have caused, and said my wires were already exposed, the electrician said that would be impossible because the house would have burned long ago.
We also had to turn off the power and lost all of our food.
