I wish there was a way to give a 10-star rating for this family-owned business. This is the second time I have relied on Valley Roofing to repair several roof leaks. Jose is the "face" of the company, and he represents all of the values customers expect: Honesty, transparency, quality, timely service, attentiveness, courtesy, respect. I discovered a leak in my roof during the latest period of heavy rain and hail. Jose came out and inspected the leak area (18' x 12'), took pictures to show me what was causing the leak, provided me a VERY reasonable estimate "on the spot," and showed me his calendar, which had only one day available. I knew it was a day he was hoping to be in the office to handle his administrative tasks; yet, he sent a highly qualified team of employees who replaced the 40-year old plywood and 20-year old shingles (was able to match the existing color). To do this, they had to cut a small section of protruding solar panel rails. He and his team took pictures (before and after shots) at every step so we could see what caused the leak. I appreciate how he educates customers about the primary causes of leaks (e.g., solar panel brackets, loose nails, etc.).

Their work was high quality, and by the time they finished, you could not even tell that they had scraped all of the old shingles off the roof. They cleaned up the entire area. The two employees that repaired the roof are best described as competent, knowledgeable, with a strong work ethic. The price was more than fair, as is always the case with Valley Roofing. I recommend them HIGHLY and without reservation for anything related to roof repair and fascia work. They honor their guarantees. Thank you Jose, and the team at Valley Roofing!

I called six roofing company's after a rain storm about a leak in a interior wall. Some of them made appointments and did not show up, others did not even call back. I feel very fortunate to have found such a fantastic company. They fixed the leak, replaced a dozed cracked tiles. Sealed and painted around all vents, and then cleaned out the rain gutters and downspouts. I was so impressed that I immediately authorized them to widen all the roof valley channels as Jose recommended. It is not often you run across a company this good, so.. Jose from Valley Roofing came and inspected my roof. He was very prompt and there very quickly to take a look and inspect any potential damage. While there was no damage to the roof, he did show me some concerns that he did have and told me that in time things will need to get repaired. Jose from Valley Roofing was great. He gave me a good quote on a small repair job, replacing the ridge caps that were wearing out from our high winds. His estimate was accurate. He upgraded me from 8" to 10" caps, sealed and painted some vents, at no additional charge. We had a short delay getting the materials but he was good at communicating this, as well as adjusting his ETA to our site. He completed the task quickly and efficiently, with good customer service. RECOMMENDED!

I don't think I can say enough about how happy we are with the job Jose and his crew did for us. I had several areas on my tile roof that needed attention, with one significant leak from last winter. I didn't really know who to call but I'm so glad I called Valley Roofing. He was very professional, courteous, and on time with every aspect of the job. Jose's attention to detail is a lost art these days, and so refreshing to see. The two young men who did the work did an outstanding job, and cleaned up every bit of their mess afterward. José showed up the day and time time had said he was; a pleasure meeting him; went up the house and garage roofs; explained everything that needed to be worked on; the situation, and gave me the estimate.

Crew started the tear off on 10/22/24. José was/kept communicating back and forth with me regarding the status throughout the whole process. He asked if I had any questions, which of course I did and he was knowledgeable to answer them! He sent me pictures of the roofs, before and after.

It's about pride!
I cannot say enough about Valley Roofing. When I met Jose he was very professional, friendly and had this no-nonsense manner about him. He just told me what was going to happen, step by step and how much. You could just tell that he was not trying to pad the bill. The more I talked to him I understood, Valley Roofing was about pride for him. Pride for his family name, pride that he did a great job and pride that his customer was happy. You don't see pride in one's work anymore. I wish more companies had this pride. Enough writing about Jose.
Jose communicated very well and was always responsive to my questions, no matter how dumb my questions were. When something came up, he would text me or call me to ask a question. He did not just ASSUME that this is what I wanted. Him and his staff work diligently to get the job done quickly and correctly. They offered to take a break so that my furbaby could have a break. In the end, Valley Roofing went above an beyond and even did a little more than what I was expecting (there is that pride again). I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM if I was looking for roofing.

Jose and his workers did a great job putting our roof on. They made sure to clean up everything after they finished each day. They even built a cover for one of my trees so that they wouldn't damage it during the removal of the old roof. We were able to contact Jose when we had any questions about what was being done and he made sure to send us photos of the work. We unfortunately had some challenges with our home insurance which made them a pain to deal with, but Jose was very patient and did everything in his power to work with them. He was very communicative in every step and every time we had a question, he would answer it in a quickly manner. I had a small leak in my roof, Jose came out to inspect!! Jose found a crack tile right over the leak that I was having. he gave me several options but he insisted that a quick patch job (the cheapest) would fix the problem because there was nothing major to be found. He advised that if this didn’t fix the leak, he would comeback out to open up the area. Honest guy and very professional, no wonder they have a perfect 5 star yelp score!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic job Jose and his team did on our roof. We had a few leaks from the tropical storm on our house and needed it fixed right away, we went around for estimates and by far Valley Roofing was the best priced and fastest to book. They repaired our entire roof over 2.5 days and would've finished in 2 if not for the rain. My wife and I were contacted by our insurance company informing us that in order to renew our policy we would have a surcharge applied, due to what they considered was poor roofing conditions. However, we suspected that our roof was still in good standing since we have not had any issues. Nevertheless, after speaking with our insurance company, they informed us that in order to remove the surcharge we would need to have a licensed roofer inspect our roof and confirm that our roof was in good standing. After relentlessly looking online, reading reviews and calling local roofers we came across Valley Roofing. We are so grateful to have come across such a professional and kindhearted company. This is a family-owned company and because of this they cater to you as if you were family. When we called in, we spoke to Jose, he was not only informative, but he was also confident and reassured us that within a few days his team would be at our home to inspect our roof. Within two days, he was at our home. He arrived with another employee and they both inspected our roof for roughly an hour. After the inspection, he provided us with a thorough overview of what his team observed. He was entirely transparent and provided my wife and I with multiple options and what we should expect in the coming years but that ultimately our suspicions were correct, and our roof was still okay for a few years. We can’t stress how important this was for us, we know nothing about roofs and Valley Roofing’s honesty and just overall understanding of the situation for us, was very much appreciated. We went ahead and took them up on their suggestion to perform routine maintenance, which consisted of resealing all our pipe flashings. The entire experience was fantastic, we never once felt uneasy and were in constant communication with the Valley Roofing team. We have already told them that in the next few years we will be contacting them again to do our entire roof. My wife and I are very happy and would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

I kept the phone number of Jose coz he did the work to my neighbors roof. I called him yesterday to see if I can get him to fix my roof leak from my home warranty. Unfortunately I need to add his name & business to my home warranty list. I’m hoping my home warranty will able to assign him to my claim status. But go back to my review, so called him and gave me tips and advice on what to expect from home warranty policy. Make sure you know the max limit they provide you.

Earlier this year, after a storm, we realized that our roof was leaking. Being that we were experiencing our first storm in our new house, we reached out to friends for any recommendations on someone who could help us with roof repair. I put off fixing my roof because I could not find anybody who made me feel comfortable about their work, until I found Valley Roofing.  They first came by and  walked the roof, discussed the work that needed to be done in specific sections of the roof, and gave me a very fair quote. They showed up on time to do the work. During the process they took photos (per my request) and kept me informed. They even went above and beyond to secure other areas of the roof that they discovered while doing the work because they believe in having a solid roof and  pride themselves on quality work. They also did an excellent job of clean-up when the work was finished.  I had the repair done in January 2021, a few days before we had very strong winds and all is still good.
