Our roof has NEVER looked as good as it did after their roof treatment and moss removal. The gutters are sparkling too. I am so pleased with the customer service and integrity of Jeremy's company. I highly recommend their work.

Wow wow wow! I am genuinely shocked by how great this company is. Everything from the initial visit for the bid, through the polite, quiet, and hardworking crew that showed up for my little roofing job was the best experience I've ever had on any home improvement project. I’ve had 2 homes roofs done. The first they left a ton of nails in the yard at one and the gutter covers have never been the same. A few years later I’ve had work done on both houses around the chimneys and both contractors said they’ll leak eventually because the flashing wasn’t done correctly. It sucks because it been a few years and I know I’ll just have to eat it and pay someone else to do it right.

We received about 5 quotes before choosing Dumanovsky to do our roofing. They were reasonably priced, but not the lowest. We chose them because of the time and care the owner spent in explaining their materials and process.

Before our roof was replaced, we had a leak - their staff came to the house within hours to tarp the roof, free of charge, since we were already scheduled for replacement, and we had no further issues until replacement.

The replacement job itself was a breeze - the project was completed in 2 half days, by a very organized, professional crew. They did a great job with cleanup.

All staff I interacted with via email, in person, or by phone, were prompt, courteous, and friendly. We're so glad we chose them, and recommend their work without hesitation.

I only gave two stars because the roofing nails went through all the soffits. I informed Jeremy and he immediately called me back and in the politest way said that sometimes happens and they don’t fix that. So I’m now stuck with repairing /sealing/painting all soffits which will be another cost & pain. Other than that the company was friendly, informative, and quick. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the additional repairs Due to damage caused will cost a pretty penny.

Saved us $15,000! We discovered a slight leak in the attic from a roof pipe gasket. The roof repair guy said our roof was failing and it need to be replaced immediately. I called three roofing companies for estimates. The roof repair guy's company said our roof needed to be replaced and quoted us $15,000.

Jeremy Dumanovsky came out, said the roof was not failing, we could get at least another 5+ years out of it. Jeremy said to call him when we're ready for a new roof. He didn't provide an official quote, but said it would be around $12,000 for a new roof from his company.

The third roofing company said the roof wasn't failing, but he wasn't sure how much longer it was good for but wanted to sell me a new roof for $18,000.

We're grateful not to have to replace the roof at this time. It's nice to know there is an ethical roofing company operating in the Salem area. When we are ready to replace our roof, we are calling Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing.

I had a new roof put on by them this last fall and they did an amazing job!1 am really happy how it turned out.Jeremey and his staff are easy to work with and are there to answer any questions you might have during the job process and after the job is finished.i had a little leak that sprung up recently called them about it and Jeremy was out the same day to take a look at the problem and was back within the next day to fix it very prompt..

We hired Dumanovsky to strip the two old layers off and install a new one. The crew of 8 guys showed up at 7:30. We left around 10 to go for a drive so our baby could take a nap. We ended up being gone a little longer than planned, but thought as long as we were back by this evening we'd be fine.
We got home at 2:15 just as they were finishing up. The roof looks amazing. The crew was fast and efficient, and the foreman Steve was very good at communicating and easy to work with. I strongly recommend this company.

A roofing Company that’s worth waiting for. If it would allow I would give them 6 stars.
Number 1 : They are on time and communicate very well if there is a scheduling problem. Number 2 : They get the job done quick and efficient. Number 3 : if your neighbors work 8-4 they might not even know your house had work done, yes they are fast.
I personally had seen them, or seen the result of work they have done on many of my neighbors roofs over the last 7-8 years.

Have a couple leaking skylights. Sent some guy over several days later. Soft spoken guy looks up, calls it a window, says it might have to be replaced, say they don't replace windows. Also says he might have to tear apart part of the roof and it will be a huge job that will take at least a month before they can even look at it again. Guy can't give me any rough estimate, no rough schedule, absolutely nothing. I asked why he came out and told me "I was on my own", took back his slimey card, and left. Absolutely useless..

