We had the best experience with our sales associate, Jim Leach. He thoroughly answered every question and concern we had. He listened well, and communicated with us regularly throughout the entire process including following up after the purchase. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased with Jim. We have recommended him to many of our friends and family. Moses VW is blessed to have him on their staff.

Way too expensive on labor... $185/hr. Always have to pay extra above the extended warranty. But 5 ither places repair for what the warranty pays. They say because their labor is high.... REALLY. The crew there that does body work seen the bottom of my engine is covered in oil. But they don't see a leak.... because it would be on them after replacing the timing chain and its leaked since, using 2 qts of oil a month it had never used oil before that.
Want to charge me little under $400 to just CHECK to see why my my carpet gets wet when it rains and if its the sunroof gasket, then they can't fix it but will still charge the almost $400. That's after they charge me almost $200 to clean the drains saying that's why ot was leaking. Nope.... not fixed! Would not recommend ever using them for repairs and surely wouldn't buy a vehicle from them unless your extremely wealthy to make sure its kept up.

Amanda in VW service is wonderful. She always takes such good care of me. Even when I throw her curve balls, she goes above and beyond to rectify any issues I’m having.

They found the issue very quickly and were super friendly and informative and even washed the vehicle for me when they were finished

Friendly staff, from scheduling appointment to the service tech, greeted warmly, took time to listen, and seemed to genuinely care about their customers.

Everybody was great, personable, responsive easy to contact the guy that detailed my car. Did a great job. Looks brand new.

I only visited the parts department, but the lady working was very polite, smiling and extremely helpful with ordering my cars replacement paint.

Everyone was friendly and professional from the check-in gals to the shuttle driver. I didn’t meet the technicians, but everything ran very smoothly.

Bryan Warden may be the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He made the whole experience personal, not pushy, and that's part of the reason we bought two new VWs off of him in the last month. Bryan remembers things...we mentioned a bow on a vehicle if we were to come buy our daughter one. A month later, having not mentioned it again, there was a big pink bow on the hood when we came to pick it up. Bryan and the whole Moses VW experience was nothing short of top notch.

I was told an hour so planned to just wait. Got there was told 2. That is a huge difference and different choices would have been made. Then they couldn't fix it because the tool had been having problems. So my appointment should have been canceled until they had a tool that worked. Now I have to come back and waste another 2 hours.

Service was excellent, my car needed parts on site to be fixed, they gave me a loaner vehicle to use until the vehicle was fixed for 4/5 days, a little expensive but other than that everything is good so far….

Drove from Beckley to see Nathan and the Moses VW Honda team. They were all very professional, listened to what I was looking for and gave me a great deal on a 24 GTI! Also got a nice value on my trade in. I would recommend you go see them for your next vehicle.

I bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from them a little over a year ago. My interest rate is insane 25% and I've already had to put thousands into the vehicle for repairs. The u connect system messed up the day after I bought it. The alternator, starter, spark plugs, coil pack, gaskets and tires have all had to be replaced and there's rust on the internal components. And now the van is locked up and needs to be towed to a Chrysler dealership to be unlocked. So now I'm stuck with a $500 car payment on top of all the stuff that I've had to fix and probably even more to come with a vehicle that isn't even running right now.

I came for my oil change service and has a stressful situation while I waited and they were very kind and helpful! And they have a really good coffee bar while you wait. Very nice people and place!

They were great and communication was great. They sent me pictures and updated me along the way with the option to accept or decline (with a price included, with an easy link) a very friendly and professional experience, also washed my car and had it ready for pick up!

My car was totaled out due to the hail storm on 4/7. I was nervous when I went to Moses because my credit wasn’t the best and had just over 10% to put down. Steve was my salesman and I explained everything to him. He was so understanding and extremely helpful. He listened to what I had to say, what I wanted and that I didn’t want another super high payment. He definitely delivered. I went in to look at a used car but ended up leaving with a 2025 Jetta. I am super grateful for everything Moses did to get me into another car, and a new one with a lower payment than the one I had just lost. Would definitely recommend them!!!

First time going to Moses dealership. Nathan greeted us as the door. Very pleasant young man. We knew what we wanted to look at and he took us to the Tuguan. We chose the one and then started paperwork. We had to hammer out a deal that fit us both. We left with the new Tiguan.

Went here with a car already in mind and Nathan Porter found me an even better deal! Would recommend him and Moses to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle! Bought a car for my daughter this week from Layne Spelber. Couldn't have had a better experience. She had her heart set on a different car; however, the dealership and sales staff that sold the car she wanted seemed very disinterested in selling us a car and was very slow to respond. This was not the case with Moses VW and Layne. He cared for what my daughter wanted and cared for what we wanted to spend on her first vehicle. I would highly recommend going to Moses VW and working with Layne as he truly cares about the customer.

We had an excessive oil consumption problem with our 2021 Tiquan and contacted Moses VW. They researched our auto and found it was still under our warranty and promptly analyzed and repaired the vehicle.
