I’ve spoken with 10 different used car dealers in the past week and Rachel at University is BY FAR the best of any of them! Not only that, but she seems to be an outstanding person in general, which is (unfortunately) rare in the used car world. Sadly the truck I wanted turned out to not be available, but I plan to buy from her in the future because of the seriously amazing way I’ve been treated. I can’t say enough nice things! And I love 200 miles away, so no easy task.

worst car shopping experience ever. Ted was awesome to help me resolve issues with financing. i love the buick, but im afraid of it. it has stalled 3 times in traffic, has a bad tire that has a constant leak. broken key fob with no key in it. the car left me stranded for 26 minutes in hurricane. would not turnover, start, nothing. i then called the number they gave me for the 10yr, 100000 mile warranty, i was advised that my car was not coverered and i would have to pay for roadside service. my G.M., TY is currently trying to help me get all these issues resolved with TED, the manager from UNIVERSITY. I must say, i did not care for the F AND I MAN. He was untruthful to me on a couple occasions.

I had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance. They were suppose to pick the car up that morning by noon they still hadn’t shown. I’d called twice and left a message. The third time I was finally connected to the service department and told she was too busy to call me back. If I insisted on keeping my appointment that day she’d send a shuttle driver after his lunch break, otherwise she’d schedule for the next day ‍♀️. The next day was just as disastrous as the first. The excuses were they are understaffed and couldn’t accommodate the appointments that were scheduled.

I have nothing but HIGH praises for your employee Kodie. She went above and beyond helping us with our SUV. Kodie is absolutely one of your best employees. She worked tirelessly on so many things. She always remained very professional. She kept in contact with me and was an absolute remarkable person. She deserves a pay raise and or promotion. Thank you a million times over Kodie. One extremely happy customer here!!!!

I was treated very professionally after being greeted by the associate, Jason Rowsey who showed various vehicles and without any pressuring tactics that car salesmen are notoriously identified as, he “showed” me an Explorer Platinum that my wife and I love. Jason took all the time answering all our questions. Brandon, the “finance guy” could not have been more helpful. He guided us through our journey of purchasing this 2025 Explorer and was the consummate professional. University Ford is blessed to have both Brandon and Jason on their team.

Kodie in the service department is absolutely awesome. She got my car in quick and did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of and worked with my extended warranty and did everything she could to get it covered for me and got me something to drive while my car was being working on. I highly recommend her to anybody

Had transmission replaced with oil cooler after 330000 on mu f350 6.7 liter truck and all the work was done very well and I have been pleased with service people especially Koty

You’ve gotta watch there finance people they will screw you over so hard. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Told the guy I didn’t want no extras what so ever. Was supposed to have financed 19k turned out to be 24k. Went down there showed them the paper that showed 24k financed and then they tell me that’s what it is with the interest. Well turns out this goofs add an almost 5k warranty on there. Wouldn’t deal with these crooks!!

Came for a bronco. Wanted to test drive. Was told that my 800 credit score wasn’t real because I didn’t have a mortgage. Was told they would only sell me an escape or bronco sport, and wouldn’t bother letting me test drive bronco. Two stars because the salesman looked funny with his belly bulging out of his undersized shirt.

I purchased a new Bronco. I was very pleased with my sales associate Joshua. He did a great job of explaining the vehicle and also did great in working with me to make a deal. Brandon was great in processing the financing. It was a great experience working with people that are interested in what they are doing.

The process of picking out a car was very simple, and easy. JR was able to help me out with the process, and made sure it was as smooth as possible.

As always the service was friendly. They listen to me and answered any questions I had. They explained what they did to my vehicle and were again clear and helpful with my questions. No complaints at all.

The work completed on my Mustang was excellent! It was the customer service up front that was so bad! They don’t have anyone out front to tell you who to talk to or where to go when you get there. The girl who finally took care of me after a 1 1/2 hour wait & me going for an update not her coming to me, this led me they were still waiting on my warranty approval. I asked if they would have to order parts once they got approval & yes they would, so I told them to call me when they got it & left! The bathroom there needed updating badly! The dealership is awesome but the service center up front people stinks!!

Service is EXPENSIVE, pricing is inconsistent, and communication is difficult. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience, and the quoted price was increased at check-out time, even after the time to repair my vehicle was unexpectedly extended. The people there seem very nice, but the service was not a good experience.

Thank you University Ford for towing and fixing daughter’s 2016 Escape recall in just a few hours in the awful weather and road conditions. She’s back on the road with no hassles or being put off.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this dealership. After promising me a great deal on a 2019 Ram truck, they wasted my entire day going through the process of preparing the down payment only to give me the same original price they quoted at the start. Despite their promise of a deal, they stuck to the same $25,900 price even though the vehicle was listed at $26k. It was a complete waste of my time and trust.

Great company all around, with senior master technicians on staff to keep your vehicle(s) up and running! Wes was quick to get my truck back up and running! Plus if you’re looking to upgrade your vehicle, they have you covered with a wide selection! Best in the tri-state hands down!

Don’t buy a car here. My ecosport didn’t even last 65k miles until the turbo blew. They admitted fault due to a recall and said my engine would be replaced free of charge but told me it would be next year until I seen the car again and they do not have any loaner vehicles available. I am now behind on my loan due to paying for Uber and gas for other people.

Edit: I know they don’t build the cars here as the owner so graciously added. I’m complaining about their lack of support and unwillingness to help with a customer that has paid thousands for a product they have sold. It’s clear that these people don’t care about their reputation. Don’t make the same mistake, go to Toyota or Dutch miller.

I had originally left a 5 star review but the person who sold me the car promised me a free oil change and now he doesn't work there and didn't leave a note so I'm left paying out of pocket staff was not understanding and maintenance staff was rude and condescending to me on multiple occasions