I'm a retired General Contractor...I watched my Grandparents, Roy & Lois Durham, Willamina, and their family crew build our home in 1948...The roof is 5/12 hipped with two layers of split cedar shakes. Jeremy Dumanovsky and his family brought a big crew of master carpenters up and ripped off the old , installed the new in record time and left a perfect job. Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing did the tear off and installed my existing metal roof over 10 years ago. He was the lowest bidder and his crew did quality work. He came out this morning to cover an old furnace flu pipe opening in my roof which leaked. It was probably improperly installed by the furnace company and had leaked and caused damage to my furnace. Jeremy came out personally this morning and fixed it. I would always recommend his company given my past and current experience.

The estimator and office staff were professional to deal with - and their bid was the most competitive bid for redoing our roof. They were able to move the job up by 3 weeks - and sent a crew of 13 to our house where they got the job done in record time - and the clean up they did was great - you wouldn't have know they were ever here! The crew arrived at 7:30 AM this morning and was finished by 1:45pm. They cleaned up after themselves and everything looks fantastic. I had them install a tube light in my laundry room WOW what a difference.

I know this was a small job compared to most home roofs but important to me. Crew arrived as stated and got right to work. They finished and cleaned up all debris in a timely manner. Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing did an excellent job replacing our complicated geodesic dome roof! They took their time to ensure that all the shingles are laying properly on the multitude of angles and that water would be diverted to the gutters so there won't be any puddling. The project was properly staffed with skilled, experienced roofers so I have no doubt that the roof will be watertight for years to come. They also did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the project.

The whole crew did a great job on our roof! They removed the old tile roof, repaired some unexpected rot, and laid the new composite roof and flashing down in the same day. They also installed 2 solar tubes which allows so much light into our previously dark hallway.

Unfortunately we had to be out of town when our roof was to be replaced. We would have liked to see the work bring done, but we came home to a beautiful new roof. There were a few small concerns we had which were addressed right away. Thank you for making this part of our house project go smoothly and painlessly.

Does not use EPA allowed moss treatment, took over three weeks from the time of the estimate for him to realized he underestimated the job from $372 to $1200, does not do zinc shingle application which is a bit sketchy since this would prevent moss from regrowing but I am sure this would cut into his profits, long delay between treatments which other roofing companies don't need, and his staff is rude. Cancelled my contract halfway through the job, found another roofing company which will charge me less and included the zinc strip application.

Avoid at all costs. Rude. Condescending. Poor communication skills (non-existent) & "Know it all" with no clues about customer service or etiquette what-so-ever. I originally asked for a section of my mothers roof to be re-done since it was leaking around the skylights. Done. No issues.

I also asked about another - newer - section which was already re-done by another company, but still leaking asking if they could fix. They recommended that section of roof should also be re-done, but I opted to have them repair it instead. (a roll of the dice on my part, but thinking their reputation preceded them and it would likely be OK). However, it still leaked, although in different places and / or the amount of leakage has changed.

I called many, many times asking them for that section to be re-done as they originally recommend. It took months to get a return call or follow up, but I was in no hurry. After they finally returned my call, I was told they needed to come out again and look. I showed them the same deck area and pointed out the leakage. They went up on the roof and later said they would get back to me on a price which puzzled me since they had done the attempted repair on the same area, but assumed they needed more measurements for the shingles etc. since this time, they would be re-roofing the entire section and not just re-flashing the skylights.

A few weeks later I get an "estimate" for nearly $20,000 for the entire roof. I responded the same day on April 6th that I just wanted the section done as they recommend last time, NOT the entire roof. (in this quote, they gave me a "courtesy" credit of $200- presumably for the attempted repair on the section of room which still leaks). They never responded until today, May 7th in a phone call and now tell me they won't do the section anymore, but I need to replace the entire roof.

Further, "bid" that was asked for and received INCLUDED a separate cost to CLEAN the roof. So, why would I ask you to CLEAN, and then replace it for $20- grand ?

These people are dishonest, crazy - or both.

It's usually common courtesy to ask to park in someone's driveway. In an attempt to ask a question I yelled to get a guys attention he looked back and kept walking up to the house they were working on. So I walked up to the house and asked how long they would be there. He answered "not long". He did not apologize or even attempt to look at me when he responded. In a home improvement industry customer service is important. I myself work for a home improvement company as a direct seller. He handled it very unprofessionally. Reviews nowadays can cost a company alotnof money. This company has great reviews and it sucks I had to leave a negative.

I was impressed by the professionalism and workmanship of Jeremy and his entire staff. My brief interaction with Jeremy and Zoe cemented my choice to have them replace my roof. It was an added bonus that his bid was the lowest that I received. Jeremy went above and beyond by replacing a facia board that was dry rot. The crew was very courteous and clean. I cannot praise them enough. If you need a new roof, do yourself a favor and call Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing.

Jeremy was thorough in completing his bid, and came in well below 2 other contractors. I was slotted into an opening soon because I had a leak. The crew was amazing-- well tuned group of 10 people who all knew their jobs and worked anticipating the next move needed. As a former contractor, I was able to confirm that the job was done well and to the specifications in the bid. They finished the whole tear-off and re-roof in 1 1/2 days--amazing! Cleanup was complete. Follow-up was handled well.

Fantastic roofing company! I was originally scheduled for March 2018 for a full roof replacement. I called after a terrible rain storm has cause a serious leak in the existing roof. They got me on the schedule for the following week for a full replacement! The roofing crew was awesome! The customer service is what makes them great! They had been recommended by a friend, but were booked out several months. I thought the bid they gave was very fair, so I was willing to wait, even though I had concerns about the damage done this last winter. They reassured me that they could use temporary solutions until they could get to the job. They called last week and said they could squeeze me in early. They were fast and efficient, everything cleaned up, and my roof looks great!

From the first meeting with Jeremy I was impressed. He surveyed the roof and gave a competitive bid. He even repaired the old roof at no cost that day. On the date we had set, Jeremy showed up with a large crew and by that afternoon my roof had been replaced, a skylight and 4 solar tubes added. The crew left my yard clean taking all the trash with them. I am giving Jeremy and his crew 5 stars for an outstanding job.

Excellent experience. Mr. Dumanovsky took time to analyze my roof problem -the only person to actually get on a ladder and look at the area - this was enlightening and helpful. The Office was responsive and helpful. They did what they said they would on time and for reasonable price. Very good to do business with - I will call when a new roof is needed.

I had an estimate done early last year and asked for some changes after I was told by other roofers that my skylights needed replaced because they were not designed for the roof pitch I have. And also because of my pitch the underlayment should be different. I asked them to change the bid and they did. Then i asked for the senior discount and they said it was on there...they never asked my age and wouldn't have thought i was a senior. Then i decided to add on to the roof to include a cover for my deck and add 4 more skylights. So i called for another estimate and explained that i needed more roofing and 10 new skylights and they didn't respond. So i emailed again and asked them if they were going to give me a bid and they said, "We are not able to bid your project at this time". Strange, don't you think?

This is the second time that Jeremy and his crew have worked on my house. One half of the roof replaced last year and the rest replaced this time. Price is reasonable, crew is polite, fast and not a scrap of material left. so what else can I say but 5 stars out of 5. If you need roofing work done give them a call, you too can have a positive experience

Dumanovsky Roofing did and excellent job. We could not be happier!!They arrived at the exact time they gave us which was 8am and said they would finish around 1pm and that is exactly how the job went. Roof looks fantastic, very professional and a great crew. We will use in in the future when we have roofing issues. Roofing estimate was only adjusted by some additional sheeting that was required and was still about $1,000 cheaper then and earlier estimate we received from another company.

These guys did great work at a very good price! They came in and did the job quick and cleaned up after. We are very happy. Especially watching the slow work being done on other homes by different companies in our neighborhood this month.

I was very happy with my experience with Jeremy and the whole staff at Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing. Our roof had slowly been leaking for many months before I decided to bite the bullet and get it replaced. The office staff was able to fit my roof project in much earlier than planned so as to not have the Oregon weather cause any more damage than already done, and then Jeremy and his army of a crew (there were about 15 or so crew members) tackled the project flawlessly. While on site, Jeremy himself climbed up on the roof and worked right alongside his foreman and the crew. Not many companies can say their owner will get his hands dirty right along with his staff nowadays! Jeremy even took the time to go over some dry rot issues as well as gutter issues with us so we understood what work was being performed and why. The whole project was completed from tear off to gutter cleaning in less than a day, and it couldn’t have been completed at a better time seeing as Salem was hit with our first big snow storm just the very next day! Thanks to Jeremy and his team, we have been able to sit in our warm and dry house without a single worry during our record-breakingly wet winter

Without a doubt, a wonderful staff and crew to work with on our new roof. At first we thought there might be some kind of short cuts or compromising being made on our part with the highly competitive quote we received, but I'm happy, very happy, to report that Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing was one of the best contractors I've worked with in a long time. From the gracious and competent front staff helping sign contracts and picking out our product down to the crew that came out on time and worked their tails off to complete the job on time and beautifully cleaned up. The roof looks top notch!

I started looking for a roofing company 3 months ago to replace my existing roof. I choose Dumanovsky based on referrals. I also wanted to replace an existing skylight with one that opened remotely. They did not want to do the skylight and suggested I find a company to replace the skylight independently. I did find someone to replace the skylight but then Dumanovsky stated that having someone else install this skylight would void the warranty on the roof. They literally asked me to find another roofing company to replace both roof and skylight. This cost me three months of effort and has put me in the middle of the busy season for roofers. I was not happy.

I couldn't be happier with my new roof. Or with my experience with your company. From the start with the bid, through the order and scheduling, your staff was professional and considerate. The crew showed up right on time and proceeded with completing the job in one day and leaving me with a new roof that exceeded my expectations in quality and appearance. The bid was very reasonable and the final invoice came in a little under that. I recently bought this house as an investment, but when my primary home needs a new roof, Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing is who I'll contact. Great experience. Very communicative throughout the entire process. They were 1 day earlier than scheduled, arrived on-time at 8am, finished in 6 hours, cleaned everything up, and billed as quoted! A couple crew members even took a couple minutes to clear the driveway for me to exit my garage, as I forgot to pull my car out before they arrived. I'm very happy with every aspect of the job.

Not only did they do an awesome job on the home in a timely fashion (one day!) They also where able to move my originally scheduled date up an entire month when they had an opening! I am a property manager, and this is our second home we've had Jeremy Dumanovsky do a roof for us. I am thrilled with their work and warranty, and will continue to use them on new roofs needed in the future!

Not happy. Just a few days after the new roof was installed, a tubular skylight was blown off in a moderate wind. Apparently they forgot to screw it back down. Unfortunately it also rained and we had water damage to our ceiling. Jeremy came out and put in a new skylight, but no compensation for the water damage and repainting. There were also sloppy things done on the dormer peak of our roof that would have led to other problems that I had to repair. Now, a couple of years later with normal rain levels, we had additional water damage. The flashing on another the dormer peak was way too small, 1 1/2" when it needed 6" to cover the dormer joint and water got in and caused more water stains. I used another company to make the fixes and the replacement of the flashing and other fixes were $460.

They did an excellent job. They were very quick, and cleaned up after the job very well. Great price, great service!

Excellent job! The crew was right on time, got to work immediately, and did a fantastic job. I never knew a roof could look "beautiful", but it can! It was amazing to see 13 men on the roof at one time. I've never seen a more efficient crew.

My experience with Jeremy Dumanovsky and his crew of professional roofing technicians was superlative. His integrity is above reproach. His crew arrived early, was courteous, got immediately to work. They made sure that all debris and olde materials were removed with little invasiveness to my property. I had one section to my house of one gable, steeply inclined,and one roofer, whom I wished I had gotten his name, traversed the peak, and spent several hours repairing and constructing a whole new metal section. I will be forever grateful to him. The work, some of it done in the rain, was completed in half the day, all olde materials and rubbish collected and removed. And I was left with a brand new shiny roof, sure to be the envy of my neighbors. Jeremy even appeared midway through the installation to assure that all was proceeding according to plan. Amazing service! They showed up on time, they got my roof done in less than 6 hours. They were trying to beat the rain and had enough guys on my roof to make that happen. I asked the foreman to fix a gutter that had came lose and to take the dish brackets off the house and he said not a problem. The crew missed a small separate section of the gas fireplace that would have been hard to see from the second story. Jeremy came out himself to do that section. The office staff is amazing. I was not belittled when I asked questions, The process was explained to me in a nice way. I would highly recommend Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing.
